I would buy another Fulton house in the future

From Tracy in sales to Josh on the building end the entire process was seamless, best experience I’ve had in home buying and this is my second Fulton home.

You need to stay on top of your home from day one. Check in with PM, walk home daily. They don't care about the quality of work provided by their workforce.

The model homes are done perfectly your home will not be done that way.

Fulton Homes are among the best in the state. Excellent value and quality - the design center was almost overwhelming with the choice of selections. They made it easy to stay within budget and the build time was on-point.

Build process was a mess, construction managers did not keep an eye on trades who did shabby work in all areas. Now that home is finished we have found many things jerry rigged and patched just enough to hide faulty repairs until after close. Cant even use Master Shower do to leaks in floor tile. 2 weeks after moving into home we found one of AC units was not even hooked up to run. Sales team said to put it in for warranty. What a mess this has been! Save yourself some stress and look elsewhere.

Overall Fulton builds a good home. I really enjoyed working Ed. I wish the landscaping design had been included in the home buying process and that a few finishing touches were completed with a greater degree of quality. It is a bit of a hassle to have to arrange for completion of your front yard landscaping. You are given a timeline to get HOA approval on the design beforehand then you must pay out of pocket, then you must get HOA approval after completion before you are reimbursed funds Fulton leaves in care of the HOA. If you can't get the work completed within the specified timeframe you forfeit them and you will not be reimbursed for what you had to pay out of pocket. I have had to make multiple calls to ensure the HOA got my approval out in a timely manner and, I have had to stay after the landscaping company to ensure they get started in a timely manner. I am now over two months out from closing and my yard is still bare. The customer service guy was the best!

I am always impressed by a company that “overall” is dedicated to Exceptionalism. Exceptional Sales, Planning, Customer Service, Customer Care, Construction, and Follow-through. This is the only way to describe our experience with Fulton Homes! I was new to the area, relocating from the Denver Market, and needed to find a home quickly. I found our Salesperson (Tom & Kathy) most professional and caring. To every single request I had, they always answered me with, “Yes, we can do that,” or “Yes, I’ll make that happen!” Every interaction was a positive experience. They called me regularly to keep me updated on the progress of our build! Then to our great delight, our new home was delivered three (3) weeks ahead of schedule! We were floored (never heard of a builder delivering ahead of schedule). Talk about quality! The Customer Service team member who met us for our walk-through, before closing, was MORE CRITICAL about fixes that “we” were, and picked up on things that we missed... we were so grateful he was there (but we soon learned that this is how ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBERS ARE! What a supreme asset they are to the Fulton Team, and how they serve as advocates! Our Project Manager’s assigned to our home, for the first 30-days (Nando & Steve) were awesome! Both dedicated employees with an “attitude of gratitude” for their customers, and it showed! Never a word of complaint about the one to two (small things) we needed attention for, which turned out to be our “owner error!” Lastly, the community they have created here is a beautiful place to raise kids or to find tranquility in your Senior years like my wife and me. We really enjoyed the whole home building process. We are out of state but the communication was excellent. They are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I never felt like we were just another home being built. I would highly recommend Fulton Homes to anyone and if in the future we want to build again they are who we’d call first!!

The sales associates don’t really have an idea of how long it will take to complete the build. I was told it’ll be done in November and I ended up receiving my keys Thanksgiving week.

Yes, I have purchased three homes from Fulton Homes and specifically Ed - a great salesperson for Fulton Homes. All have been very good experiences. Focusing on the customer is the highest priority at Fulton. Thank you, Ed, Alex and Fulton Homes for making out forever home a great one!

I felt like I was a number and not a customer. I had to point out many issues that needed to be corrected before construction could/should continue. The resolution of walk-though punch list items has taken much longer than expected.

The entire home build process was pretty easy. Our project manager was easy to communicate with, our design appointment was smooth and everyone involved was very helpful. Any questions we had along the way were answered promptly and the house was completed on time.

I have found that Fulton Homes have let me down in responding to items that have not been corrected or completed with my home. I was very disappointed in the design center help that I received. More disappointed in Fulton follow up.

The entire home designing experience was impressive. There are a ton of options available to fit your needs. We love our new home and neighborhood.

My Sales Associate, Phil, was extremely helpful and professional; keeping me informed throughout the process and answering all my questions. He made the process smooth and enjoyable. Glen and Jose are wonderful to work with as well, and they really care about the building quality. They took the time to ensure that the construction of my home was top quality, and was responsive to my requests and questions. My Designer at the Design Gallery had wonderful suggestions and ideas to help me create the interior finishes that make my home so beautiful to me. We have had issues with some of the tasks we have asked to get done at closing. Which took over a month to address. The landscaping vendor that handles the turf has already been called back due to poor craftmanship. The communication with Poco Verde is one of the worst that I've experienced.

Ease of home buyer process took the stress nearly completely off of us. The communication between us and Fulton throughout the process was amazing.

The salesman always seemed to be in a rush and important information always changed, trust was lost with the sales person. Items that needed to be fixed takes weeks to be addressed then when they come out to address the items they make another appointment that’s scheduled weeks away, so more waiting to fix the issues. When they finally come back to fix the issues, the wrong products were ordered so then they make another appointment. So now the next appointment is 2021.

Tile floor laid after floor trim on walls leaving poor paint trim. cabinet door finish not consistent. bottom door weather strip damaged during construction. Patches in walls paint obviously outstanding.
