Throughout the entire process I met so many new people whom are very knowledgeable, professional, positive and fun. From the salesman, to the decorator, loan officer they suggested and final inspector everyone was beyond helpful, kind and I value meeting them and they help they gave. The only person who was not very friendly was the contractor they originally had on my build. He seemed very nice in person but on the phone was did not respond to questions I had multiple times. Other times he did respond he was very short with me and rude which is why they received only 4 stars on Responsiveness to issues. Other than that I had a great experience and I love my new home. ... We bought a spec home so process was pretty quick and easy. Our dealings have been great, everyone has been friendly, quick to respond and very helpful.

Fulton Homes has a very good reputation for making quality homes. They did not disappoint. The style and look of our home is wonderful and reminds us of the homes in Minnesota where we are from originally.

This is our second Fulton new build, we love the produce they produce. Compared to others builders, Fulton stands out.

Fulton assigns very competent project managers that are there to help if you need anything. They listen and respond to make your new home perfect.

The team is well coordinated and very communicative. Interaction in all aspects of the build is something you as a buyer should embrace!

From start to finish the Fulton Homes team was so great to deal with. One opportunity for improvement would be the final cleaning. There was a lot of grout haze and thick chunks of grout on the tile that I’ve had to go around and really scrub and scrape to get cleaned off. Moving into a brand new home I would have expected the cleaning to have been better.

Be patient, our project manager was awesome but they get busy. They will get back to you and go over any concerns.

In overall great experience, the only low point is as per my experience was the quality control before house delivery, doesn't seems to be fully done. Doors closet, inverted, some items missed at the bathrooms, shower doors misaligned, etc.-

Ali and the Fulton Promenade team made my home buying experience effortless. This is my third Fulton home and I don’t see myself changing my builder for years to come! Fulton makes you feel like family! Thanks for another great homebuyer experience Fulton Homes!

We live our Fulton home and the beautiful neighborhood. HOA has monthly activities to get to know the community. Love it

While acknowledging at the time of sale local service is excellent. Delighted would be having that same sense of urgency for lingering issues. Just an uninformed opinion but I suspect Corporate Fulton could be more proactive to effectively support the local teams efforts. Such as quotes for painting the rusting view fence for houses near the lake and complete landscaping between street/sidewalk on 22000 series of E. Arrowhead Trail so it looks like a neighborhood vs. construction zone for the upcoming holidays. A majority of houses are complete.

The responsiveness of Lynn, our sales associate, and Marlon, our project manager was top notch. We never had a question or concern unanswered. Many thanks to both for such exceptional customer service.

Any problems we had were handled by the prior stated persons in a timely manner, consistently.

Tracy and All were extremely helpful. I reached out a lot with questions prior to my move in date. They were good to reinforce the benefits and information contained on the website but also responded timely and with detailed instructions. They were easy to talk to and very responsive. You have a great office team!
