Terrible Building Materials, Terrible Service, Awful Living Experience So Far

We recently moved into a newly build Drees Home. The materials used in the house are very cheap. If a car drives by, the entire house shakes. It's very clear that they used the most inexpensive materials to save money on the build. The neighborhood is a loud construction site even though our street is completely finished and they assured us there would be no noise in our area. I've contacted them several times for a number of issues and have not heard back. They assure you when you move in that they will be there for you but it's been quite the opposite.
