The builder is very good and the staff are great. I would not recommend Homeowners Financial we went through a very rough and awful process,They were very rude and no patience at all. Not knowledgeable at all. Never heard from them after 6 months. Thanks to Albert we were able to buy our house through OnQ Financial with Phyllis awesome team definitely recommend it. Thanks to them they were able to make it happen. Also the painters forgot about our back home to painted. We ares till waiting for them. Also Poco Verde wouldn't recommend them as well, I'm waiting for a month for when they are going to start the front yard and the designer forgot to submit the paperwork to AAM. I started the process since June. They are barely send the papers after I contacted the community manager many times then they contact her I almost lost the deposit from the front yard with AAM. I would recommend getting a home inspection..they will not repair anything even if they acknowledge the item was defective

This was our first experience purchasing a new construction home. We found a quick move-in home that we loved and could not pass it up. Most of the design choices were made already before it was under contract, but Fulton picked some nice upgrades and finishes that we would have likely chosen ourselves if we got involved earlier in the process. The hardest part was not knowing exactly when the home would be finished. We had a rough estimate of when it would be done, but it made it hard for us to make plans regarding the sale of our old house, especially when the rough estimate changed. Nonetheless, I really appreciated how the sales associate promptly responded to my questions and worked with the contractors to ensure that we could move into our new home before we had to be out of our old home. In the end, the timing worked out thanks to the sales associate. There were just a couple of things that needed to be finished when we got our keys. They still had to finish the landscaping and our range was not in stock. Thankfully, the landscaping was done within a few days after we moved in. Plus, they gave us a loaner range to use until ours arrived. We've been in the home for about 1.5 months and the workmanship seems really good. Overall the experience was okay. The bright spot was working with Alex. Great customer service and very personable. He gets things done.

When we first walked into the common areas of the model we chose, we instantly knew that this was the home for us. Open, spacious, and inviting. All the traits of the home we wanted for inviting our family and friends into home.

This was an easy experience for us. We chose the floorplan we wanted. We designed it through the Design Center which was easy. The house was built according to our orders and it turned out fabulous!!! Fulton Homes is the best.

Everything was great from start to finish. Even now after being in the home a few weeks, if something comes up, they are quick to respond and remedy anything. The sales team, Kathy and Tom, were great with communication, they both responded to questions in a timely manor and both were great at resolving any issues. Joseph, not sure his job title, but he’s been the person to go to for issues that come up after we moved in, he is great! I would definitely recommend Fulton Homes to my friends and family.

Everyone was great to work with from sales to the final construction of the home to answering any questions we had after. It went much smoother and better than I would have ever hoped for!

This was a great experience, from the sales rep (Larry), the design center coordinator (Cindee), to the project manage (John). If the is one miss, it was with the painter. We had bare spots in some areas and paint where it wasn’t suppose to be, on ceramic tile and grout in numerous places. Of course there were some other issues, but so minor, they don’t need mentioning. In addition, John was, and is, all over those.

Fulton agents are very helpful and will walk you through the process of buying your dream home from start to finish. Larry and Albert have been by our side to make sure all monies. changes in appointments, missing docs etc were collected and signed off. Well organized agents with super knowledge about new builds and more. Will always recommend these two handsome agents and their team to anyone who is in the market to sell or buy properties. Love my Fulton home. Good incentives too.

The worst experience ever... Uneven walls, terrible wall texture, painters who don't know how to paint, sticking out nails, leaking faucets, water damagein brand new cabinets...I can keep on going...Our doors were never painted just primed. Same with bathroom ceilings. Past 30 days after closing, and stuff still not fixed. Always excuses. I wish Mr. Fulton could come and see quality of his houses, but I think he is more busy counting his money...My invite stays open for him. Advice to every buyer, don't sign anything until they'll fix everything. Once they have your money, their attitude changes. ... More

We looked at a lot of home builders before we decided to buy we were not impress at the moment we decided not to purchase at first then I came across Fulton homes when we looked at the Models we were very impress that's when we made our decision to buy, the quality & quantity of Fulton homes were very impressive, The sales team, The mortgage team they keep you informed all the way through the process, the crew responsible to correct any issues after move in take care of business correcting any issues . As a second time home buyer my experience has been subpar at best.... I am disappointed in the way the home was delivered, the follow up on issues, and the lack of attention to my concerns.

This is our second home with Fulton. We love Fulton high quality homes

They took the time to do a great job, the workmanship seems better than any other home I’ve had in the past. Answered and addressed any questions I may have had. Very well pleased with everything. Would recommend this builder to anyone.

They give you things that most other builders do as standards such as blinds and garage door openers.

Overall it is a nice house but there were (still are) many issues that need to be addressed. I have purchased new homes before and understand there are always construction items that need to be repaired or fixed, a punch list. We identified many of these during our walkthru which were supposed to be repaired before move in. There were not and no we have identified many more issues that need to be fixed. We have submitted those for repair but after 3 weeks nothing has been done. Ironically, in the model home is a non stop video playing about thier quality and attention to detail and how every home goes through multiple inspections before given to the homeowner. That didn't happen and I would suggest they play a different video. Not sure if I would purchase another Fulton home or not. ... More
