Marketing Manager – Noah: Noah is truly one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever worked with. He was patient, understanding, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. He clearly communicated all of our options, provided valuable guidance, and was consistently supportive—from the moment we expressed interest in the home all the way through closing. He even remained reachable afterward, which speaks volumes about his dedication. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would! Design Studio – Suzanne: Suzanne was simply amazing. She made the design process fun and exciting. Her warmth, patience, and thoroughness made us feel confident every step of the way. She answered all our questions, walked us through pricing, and helped bring our vision to life. She genuinely cared, and it showed in every interaction. Builder – Bill: Bill was approachable, professional, and great to communicate with. We brought in an external inspector for both the pre-drywall and final inspections, and he had nothing but praise for the build quality—testament to Bill’s attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. It’s been over two months since we moved in, and we’re incredibly happy with our home. Many people describe the home-buying journey as stressful, but that wasn't the case for us. The process with Drees was great. We had stopped technically looking since we had not seen anything we were in LOVE with. One rainy weekend, we decided to go look at the model and fell in love. 2 short months later, we were moving into our new build home with very minimal issues and imperfections. Our GC through Drees was EXCELLENT and super caring and always willing to take a few minutes to help answer our questions and address anything needing attention.

Hello, throughout the searching, buying, building process for this home...my wife and I were fully informed, supported and every question was answered/addressed. This was our first build, but not our first home and frankly having moved throughout this wonderful country we are more than pleased to be here and in such a well built home. We highly recommend looking into Drees as your builder and trust that they will help you to be 100% comfortable with this purchase/process.

Buying a new home can be stressful but the Drees team did an amazing job accommodating my families tight timeline to finish the house and close on the target date. Sean and Ray did great with weekly call updates and have continued to check-in on us after the close date. Super responsive with any issues.

Compared to other builders I have dealt with Drees was amazing. Would absolutely do it again if Drees was my builder. From their sales man to the weekly build updates, they were top notch.

Overall we are very pleased with the service and contractor support of Drees Homes. Even with the shortages and logistic issues, we were able to close on our house on schedule. I would rate my overall experience with Drees as a 10. The reason for this rating is due to the professionalism, openness and genuine experience I have/had with everyone I have come in contact with. As a homeowner purchasing your first home and building it from the ground up, can be overwhelming on all fronts. As a builder, Drees truly made it less daunting and provide experience, knowledge and wisdom to overcome some issues and ensure we stayed on target for closing. The reason for the two four stars is due to follow through and details. As one who is detail orient it is hard to overlook some of the simple details that went undone and had to be redone or fixed. One might say that is a reflection on Drees because of the contractors they use, but I say it is the contractor as well. Drees could hire the best contractors out there, but they can't control who the contractor sends into your home (mine you they are not just contracted to your home especially when they are new builds) to do the work. They have been very attentive about making sure they come back out and make the corrections. With that, value is based on quality and workmanship. I love my Drees homes.
