This our second Fulton home purchase! The home buying process was extremely easy and we are very happy with our new home!

Excellent sales reps, really know their business and go out of their way to help you without being pushy. I was very impressed with everything about Fulton from beginning to closing. Still stop by to say hi. Great product and value for the money. I’m so glad we chose Fulton Homes!

Some good and some not so good things happened.

Compared to other production homes this home looks nicer both outside and inside on first impression.

Buying with Fulton homes has been the best home buying experience by far! We had issues with selling our previous home which was a nightmare but Fulton homes kept their promise about working with us and doing what they can for us. From the start of the process to the finish and beyond has been amazing. Jack was the best to work with and made the deal happen to get us into our forever home. He was always very welcoming and helped us through the whole process and even after moving in he has continued to help with anything we needed. After moving in Travis was assigned to our home for all of the warranty work. Not only has Travis been a huge helping at getting everything taken care of but Fulton homes warranty has covered EVERYTHING! There warranty work will truely blow your mind. They never give you a hard time and everything gets fixed if you find anything wrong. I will never buy any other home brand other than Fulton. ... More

The overall experience working with Fulton homes has been actually very great

I would not recommend Fulton Homes. The attention to detail is very very poor…especially for the prices they charge. The contractors they hire just go through the motions to get the job done and get out as fast as they can and move unto the next house. I do have to say the framing and Sheetrock were very good quality. There are still issues that need to be addressed at my home. I have written reports on the portal for issues with the house. It seems like there is no urgency with the contractors to come back. One superintendent name Justin seems to take ownership in a lot of the issues with the house but communication is poor. There was some issues with one superintendent named Keith when I was at my property before it closed. He actually verbally yelled at me twice, two different situation, which were not my fault. he does not represent Fulton Homes my opinion. It was totally unprofessional on his part as a homeowner spending close to 800 K. It was totally unacceptable. And I’m still not very happy about that situation. At the walk-through on the final day, they try to push you to sign off as quick as possible, which was very uncomfortable. I am knowledgeable about building being an engineer and have built several homes in the past and I do understand the process of building homes. We had a GREAT experience from the day we started the new home search to the day we closed. The knowledgeable sales staff was fantastic to work with and very willing to accommodate our schedule beings we were traveling 1200 miles every time we came back. The design center was vey helpful in helping us pick out our extras. The closing went well and we went over the warranty issues. They have been willing to work with us which will take some scheduling issues beings we are not full timers here and they will have to work with us. We have not had any experience with this yet beings we occupied the house for two weeks and than had to leave. I do not fore see any issues. From start to finish the Fulton team has been very responsive. We love our new home and feel we got great value for our $$.

Every aspect of building with Fulton homes was easy and fun for us. I heard a lot of horror stories from friends trying to buy a house or even build with other contractors and they had so many problems but we experienced none of that. From start to finish everyone was professional and delivered on what they said. Kathy in the office was amazing at explaining the overall process and helping us really understand the models and how they could work for us. Kathy was also a wonderful resource at the open design center evening event so we could really go into our design center appointment with some good baseline ideas. Cindy was then amazing in our design center meeting at helping guide us and those baseline ideas so our home came together so beautifully. Our construction team lead by Keith and Justin was incredible. They explained everything to us the whole way through the process and really made sure we knew where we were and what the next steps would be. Fulton Homes is an awesome company! Great homes!

Everyone we dealt with from Fulton was amazing. We purchased a home in the Groves and Linn and Ed were both the best. We looked in the Fields also and Tom was equally helpful and knowledgeable. Cindee at the design center was a great interior designer and if not for her we would have never come up with the color scheme and look that she helped us with. Eric and Nando, the project management team picked up the ball now and have been incredibly responsive and professional. I can honestly say it was a great experience and we’re so thankful for all the help we received through the process!

This was a great experience. Larry and Shelly were awesome. They took me through the house several times until I was sure . The home orientation was very helpful. Francisco and Enrique are very responsive and helpful. They go above and beyond. This is a well built house and I am very pleased. The entire group is very organized.

Look at more builders before you make a decision. Most of builders offer more incentives

In an overall sense the build experience was great. This was our first new build, and we loved being able to watch the transformation and everything that goes into building a new home. We were not pleased with the "Fit & Finish" part of the build. When items were not installed correctly or bad, they left it that way instead of making it right the first time. Sometimes the fixing the error was worse than the original install. Contractors filling the hollow wall in the master bath twice, was not a good experience, as the act was intentional, when there are trash dumpsters on the property. We cleaned the trash out and 2 days later it was filled up again. It was also disheartening when one of the contractors decided he did not need to use the porta john our front of the house and instead decided to urinate on the block wall beside the side gate. With that being said, Fulton was ready and willing to make the corrections needed without any hassles. We thoroughly love our new Fulton Home and will highly recommend them. ... More

Both Larry and Shelley were very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire buying process. It took a little longer to sell our previous home due to change in the housing market. Fulton has a very accommodating process during this very stressful time period. We have told several people about our positive buying experience with Fulton overall.

Way too many repairs needed for a new home from grout on the baseboards that is still there to crooked installation of shower wand. Wrong color on the outside and garage door not completely painted. In areas not sealed by garage door and service door. Way too many things to list. Just sad you spend this much money on a new home and have so many things to fix and response time is very slow.

From the CEO who we met...to the sales agent to the project manager to his assistant to the orientation guy to several vendors-workers... everyone was solid, professional, responsive, attentive, helpful and courteous. None of that would matter if the actual house wasn't top-shelf, but it definitely is...beautiful, well-made with wonderful upgrades in a lovely neighborhood community.

From the sales team to the support team , every one has been great. One of the best communities to live in. Though we have less incentives compared to other builders but the quality is top notch

Fulton Homes is amazing! Art was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and honest. Once the project started we met the project manager, Tom. He was also amazing. Jose the finishing project manager. Was amazing in his attention to detail was spectacular. Overall, we are highly impressed with Fulton Homes and their entire staff and are so appreciative for how well we were takin care of. We were able to build a beautiful home for our family and really feel like we were treated like one of their own. Thank you, Fulton Homes!

I can say about the 3 individuals above is that your company is truly lucky to have them on your team. Donna with her attentiveness and understanding. Rick with his impeccable work ethic and knowledge and Rob who is someone I wish I had in my own family. Rob is trustworthy, knows exactly what you need before you even have to ask with the kindest gestures and always making you feel comfortable with the decisions that he guides you through. I would just thank you again for all you 3 have done for me.

We couldn’t be happier with our Fulton Homes experience at Barney Farms. From day one to move-in, the process was smooth and professional. The post-closing care has been fantastic. The community is beautiful—featuring a lake, pools, trails, and a true small-town neighborhood feel. It’s the perfect place for our family to call home.

In overall great experience, the only low point is as per my experience was the quality control before house delivery, doesn't seems to be fully done. Doors closet, inverted, some items missed at the bathrooms, shower doors misaligned, etc.-
