The inspection done with the very kind, Mr. Rick seems to be a waste of time. Orange tape everywhere, and the only thing they did was remove the orange tape. It's taken 4 months for them to finish the texture and paint, but many areas still left to be done, but waiting for pandemic to end, so they come back to finish. What once was a blissful experience, turned nightmare dealing with horrific crew in charge of vendors coming to the house. Thank goodness for people like Melanie P, and Martin, they seen to care.

A process that was both exciting & frustrating. It took almost 2 months from signing the contract to break ground...that was a frustrating issue! However, we went to view the progress almost weekly for the next 7-8 mths & were impressed w/the intricate details & structural integrity. When picking ur options for upgrades vs builder options, do your homework- some items are a reasonable value - others are overpriced....you can upgrade yourself later for less on things like ceiling fans or upgraded lighting options. Fulton builds a decent home but I was not prepared for the level of dishonesty from the sales office or the inexperience and multiple errors from the design center employees. My advice would be to get a copy of everything you sign by taking a picture of it with your cell phone. I signed one document and was never provided a copy. It disappeared and it caused a serious problem for me. If you can do upgrades through another contractor after you close, it will save a great deal of money. Sales people were amazing loved working with them. The clean-up and final presentation of the house was a little lack luster. We arrived to our house to get keys to find the cleaning crew were still here and that the glass stove top was cracked. We actually arrived 15 minutes late to our appointment and felt like everything was not wrapped up and ready to go. We love our Fulton home! This is the second new home we have built, our first was with another builder, and the quality of our Fulton home is far superior to the other. The sales staff, the construction crew, preferred lenders and customer service have all been wonderful to deal with and the finishes of our home are just beautiful. What Fulton has as standard finishes, are expensive options for other builders. We are so glad we chose Fulton for our new home.

I love my house and love the quality of Fulton homes, but the service for repairs and touch ups are somewhat poor. I had my first walk through the first week of January and had an issue with one of the bedroom doors that didn’t get fixed till late march. Per the maintenance guy “he forgot “

We are extremely happy with the quality and workmanship of our new Fulton home. Our home came with a beautiful backsplash in the kitchen and upgraded master bathroom, cabinets in the laundry room which are not options to some builders we had looked at They were easy to contact about any issues that we had. We only have one issue that has not been resolved. We purchased the Monogram GE series of kitchen appliances because we wanted the induction cooktop. Our Monogram microwave’s motherboard is burnt out and a new microwave is on back order. Monogram is supposed to be the top of the line GE ...

Confidence in Builder was lost in the process

Used a third party certified inspector who found major items that needed correcting that were missed by the homebuilders inspections. Some of the items were not corrected because they said simply, "it passed code". Passing codes is not quality of workmanship or materials as advertised by the homebuilder.

I do love this new house but there are a lot of "buts." This is the third new house we have built - the other two were in Florida. Quite a difference. Some of the workers who built our house were very sloppy and careless. They opened the front door at one point and punched a huge hole in the wall with the doorknob. The garage floor has numerous stains from carelessness with materials. The builder was responsible for landscaping the front in Florida - and we had beautiful palm trees and plants. It took over a year to complete our new build. There was no communication from Fulton Homes unless we had questions. I would not recommend Fulton Homes as the communications with them was difficult. The home was not complete when we closed on the home and it took another 2 to 3 weeks before completion. I would not recommend Fulton Homes!

Fulton team is extremely helpful in supporting the purchase process and after sales service. Their sales associate provided thorough guidance and lots of support from the pre decision stage thru closing our house. Multiple issues that were pointed out during final walk thru were not resolved before move in date. 4 months later some are still not repaired. Doors and baseboards look “chewed up on bottom” and just painted over. Grout 2-3 inches up the sides of baseboards throughout the house. Crooked deco tile that sinks back into the wall - tile work throughout the house is horrible. The home was nowhere near ready when we moved in. It has been very inconvenient having workers come back for warranty work that should have been prior to closing. It has been over five months now and we are still waiting for things to be fixed that we brought up during construction.
