Garret & MJ was fantastic!

Our experience with dress, Jeff and Kenton specifically, was amazing. Jeff kept a us up to date every step of the way. His knowledge and experience shined! Jeff never hesitates to answer our questions; even after we have moved it! Would not hesitate to work with Jeff and Kenton again.

My wife and I spent 2 years looking at various builders and communities in NE Ohio and are very happy we went with Drees. The communications between our salesperson, design center consultant was quick as any issues came up. We looked at small custom builders as well as the very large national names. Drees is a good hybrid of both. They had more customization options than any of the national names and were also willing to work with you on options that were non-standard. The quality of the materials and available options were more than adequate. They broke ground in December, and we moved in the following April. There were no delay issues and work moved along very quick. There were some minor issues that were annoying but the speed at which they responded to correct was excellent. We lived an hour and a half away and weren't not able to be onsite as often as we wanted (or needed). This probably would have prevented some of the minor issues from happening but overall, we feel we made the right decision in choosing Drees. ... More

The Drees Sales and Builder team was phenomenal! The best home buying experience I’ve ever had!

Buying a new home can be stressful but the Drees team did an amazing job accommodating my families tight timeline to finish the house and close on the target date. Sean and Ray did great with weekly call updates and have continued to check-in on us after the close date. Super responsive with any issues.

Compared to other builders I have dealt with Drees was amazing. Would absolutely do it again if Drees was my builder. From their sales man to the weekly build updates, they were top notch.

We purchased a market home from Drees and the sales process as well as the walk through process were great! We have purchased several new homes and they are probably one of the best for following up and very little in regards to issues.

Great home in a great neighborhood.

Enjoyed the experience of building a home with Drees (this is the 6th home we have built). Very good floor plans and Drees was flexible to some changes we requested. Design center is up to date with current trends and made the selection process easy to see the complete home style at once. Building experience and follow-up with everyone was exceptional! Couldn't be happier to finally be in our dream home...every day feels like we are on vacation!

All of the people we worked with were very good, professional and responsive to us. David, in sales, and Michael, the construction supervisor, were excellent. The house turned out beautiful and completed timely. There was no pressure in the buying process or selection of items. Their showroom is great.

We loved our experience building with Drees! They were kind, helpful, and responsive to our needs through all parts of the process. We are overall very happy with our home. After we moved in, we have had a few kinks that have needed to be worked out that we did not expect in a new home.

My husband and I built our Drees home with such ease. We were building from out of state and the process went smoothly. When issues were brought to our attention , they were quickly resolved. Our home is beautiful and Drees went above and beyond to make our house even more custom. Even after our final walkthrough, there were some items that still needed to be taken care of and are currently being handled after closing, they have been in constant touch and make their buyers feel heard. We appreciate buying a Drees home!

We had a great overall experience with Drees. Mary Jo and builder, we're very responsive to our questions and concerns and provided great feedback to us.

We had a great sales person: Suzanne was wonderful with changes we wanted and always pleasant and tesponsive. We had a wonderful general contractor/superintendent, Michael Carroll. He was very responsive to any questions or changes needed. Unfortunately, he was brought in after work was already being performed. Mike had to troubleshoot the problems. He was wonderful and positive anytime we worked with Mike. However some of the workmanship is not quality work. It takes 5 min to get hot water to our kitchen faucet, with very low water pressure as well. We also have a large crack in our ceiling that was repaired before we moved in. You could tell where the ceiling was patched. Now the crack is back after 2 months and part of ceiling coming down. We are reaching out to get this resolved, but feel there is a structural issue. Great experience and good workmanship! Drees stands by their homes and cares about resolving any issues you may have!!!!!

Our experience with Drees Homes was great! Zen was our builder and he did a fantastic job as our project manager. There were things that were not addressed in our final walk-through, finishes that were not exactly to our liking, but overall our experience with this group was positive. This was our first time buying a house, so this gave us insight into what we will need to do for next time!

Very quick to respond and fix issues

My Experience with Drees Homes was my best decision to purchase a home at Eagle Rock 70 Community. I was impressed with the workers from the realtor, Builder, Design Center and QC Lady. Our experience building with Drees was amazing! Beautiful home

Overall our experience with Drees was great, from sales to design and the actual build no matter how small our question was it was answered timely. The only suggested area for improvement was around financing and the interest rate lock. We were originally told we could lock the rate after we completed the design phase then it changed to once the foundation was poured (a couple months later). A reminder from Drees to lock the rate once the foundation was in would have been helpful. Overall we are very pleased with the service and contractor support of Drees Homes. Even with the shortages and logistic issues, we were able to close on our house on schedule. Drees has been very responsive to requests and we believe you will find great value in the quality of workmanship and the community.

Takes long time to take care issues

So many times, you hear of all the nightmares with building a new house. Our process couldn't have gone smoother. Greg, our Market Manager and Keith, our builder, were fantastic to work with. They were responsive, caring and respected everything we needed and wanted in our home. We were given weekly updates and always got responses within hours when we reached out with a question or concern. I would highly recommend Drees to anyone looking to build.

Lawn maintenance was not good as need to reseed the backyard lawn within one month after moving in. There are medium size rocks and two very big sized rocks in the backyard.

Drees Homes did a great job building our home. With supply chain shortages they explored every option to get our house built in teh time that was promised and at teh price we were told. Debbie and Kris were great to work with and I highly recommend building with Drees.
