Carolyn, Gregg and everyone we came in contact were very helpful and very pleasant.

My wife so loves the big kitchen, the floor used high quality materials and without squeezing noise, it has a lot of big windows which brings in brighter light and look thru windows with better viewing.

When we moved in we were elated at the prospect of peace and quiet in our beautiful home. I am a very handy man and probably would have been a carpenter if it weren't for my nagging back injury suffered many years ago. My wife and our college age son moved in and immediately we had a problem with hot water heater the Drees team went into action getting a plumber out to chg the all of the heating elements. The sudden and serious AC partial failure in the midst of one of the hottest summers on record was approached with poise and professionalism by again the Drees team (Customer service professional and her Supervisor) They made sure AC company came out until we were somewhat cooled. Buying a Drees home in Belmont has been a great experience with a new home. The responsiveness of Joe, James and Ryan has been excellent. There are always things that require attention, but James and Ryan were very helpful to get the little things sorted out. As this being my first new house I feel this house, with all the amenities is our dream home and we plan to be here forever.

Although I'm quite disappointed by the state of the exterior of my house and the current status of the yard work and landscaping, my interactions with Drees employees has been very good, especially with Peppe. Every time I have an issue I reach out to him and he responds back right away and has been relentless in trying to make sure my issues are resolved. My major issues with the process is defintiely with the exterior of the house. The yard has been left in disaray and the landscaping looks incomplete, messy, trees have been cut to the stump, sidewalk all dug up, with no answers on when it will be done. ... More

Mike was responsive to concerns. The deck as sublet and of lower quality and the reason for the overall 4 stars. I noted that on my prior review but no one contacted us.

Overall the experience was decent. The Drees product is definitely a must have as far as design and function. As for overall workmanship I would say my home is an anomaly compared to the others I have seen, not to say Drees has not been extremely supportive (Saul) in resolving these issues. We have several minor flaws within our home but overall we are happy with our purchase. We will recommend Drees to our peers and community.

We still are not receiving mail because of not having a collection box. This was not disclosed to us and should have been resolved before we moved in. Any problem reported to Amy has been promptly handled.

Rusty and Chad are awesome. Extremely responsive and helpful, I definitely trust them, would happily recommend them to anyone.

The quality of the construction of my new home surpassed my expectations. From the beginning of the process everything was smooth and in order, towards the end the responsiveness to questions slacked off. Overall I am impressed with Dree's.

Our experience with dress, Jeff and Kenton specifically, was amazing. Jeff kept a us up to date every step of the way. His knowledge and experience shined! Jeff never hesitates to answer our questions; even after we have moved it! Would not hesitate to work with Jeff and Kenton again.

Everyone I worked with were very welcoming, kind, professional, and intentional. Anything I wanted or needed to know about was clearly explained. Though the process of buying a home/condo is lengthy and overwhelming in general, the people I worked with were always available for help.

My wife and I spent 2 years looking at various builders and communities in NE Ohio and are very happy we went with Drees. The communications between our salesperson, design center consultant was quick as any issues came up. We looked at small custom builders as well as the very large national names. Drees is a good hybrid of both. They had more customization options than any of the national names and were also willing to work with you on options that were non-standard. The quality of the materials and available options were more than adequate. They broke ground in December, and we moved in the following April. There were no delay issues and work moved along very quick. There were some minor issues that were annoying but the speed at which they responded to correct was excellent. We lived an hour and a half away and weren't not able to be onsite as often as we wanted (or needed). This probably would have prevented some of the minor issues from happening but overall, we feel we made the right decision in choosing Drees. ... More
