Nice house

Fulton Homes has strict guidelines that didn't allow me to add a fourth bedroom within the ten day period. Within that period I asked to move the service door and this could not be done. Overall the home has good value and the people were pleasant to work with!

We love our new Fulton Home. The smart home features are great. General workmanship is solid. We have had a few issues. One small electrical issue that is to be expected with a new home. Issue with sliding glass door, which seems that it may be a recurring issue due to materials used. Fulton could be quicker in response time. Overall, Marlin and all of the contractors have been great to work with.

Fulton homes was easy to deal with. After the sale we found a few details that needed repair. Fulton homes was quick to respond and had the problems rectified rapidly.

I didn't have the full Fulton experience since I bought a model home. I was pleased with our sales rep. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and very pleasant to work with.

In my opinion, worst build quality I've ever seen from a builder who extols its virtues as a quality home builder. Regardless if new construction, use a reputable home inspection service and demand from builder accountability for any anomalous conditions inspection may reveal. For me, that's when Fulton representatives went into denial/excuse mode. My advice is, once buyer gets past builder's denial narrative, either walk away from purchase or remain and document defects and demand redress in a timely fashion. The process was great. The only issue was things that were not repaired after our blue tape walkthrough. I’d rather be told they wouldn’t repair certain things than having to spend time on them during the walkthrough.

We have been in our home for over a month now and we are still waiting for them to fix things that were addressed during the walkthrough.

The house is well built with a lot of nice features we love the Community

From start to finish the Fulton Homes team was so great to deal with. One opportunity for improvement would be the final cleaning. There was a lot of grout haze and thick chunks of grout on the tile that I’ve had to go around and really scrub and scrape to get cleaned off. Moving into a brand new home I would have expected the cleaning to have been better.

It took 9 months to complete the home. It seemed at times they were dragging their feet on the work. The quality is good but the paint job on trim is lacking.

The thing we love most about our home is that it increased $10,000 in value by the time they completed it from what we paid for it. Other features that Fulton homes have that a lot of other builders do not is the wood blinds that are standard throughout the house, the WiFi thermostat, and all the lights are LED. I also loved the huge 8'x 42" entry door. However, we were disappointed in some of the work the subs did. NOBODY cleaned up after themselves. The drywall mess was not cleaned up before the painter sprayed our trim work, resulting in chunks of debris on our trim. Floor tile was installed before they finished painting and no drop cloths were used. Mortar buckets were washed out over the sidewalk pavers leaving stains. Paper and garbage was dropped inside and out wherever subs were working and not cleaned up. The building supt made sure these items were fixed before we moved in, but if Fulton is going to toot their workmanship these issues need to be addressed. ... More

The customer support team has been very responsive to even the tiniest details.

We love our new home and Fulton has been great. There have been some issues, but Fulton has been dealing with them in a timely manner. We are so happy and excited to grow in our new home.

Love our new home! Covid 19 has caused response issues, but can't be helped. Definitely think Fulton should review their contractors though - pocooverde landscaping and chas Robert's air conditioning have been our biggest issues. Everything else has been great - from sales, design, customer service, inspections...wonderful!

Home is beautiful,buying experience was excellent, as usual repair process is still frustrating.

We loved our sales representative Tom but after him it goes downhill. The attention to detail just wasn't there. Even the day of our final walk through the gentleman said he has never seen such poor attention to detail. Doug Fulton is to far removed to see that his company is on the downhill slide unless they focus on detail.

We have had many issues that were addressed prior to moving in that have still have not been fixed, Torrey the guy who we were supposed to be able to contact works very limited hours (his words) and also never responded to calls or texts. I had to call fultons office to get someone else to help. Some of the trades have come back and the work has still not been completed, or they did the job again horribly. My counters in the kitchen are horrible, my white cabinets look like they were in another home before mine, the list goes on. I don’t even know why these surveys are filled out because I’m sure nothing will be done. ... More

This is our second Fulton home. Our first Fulton home was in Freeman Farms. Overall, we were very happy with our first Fulton home. We owned it for 6 years and and it was well built. When we decided to downsize, we purchased another Fulton home. We visited the model home several times before buying. Fulton had a video on a loop playing on the TV with employees testifying to the quality and customer satisfaction. We trusted that any issues we had would be taken care of. We had 2 issues that Fulton refused to correct that we pointed out in the walk through. The first was a seam on the kitchen counter top that was very noticeable. Normally the seam should be in the middle of the range top so its much smaller and less noticeable. I know this because I am in the kitchen remodeling business. In order to cut costs, they use less material and the seam becomes more obvious. We told the manager that did the walk through that we were not happy with the seam and wanted it fixed. He told us there was nothing he could do and we would need to go above him to get any results. Basically washing his hands. The second issue was this. We asked the sales women for electric outlets over the kitchen cabinets so we could install cabinet lighting after we moved in. Before the walk through we noticed there was no outlets over the cabinets in the kitchen. However, there was 2 wall outlets in the hallway at 84" high which looked very odd and we would never ask for. Apparently, the outlets we asked for in the kitchen were installed in the hallway up at 84". Obviously someone screwed up. When I pointed it out to the project manager during the walk through, he agreed that it must be a mistake and would talk to the sales women that entered the electric details. Again he washed his hands of the situation and gave it back to the sales women. She refused to do anything to correct the situation. Now I have electric outlets in the hallway at 84 " that look ridiculous and no outlets over the kitchen cabinets that we paid for. So for these reasons, I can only give Fulton 3 stars in 2 categories. Would I buy another Fulton home? Probably, but not sure. Richard A. ... More

Purchased home in December of 2019. Great experience so far. Quick responses for minimal issues after move in. Very satisfied! Thanks Fulton team!

Outstanding quality, great customer service, responsive to requests at a very fair price.

Fulton home buying process met my expectations and the finished home looks beautiful and well made.

The initial response is good. The timely manner that the repair is investigated and completed, not so much.
