Rob did a nice job. He was diligent and worked hard at making sure I was happy through the build process. After purchase support has been pretty good too. Haven't reached 90 days yet but that is coming up soon.

This was not our first time building a home from the start. This was by far the easiest and best home building experience. The Drees team has been so responsive and efficient. The quality of the home is second to none. This will be a home that I spend the next 30 years in with my family and making precious memories. I will always be thankful for Drees for providing that.

We purchased a home that had been built already so I can’t speak on the building process. I can say that it is a beautiful home and seems to be very well built. There were only a few minor corrections to be made when it was inspected. All new homes need a little tweak here and there in the beginning. Every single person that I have met in this company has been so nice and quick to respond when I need anything.

Having a home built is typically filled with stress and disappointment. Our experience with Drees Homes was nothing but enjoyable. Every potential issue was eliminated, with the real goal of total buyer satisfaction. Well done Drees!

We looked at both new and existing houses for nearly 9 months and ultimately concluded that we were going to buy a Drees home. They design their homes thoughtfully with features that people want. W\e have also been so impressed with howe Drees staff are always friendly, responsive and professional. We have concluded that this is a cultural attribute of Drees and an example of how every business should be run.

Rob and Brett were amazing throughout the entire process. Very responsive and always on top of it. Unfortunately the ceilings in our house showed the drywall seams pretty bad. We have had numerous people come in to fix the issue but the upstairs ceiling drywall seams are still very visible. Disappointing.

We really like the design of Drees homes and the quality with which they are built. We also found the sales team and the support team to be very responsive. We love our new home!

Cameron was very communicative. I received a weekly update on what had been done and what was going to be worked on the next week. Very pleased with the quality of the house.

The entire experience from first walking into the model home to our closing was wonderful. We absolutely love our home.

Our Drees home was built while we live out of state. Pictures were not uploaded to portal as promised to assist us in monitoring the progress. Punch list items were not (and still are not) done as promised. We informed Drees we did not need to close until February of 2025. We were forced to close two months ago with promises that all of the remaining issues would be complete by Thanksgiving. As of the writing of this review, the house is still not complete. This means we are not only paying a mortgage for an incomplete home, but we are also paying utilities, maintenance, monthly minimums at the community center, etc. More importantly, the warranty period on the home runs from closing, not completion without any budging from Drees in this regard. In addition, we have allowed access to our home to finish the work. Drees' workers are treating our home like a jobsite, not a home. The are leaving work partially complete with no information on when it will be complete. They are leaving raw materials with exposed nails on my porch and inside the foyer of my home. They are leaving it filthy. Complaints are ignored. Finally, DO NOT get any custom work. We paid over $23,000 for a wine bar area that looks like it is from IKEA. The working pantry that cost $16,000 had to be done twice because the first time was not pursuant to the drawings. We paid over 1.3 million dollars for an “estate” house, yet, feel, at times, more like we are being treated like a customer buying a low level builder’s grade track home. ... More

Thanks to Drees team (Brett, Nick & Matt), our home build went smoothly and we appreciated the constant information and updates. For being in a different state (TX), the remote factor was of minimal disadvantage. Greatly appreciated the professionalism and customer service approach at every stage.

This builder is very fair to the purchaser. They will go out of their way to make sure that your buying experience makes you totally satisfied. They go that extra mile to give you what you ask them for. If there is a problem with anything, they attempt to take care of it. This purchase was a semi-custom home, but the flexibility that they offer makes it feel like a custom home. The overall quality of the finished product is excellent and so far, if there has been a call-back issue with something, they have fixed it in a timely fashion.

Responsive to issues until the house was paid for - then no response
