Would never buy another home with Drees.

We were going to proceed with the other developer in our subdivision but they withheld information just prior to signing a commitment and paying deposits that left us thinking they were not completely trustworthy. Drees stepped in with an equivalent house that was $70K less expensive and on a better lot. Overall Drees chose to use better materials than the other builder,, for example our gutters drain in to enclosed pipes underground rather than just onto a plate on top if the grass. Drees also include a lot of low voltage items at no cost which were a cost for us with the other builder. Drees were excellent to deal with and highly responsive. A couple of small warranty issues were dealt with very quickly and we are fully happy with the support we have received. When we build another house on land in a couple of years we will ask Drees Homes to quote but we wont ask David Weekley Homes! ... More

Our purchase and construction of our new Drees home has been great! The process was clear and outlined in an online website for all construction updates. Our process of finalizing and approving any end of construction details were addressed and resolved professionally by our Drees builder and sales rep!

From the beginning to the end, the Drees homebuilding process was very well organized and structured. Everyone was helpful and my home was finished ahead of time.

Septic was never explained and still can’t get information tons of drywall issues, no move in clean done and still waiting on repairs

We recently moved into a newly build Drees Home. The materials used in the house are very cheap. If a car drives by, the entire house shakes. It's very clear that they used the most inexpensive materials to save money on the build. The neighborhood is a loud construction site even though our street is completely finished and they assured us there would be no noise in our area. I've contacted them several times for a number of issues and have not heard back. They assure you when you move in that they will be there for you but it's been quite the opposite. I've not heard from anyone since we moved in when there were supposed to be multiple scheduled touch points. They also don't answer their phones when you call. Coming from out of town the thought of building in a different state was a little daunting. Our realtor told us countless times how great Drees was and they did not disappoint! From the initial site visit to closing, every single step and part of the process was seamless! Both Brett and Nick were available for any questions, concerns, or needs along the way. The process Drees has set up is just amazing. It made us fee so comfortable, in control and involved during the entire build. The follow through and follow up in the final weeks leading to closing and the weeks after closing has been just amazing. In today's world, we do not have a lot of "experienced" workers. With that said, the Drees team, Jack Towe, Heather, and Mitch, worked to the best of their ability to weed through issues and resolve them. I never felt that Drees Abandoned me. They are sticking with me to get the proper folks over here to finish the build to my satisfaction.

Great home in a great neighborhood.

My husband and I built our Drees home with such ease. We were building from out of state and the process went smoothly. When issues were brought to our attention , they were quickly resolved. Our home is beautiful and Drees went above and beyond to make our house even more custom. Even after our final walkthrough, there were some items that still needed to be taken care of and are currently being handled after closing, they have been in constant touch and make their buyers feel heard. We appreciate buying a Drees home!
