The home was worth the wait to get built. We absolutely love our home and our sales reps, Tracy and Ali, were absolutely amazing through the process! They were very responsive! Their design center employees were also great! They were very helpful, didn’t push to something we didn’t want, and gave plenty of alternatives to something more affordable or more readily available. The project coordination staff was also great to work with and went above and beyond to help fix issues after we moved in! We started the process with Fulton in September and moved in June 19. Mark very upfront and honest about the process. He said it would be 10-12 months for a 2 story. When we met Marlon for the walk through he also kept us in the loop for the time structure. We did have one issue with a sliding glass door and Fulton has been on top of the contractor for this

As a first time home buyer I couldn’t have been more pleased with everything from Fulton homes, from willing to work on a deal that would be best suited for my financial needs, Albert our sales associate, to the prefered lender, OnQFinancial. Minor issues-too long to get fixed that affects our daily routine.

There were unfinished items on the house at my orientation, and by move in they still weren’t fixed. The person who did my walkthrough wanted me to sign that everything was completed because he “promised it would all get done”. Everyone was so nice until I stood my ground and refused to sign that paper essentially stating something that was false. I demanded we write ALL unfinished items on there before I sign, and since I did that it’s like a switch flipped in their attitude. They’ve been rude, and it’s now 45 days later and still waiting on some of the items to be fixed. Also, Fulton design center will tell you that upgraded items have features that they actually don’t.. just to get your sale (I’m sure they make commission on the total of add ons). I was sold on a certain level of cabinets because I was told by the “design expert” that the doors would be flush when they close- more modern look. He assured me that the doors that open into the same cabinet would be flush together. The only space would be between cabinet doors that were opposite if that makes sense. So basically where it skips to the next cabinet there would be a gap between the doors, but when the doors open together those would be flush. Well now, only 3 of my cabinets in my kitchen are flush. The rest are gapped and it’s looks so wonky and ugly! They’re claiming that the size of the cabinets In The other spots cannot have those flush doors even though they do open together. Well, then don’t sell homeowners on a feature that can’t be accomplished in their home. They have access to the floorplan, everything. They should have known better to sell on a feature that couldn’t be installed in my home. Now I paid about $5000 for cabinets that are not what I was sold on, and they look ridiculous. I’ve been discussing with customer service and it’s turning into a he said she said situation and they’re saying basically there’s nothing they can do. I wrote on my inspection prior to signing on the home that these were not the cabinet doors I paid for. Something needs to be done to correct this! ... More

This is our second Fulton new build, we love the produce they produce. Compared to others builders, Fulton stands out.

We moved from one area of the subdivision to another because no other builder puts more money back into the community as does Fulton Homes. We love our greenways and upkeep they provide. Our oasis in the desert. The quality of home can't be beat. Compare for yourself. We did and that's why we bought within the same subdivision.

I was satisfied with all aspects of my home buying experience with Fulton. Both Art and Tripp took all my calls, even in their days off to handle my needs Being in Real Estate, it is quite easy for me to recognize Realtor pros. They kept close contact with both of my lenders during the process. The lender chosen by me fails to hit the mark; but the Fulton Lender, Carisa along with Tripp and Art carried the ball into the end zone for my touchdown. Third time we have purchased a new home from Fulton Homes. High quality workmanship. Fulton personnel try very hard to satisfy the buyer. Honest.

overall good company to purchase a home for but once home purchase within the first week there where some issues with plumbing, and some other areas in the house like tile issues not have the spare paint that i was told to complete touch ups and the bathroom door in the master doesn't lock where currently still waiting to have repaired which currently has been around over 1 month going to 2. enjoying the house overall hope can get this things repair in a timely manner.

Fulton assigns very competent project managers that are there to help if you need anything. They listen and respond to make your new home perfect.

The team is well coordinated and very communicative. Interaction in all aspects of the build is something you as a buyer should embrace!

Design center and construction process surpassed expectations

Overall the home is great. The Fulton staff have been quick to respond to concerns. The paint in the home is the cheapest chalk like paint you can get. It shows EVERYTHING. If you have kids it would be a hot mess. We've built 3 homes and this one is the most cosmetically pretty one yet.

The process from start to finish was amazing. The quality, service and finished home far surpassed our expectation. Everyone in the Fulton staff, from Hal and Jack the salesmen, to Torrey, and everyone in between and involved provided a seamless experience to the build of our new forever home!

So far, we just have some minor items that needs attention.

The only downside to our evaluation is the difficulty setting up getting pool keys and HOME Association but we believe this was to to the Covid-19 Crisis.

We think Fulton did a great job on our home we love it
