Builder manager always answered my questions & address my concerns in a timely matter. He always keep me updated with the building processes. I truly believe the quality of everyone working on my home was right at point. Love my home!!!

It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful in providing information and getting on calls to resolve any concerns. We customized quite a bit and the builder was very open to making those changes. By the time we moved in, we got everything we wanted and more. The quality of the materials was great and have no major issues. This was definitely a great buy and Thank you to the entire team for making this experience the best one.

We enjoyed an excellent building experience with Drees build on tour own lot program. Drees worked with us to modify plans to both fit the lot and meet the stringent building codes of our community. Once the plans were completed, we worked with their design center to select from the endless choices for exterior and interior finishes and colors. Their staff had many insightful recommendations. The site manager during the building process was great to work with and accommodated several minor changes along the way. The end result is a great home that meets our needs. Truly a good experience from start to finish. We love our new home.

The home is beautiful and more than we expected. The model we chose has a lot of thoughtful design features that are important into today's homes, i.e., ample storage space, functional kitchen design, large windows throughout, and attention to detail. We couldn't be more pleased.

The Project Manager was great to work with. Kept us informed regularly about the progress on our home and what to expect along the way. He was easy to communicate with and promptly addressed any concerns along the way.

Michele and Derick answered all our questions and concerns we had from the day of signing until we took possession. Michele gave us peace of mind and helped us understand the transition from building until the day we received the keys. Derick was hands on. The weekly updates are fantastic. He kept us informed on the progress and was completely knowledgeable concerning timelines on the mid-build review. He assisted on the very few problems we had after taking possession. Both are consummate professionals!

The experience with Drees was outstanding. The experience began with a knowledgeable and thorough salesperson to a detailed and organized project manager. They made the building process very smooth. They dealt with any of our concerns promptly and there were very few. Communication was fluid and always welcomed. The end product was very high quality and we could not be more satisfied.

This is an outstanding company with great employees and a Customer First Culture. Every one we worked with from Keith in sales, Chelsea in the Design Center and Derrick in the field , have been exceptional to work with. You cannot go wrong with Drees. We love our new home!

I have always highly valued the build quality of the 1976 built Drees home that was my fist home purchase. Several years later I purchased a new build in the Hampshire Subdivision that I called home for 15 error free years. Subsequently when it was time to move my mother in with us, we were excited to find multi-generational options in the Drees portfolio that met our needs. Any minor warranty work over the past 3 months has been handled superbly. I don't know when I will need my next home, but I do know it will be hard to not buy another Drees.

Larry the market manager sold us a nice floor plan on a decent lot. Sean the builder did a fine job of building the house accurately and earlier than expected. Great experience!

Coming from out of town the thought of building in a different state was a little daunting. Our realtor told us countless times how great Drees was and they did not disappoint! From the initial site visit to closing, every single step and part of the process was seamless! Both Brett and Nick were available for any questions, concerns, or needs along the way. The process Drees has set up is just amazing. It made us fee so comfortable, in control and involved during the entire build. The follow through and follow up in the final weeks leading to closing and the weeks after closing has been just amazing.
