Thanks to Drees team (Brett, Nick & Matt), our home build went smoothly and we appreciated the constant information and updates. For being in a different state (TX), the remote factor was of minimal disadvantage. Greatly appreciated the professionalism and customer service approach at every stage.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lori at Drees Homes for my new home, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. The craftsmanship of the home is impressive. The attention to detail in the finishes and the overall construction quality exceeded my expectations. They use high-quality materials, which I appreciate, as it adds to the longevity of my home. One of the standout aspects of working with Drees Homes was their communication. The project manager was always available to answer my questions and provide updates. I never felt left in the dark about the progress of my build. The project was completed on time, which is often a concern with home builders. They provided a clear timeline at the beginning, and they stuck to it, which was a relief. The team was friendly and professional. Lori listened to my ideas and incorporated them into the design, making me feel like a valued part of the process. Any concerns I had were addressed promptly. This builder is very fair to the purchaser. They will go out of their way to make sure that your buying experience makes you totally satisfied. They go that extra mile to give you what you ask them for. If there is a problem with anything, they attempt to take care of it. This purchase was a semi-custom home, but the flexibility that they offer makes it feel like a custom home. The overall quality of the finished product is excellent and so far, if there has been a call-back issue with something, they have fixed it in a timely fashion.

Responsive to issues until the house was paid for - then no response

Would never buy another home with Drees.

We were going to proceed with the other developer in our subdivision but they withheld information just prior to signing a commitment and paying deposits that left us thinking they were not completely trustworthy. Drees stepped in with an equivalent house that was $70K less expensive and on a better lot. Overall Drees chose to use better materials than the other builder,, for example our gutters drain in to enclosed pipes underground rather than just onto a plate on top if the grass. Drees also include a lot of low voltage items at no cost which were a cost for us with the other builder. Drees were excellent to deal with and highly responsive. A couple of small warranty issues were dealt with very quickly and we are fully happy with the support we have received. When we build another house on land in a couple of years we will ask Drees Homes to quote but we wont ask David Weekley Homes! ... More

Our purchase and construction of our new Drees home has been great! The process was clear and outlined in an online website for all construction updates. Our process of finalizing and approving any end of construction details were addressed and resolved professionally by our Drees builder and sales rep!

From the beginning to the end, the Drees homebuilding process was very well organized and structured. Everyone was helpful and my home was finished ahead of time.

Septic was never explained and still can’t get information tons of drywall issues, no move in clean done and still waiting on repairs

We recently moved into a newly build Drees Home. The materials used in the house are very cheap. If a car drives by, the entire house shakes. It's very clear that they used the most inexpensive materials to save money on the build. The neighborhood is a loud construction site even though our street is completely finished and they assured us there would be no noise in our area. I've contacted them several times for a number of issues and have not heard back. They assure you when you move in that they will be there for you but it's been quite the opposite. I've not heard from anyone since we moved in when there were supposed to be multiple scheduled touch points. They also don't answer their phones when you call. Experience with Josh and Kelly was great, very knowledgeable and willingness to help.

We had a few issues, but they always said, "We'll do the right thing." And they always did. Great home and loved the experience.

Purchasing a home through Drees, was a Very Good Experience. The person that made the difference for us was Kenton. We went through a lot & he was there with us all the way. We went through several companies, and not once did he abandon us. God Blessed us with Kenton. You Need More People Like Kenton, that Really Looks out for the Customer.

Coming from out of town the thought of building in a different state was a little daunting. Our realtor told us countless times how great Drees was and they did not disappoint! From the initial site visit to closing, every single step and part of the process was seamless! Both Brett and Nick were available for any questions, concerns, or needs along the way. The process Drees has set up is just amazing. It made us fee so comfortable, in control and involved during the entire build. The follow through and follow up in the final weeks leading to closing and the weeks after closing has been just amazing.
