We had a great overall experience with Drees. Mary Jo and builder, we're very responsive to our questions and concerns and provided great feedback to us.

Sam, from the model home. was great to work with. He met all or our needs and answered all of our questions. He was a Hugh asset in getting us started and helping us thought anything that arose with our new home. He is very informative. We would build with Drees again

The Drees team was amazing from start to finish ! Bruce, Rob and Amanda were informative, attentative and proactive at making sure our new home is exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Drees to anyone looking to build a new home because I'd use then again.

Working with Kellie, Candice & Greg made the building process outstanding. They provided great assistance to us as we were in the process of relocating to Kentucky. Would highly recommend Drees and this team of professionals.

When picking out your paint no ve dries as the cheapest crappyest paint company in Tennessee and will only choose to paint flat paint

We have thoroughly enjoyed our new drees home. Their responsiveness has been incredible since the first day we moved in.

Did a great job.

We had a great sales person: Suzanne was wonderful with changes we wanted and always pleasant and tesponsive. We had a wonderful general contractor/superintendent, Michael Carroll. He was very responsive to any questions or changes needed. Unfortunately, he was brought in after work was already being performed. Mike had to troubleshoot the problems. He was wonderful and positive anytime we worked with Mike. However some of the workmanship is not quality work. It takes 5 min to get hot water to our kitchen faucet, with very low water pressure as well. We also have a large crack in our ceiling that was repaired before we moved in. You could tell where the ceiling was patched. Now the crack is back after 2 months and part of ceiling coming down. We are reaching out to get this resolved, but feel there is a structural issue. The overall experience with Drees was great. It has been 20 years since we built our last home and my expectations were high and I was probable setting myself up for a frustrating experience. Drees made the process easy every step of the way. I was very hands on during the building process and found the trades too be less than stellar. I am not sure if was related to Covid, the economic down turn or simply lack of craftsmanship. Matt (Project Manager) kept a tight lead on the trades to ensure a quality build. Matt and Amanda were the best partners to have on our side.

Make sure you walk through and nitpick the house. Contractors try and cut corners especially the finishing crew. If you have animals do not get the real hardwood or engineered hardwood. Make sure you double check the appliances you get are correct. Plan on doing a lot more landscaping.

Our experience was very good, our Drees team was a pleasure to work with and our new is beautiful. Would definitely use Drees again if we ever build another new home.

Experience was really good. They were very accommodating in accepting custom requests, and adjustments as needed. Overall experience was excellent. The construction manager and salesperson on our home made the experience so good!

Punch list items are numerous with very delayed or little to no response

We love our new home. Even though we experienced problems with the ARB, Drees helped us get their approval. Camden and Jonathan are two great people to work with. If we were to build again, we would choose Drees Homes.

The purchasing experience was extremely easy. Any questions I had about my home during and after were answered and taken care of

Quality is subpar to say the least. Aesthetically the house is beautiful until you get into the details. Oversight on issues is non-existent and there’s no follow through. I would never recommend a Drees home.

Hi, I would just like to say that Carter was amazing. He really despa Medal of Honor (or a good bottle of wine) for his endless patience with me. I had 2 other failed attempts at buying another home but he continued to work with me each time I came back trying again. Thankfully I was able to get into a condo and I am extremely happy.

Great experience and good workmanship! Drees stands by their homes and cares about resolving any issues you may have!!!!!

Don’t give time expectations that are unrealistic considering materials delay. Options, like roof colors and house are poor!!! Black roofs should be banned in souther states like Florida. They Waste Energy!! Options like solar operated roof fans should be an option. Why do I have to now hire a roofing contractor to install these vents by putting holes in roof you just completed?? You lack any knowledge of solar orientation to helge conserve energy- for windows, heat pump, etc. Builder does not communicate with finance and finance did not communicate with title closing staff. Two people had the title “ coordinator “ in their names yet NEVER communicated with me directly, like when to set up day for closing!!!! ... More

Don't assume the Sales Agent has covered all of your options. Investigate other homes of your model selection. This is also true with the closing agent. their job is to move through the closing quickly because their revenue is depended on how many closings they complete. The one lesson I learned (again) Buyer Beware!

Love the condo and community

Love the floor plan but very disappointed in the quality of workmanship and lack of follow through from builder.
