It was a good experience and i am so happy wat i did get from fulton

What more can I say Tracy was on top of everything anytime I had a question or concern.. she went way above and beyond and made my transition easy

After our 30 day of occupancy, we still have incomplete items from initial walk-thru. These include cabinet replacement and scratches. There are also paint touch ups and door sanding and painting that need to be completed. We must say we are very disappointed in interior door and cabinet quality. The stucco and paint repairs to popouts were very sloppy. The wrong paint was used. You can see exactly where repairs were made. These concerns remain on on the punchlist.

The Salesman and foreman on the site were probably the most experienced people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They answered every question we could even think of and we’re very responsive to emails and phone calls.

Throughout the entire process I met so many new people whom are very knowledgeable, professional, positive and fun. From the salesman, to the decorator, loan officer they suggested and final inspector everyone was beyond helpful, kind and I value meeting them and they help they gave. The only person who was not very friendly was the contractor they originally had on my build. He seemed very nice in person but on the phone was did not respond to questions I had multiple times. Other times he did respond he was very short with me and rude which is why they received only 4 stars on Responsiveness to issues. Other than that I had a great experience and I love my new home. ... I felt that whole new home buying experienced this time was more stressful and very frustrating at times. I fell that the process did not allow us much choice on spec home we added up purchasing. Communications between buyer, agent and design center representative experience was very frustrating. It seems that due to lack of prompt feedback, we were not given a chance to correct a mistake rather hear a response of “that is not what was discussed and it’s too late to make any changes”. As a homebuyer that invested in such expensive property, the Feeling of satisfaction as new homeowner is not gratifying in my opinion. ... More

Fulton made my home buyers experience go very smoothly

Our home design is beautiful. However there are many minor discrepancies and flaws. With that being said, the team does not hesitate to repair or address any of our issues.’ The idea of the craftsmanship is great but the execution of the craftsmanship is mediocre.

I've heard good things about Fulton homes from co-workers to friends. It's true. They're well built. They respond to issues in timely manner.

The foreman for our build was great, super responsive, patient, and accommodating. Sales people were also quick to respond and pleasant. Any potential issues were addressed and resolved with no issues. Overall good experience with a new build during a busy market time. Thank you!

From beginning to end, we are very pleased starting with the first day we visited the Fulton sales office to the day we closed on our property. Rob D' was very informative, patient, and respectful and worked with my realtor every step of the way. He had answers for every question and advised us with step by step info on what needs to done and when. Very good custom care.

We entered into this process expecting it to be akin to getting teeth pulled. Instead we were walked through every step with a bevy of information and every single question answered. We were encouraged to check in on progress whenever the build team wasn't there, which we did every single Sunday. I was able to ask all my annoying questions along the way that were really born out of curiosity. Now only were they responsive to my endless list, but I got extremely engaged responses with answers to questions they knew would pop up through discourse. Wonderful experience!

Fulton did an outstanding job on our home for Estrella Commons in Goodyear, Arizona. From the start we had an amazing sales representative Susan and she made sure that the process was smooth. The quality of our home exceeds our expectation! We have had numerous homes built and this is the best home we have had yet! The building process took longer than we wanted (about 8 months from paperwork to finish) but it was worth the wait! The quality of the home is outstanding: cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting , and paint. The finishes are just high quality. We choose this builder because many of the options we would have to pay for. For example: certain granite, flooring, and paint was included and not an extra cost! Liked the ability to semi customize our home and choose options where other builders give you a cookie cutter home.

From the Sales agents at the models to the helpful friendly design staff to the guys building the home, and responding to the little fix ups required after closing, there was quality throughout! I would recommend Fulton to everyone!

We are extremely happy with our new Fulton home! The attention to detail is amazing, materials are above standard and any issues are handled promptly. Not our first new home build but definitely the best! Also, the people they employ are exceptional, from Rob our Sales Rep, Cindee at the Design Center, Jeff and Terry our Project Managers. We would highly recommend checking them out!

Sales people were anxious to add high ticket options (SPA shower, deluxe garage door, oversized patio), but missed smaller items (extra electrical on over-sized patio, top of sink disposal switch..bad hip makes under sink switch a problem)

I purchased a new build configured by a buyer that cancelled due to COVID so I only worked with them from home build completion to move in. They are extremely professional and honest. Even bad news is delivered accurately with clear next steps. I look forward to building with them in the future.

A struggle to get follow up after move in. Small repairs are difficult to get addressed. Can’t file work orders if they don’t close the last one. Only one request can be submitted at a time, even if they ignore your current request, your blocked from reporting issues, such as small leaks and it seems they are just very busy.
