A willingness to fix issues with the home

I have built 3 homes but this is the first with Fulton. The whole experience was not horrible but they are the worst of the 3 for sure. There are a lot of promises but only some delivery or execution.

From the start of the experience all the way to being a homeowner, Fulton has been great. Very happy we went with them as our builder, wouldn't change a thing!

Sale staff are honest and direct. Construction truly does their best to address issues. Folks at the design center are not pushy at all. Never felt like they were trying to upsell me. Pretty smooth experience from start to finish!!! Included features in the home were worth paying for, not having to deal with blinds and fans afterward.

Make sure the same company that built their model homes is still contracted with them. My home does not look like Model Home quality and I am not talking about upgrades just the entire cosmetic part. Drywall and paint are horrible. They delivered me a very very dirty house, didn't even have the decency to clean it up. Also, make sure you as them about the yard...I get you don't have a landscape included but it does come with a lot of trash... dirt unleveled and wow. Supervisors are very nice and they try to work things out, but they have to listen to the big boss Fulton who is just not taking care of the little things. Overall a bit of a frustrating move but I will have to just make the best of it and try to get them resolved. I hope this helps the next person who will be buying a home with Fulton. ... More

Fulton uses 3rd party contractors to delivery services and appliances. These companies failed to contact regarding delivery times and are not flexible to the customer. Fulton has yet to fulfill multiple appliance deliveries. Not a single item was fixed from walkthrough to taking possession of the home. Maintenance requests remain un-answered. While the housing market has boomed Fulton has used the COVID pandemic to under serve their commitment to the customer.

I have been familiar with Fulton Homes for years, so when a new Fulton community was being built in my area I took that first step. Step-by-step everything fell into place. The whole process from day one to close is all mapped out. And now I'm the proud owner of a quality built Fulton home. Home at last.

Awesome builder! I’m very pleased with how my house turned out!

We had no real issues. We did try to make a few changes at the appropriate times during the process and was given a hard time, which was we didn't understand or deserve. We paid a lot of money for this house and have every right to do that. Other than that, it went well and we're happy with our home. Thank you Fulton!

My experience was not what I was expecting overall for a new home.

My home is beautiful. I am beyond happy with the finishes Fulton homes provided.

I had very high hopes from a Fulton home, but I must say I am very disappointed. Even after delay in closing, our new house was not ready the day we moved in. Our AC was malfunctioning and there were AC guys in there trying to fix it. They had 6 months to do that! Left a mess in our master closet. Once we moved in we immediately realized that something is not right. Half of the upstairs was getting significantly hotter and it was difficult to even stay there. We called the AC guys thinking it's an AC issue. The guy went up the attic to check only to find THERE IS NO INSULATION!!! How can that be? How can you miss insulation in ARIZONA!? We raised the request for this and it was taken care of but my family had to deal with the odor it leaves behind for days. Now it makes me wonder what else was not done? I am not ripping my walls or going up my attic to check everything. There are several other issues that are still being resolved. Very disappointed in the workmanship and entire process. ... More

Several issues early on that you shouldn’t have with a new build

The sale process with Beth was a breeze and she did her best to always answer our questions up front and give us straight answers even though the news was not always great. All that keeps me from making this a full 5 star review is once the sale process was over and we signed the fixes and some minor issues were rushed. Nothing that was overly detrimental, but the quality assurance was lacking. All in all, I am happy with my home and hope it holds up.

From the first visit into the sales office to the final walk through was exceptional. Not only was the Fulton Team on top of their game, but they always made sure we knew what our next steps were...from the walk throughs during the building process, to the design center, to the mortgage company, all the way to the landscaping. The entire Fulton Team are a great team of professionals who truly have their customer's best interest. Absolutely GREAT experience from beginning to end. :)

We had a fantastic experience with Fulton Homes. The quality we received was exceptional. The responsiveness was great. Josh and Mark were great to work with, they helped us with any questions we had. Tracy and Ali were very helpful to get us started. The Beth Rider realty team did a great job to get us in the new house. I would recommend a Fulton Home to anyone interested in a new build.

My experience with Fulton ensured I would never purchase a new build with them again. I have absolutely no trust with what they tell you. Tom the salesman specifically was absolutely miserable to deal with. Beyond our house being delayed 3 months without a reason why the customer service was worse then I’ve experienced anywhere. I couldn’t get a resolution to any concern. I even went as far as reaching out to corporate and had no luck there. A simple phone call back would have gone a long way.

The home buying process is extensive within itself, however Fulton homes made this process pain free

The whole experience was memorable & satisfying. Who would have guessed buying a brand new home during a pandemic would be so safe & easy. All of our questions were promptly answered, many of the items we wanted to upgrade were already included, all involved were following COVID recommendations for safety & they all kept us very informed about every process of the build. Closing was even a breeze and it’s usually not when buying a home. We’ve known for years that we wanted our next purchase to be a Fulton home because of their excellent Customer service and quality building practices. We were right to put our trust in them! The reason I'm giving 3 stars in responsiveness to issues is because I still dealing with issues that I reported during the final walk through on December 28 2020 that is more than two months ago.

Everyone was incredibly nice, patient, and informative through the whole process! Tom in particular was amazing. I could not be happier in my new home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fulton to anyone else looking for a new build.

Having purchased and built many homes over the years, Fulton Homes from beginning to end made it a worry free process, a rarity in the home building business! Highly recommend Fulton Homes.

The Fulton team is wonderful, everyone went above and beyond to deliver and incredible home! We loved the pricing, location and customization available for the home! Our only set back was some damage to home upon delivery that didn’t seem to be addressed properly. This included incorrect paint for cabinets that were scratched and a broken tub spout in the bathroom upstairs which we are over a month in waiting for the repair.
