It’s a very expensive duplex. I know home prices have increased but I literally paid the same price in 2016 for a freestanding home in Zionsville. I have enormous cracks in the ceiling and the mason completely messed up the FP.

Customer service was very high and they were quick to address/resolve issues or concerns. Some subs did not meet our workmanship quality expectations but probably same across the board with any home builder. In general though good quality materials and workmanship. Felt we paid a premium price and there was no negotiation. Granted materials had gone up a lot during pandemic but lumber dropped a lot early 2023 from all time highs and our timing was such that we felt some room should have been available. The process was fairly smooth but did not like using First Equity. I thought Peggy was short and rude at times and made the experience less than pleasant. The house itself is nice and the customer service is outstanding. I would refer a friend if they decided to build a home. Like every investment a partnership must be formed.

I have always highly valued the build quality of the 1976 built Drees home that was my fist home purchase. Several years later I purchased a new build in the Hampshire Subdivision that I called home for 15 error free years. Subsequently when it was time to move my mother in with us, we were excited to find multi-generational options in the Drees portfolio that met our needs. Any minor warranty work over the past 3 months has been handled superbly. I don't know when I will need my next home, but I do know it will be hard to not buy another Drees.

The builder was on vacation when I did the final walk through. The builder who did my final walk through was great. He addressed the immediate issues before the closing.

Make sure with this builder that you have everything in writing and even then you're taking a chance! For the amount this builder charges for homes, you'd expect better overall experience with the process

They will change your options without informing you and pretend nothing happened. Then when you ask to have fix or changed is when the story starts getting super uncomfortable.

Beautiful Market Home we purchased. If we had time we would have built but overall the house is great. Market Homes have some TLC that has to occur once you get into the home and notice things we are hopeful at our check in they will be making things right.

This home by Dreese was my 11th new home from various builders in Ohio, Georgia, South Caralina and Florida. I had only one builder build me 2 homes because I was satisfied with the quality of the finished product and that was Ryan Homes that rated as #1 of the 10 builders, Dreese #10
