Drees provides a product that is low in quality, but high in price. They mislead you every step of the way just to get your money and make promises that they do not follow through on. Their customer service lacks luster as does their upper management. Customer concerns and complaints are not taken care of and you are left to deal with it. If you complain, watch out for retaliation. Two days after we closed, ironically our sewer drain backed up into our basement from a bunch of paper towels that were shoved down it. I give Drees a fat 0 on everything above. I've had problems since day I moved in the most major being extensive mold. Drees has been unhelpful from the beginning. I would never recommend them to anyone and dissuade anyone thinking about it with my experience. Buying a Drees home is the biggest regret of my life.

There was lack of any communication for 5 months or more change of builders several times and cheaper materials used in this particular unit. Not quality as I expected.

Sloppy, timelines never met, workmanship

Not sure there is a good builder out there, but Drees is definitely not one. The building process is stressful enough, but when you throw bad quality workmanship, delays, laziness/sloppiness, it just compounds the issues.
