A big thanks to your architects/design teams. All the models at Valley Vista have such a great flow and feel to them. We loved them all, but we really liked how well the split-level will work for our teenager and then for guests when he's gone (they will have their own ground level suite!).

We chose to purchase a home in the ICON development because of Florsheims's requtation for building quality homes. We have lived in our new home for one month and can attest to the quality of the workmanship in the installation of the cabinets, countertops, window frames, baseboards, door frames, and plumbing fixtures. And the paint job was excellent! There were a few minor issues but I am happy to report that Florsheim retured my calls the next day to get the resolved! The sales team was great
