Loved the whole process. Great Team work displayed buy the construction team (Jim and Drew were GREAT). The Design Center helped my wife and I make the home the best version of what we were hoping for. Sales were always around to help when needed.

Our experience with Fulton Homes was great! Ed's professionalism and integrity made our move from Illinois seamless. Ed was very patient and always available to answer our many questions. Linn was so helpful in walking us through the models and homes, giving us advice on features and locations. Jim's customer service and follow-up was outstanding, and Adam was also always there to help us out.

We live our Fulton home and the beautiful neighborhood. HOA has monthly activities to get to know the community. Love it

While acknowledging at the time of sale local service is excellent. Delighted would be having that same sense of urgency for lingering issues. Just an uninformed opinion but I suspect Corporate Fulton could be more proactive to effectively support the local teams efforts. Such as quotes for painting the rusting view fence for houses near the lake and complete landscaping between street/sidewalk on 22000 series of E. Arrowhead Trail so it looks like a neighborhood vs. construction zone for the upcoming holidays. A majority of houses are complete.

Once the home is brought to a basic standard it will be beautiful. A laundry list of exterior stucco issues and paint issues with multiple visits to address with issues still outstanding. Specifically finish around exterior doors and sliders. Gaps and in some cases outright holes. Had a listelle installed in shower/bathroom, looked like it was installed without tools. Bathroom shower door installed up upside down. Have had new builds before and was coming from a Fulton home and have never experienced anything like this. As I observe the area being built out around me the crews are rushed. I expected higher level of workmanship at these price points. From Djakartta’s disarming smile on day one, the critical first impressions to the time she gave us the keys, the journey was well lit, and well Guided. We visited many homebuilders in the valley. We saw hundreds of model homes, we developed a relationship with other sales agents from other builders. In the final analysis, it was the product, the reputation, the amenities, My absolutely positively without question it was Djakarta. Her friendliness, her knowledge, her availability, her sincere unpretentious assistance sold me. I go out of my way to unfairly judge people, their facial expressions and body language, their skills and patience. If they can’t dunk it at the sale what can I expect later at support? Art and Lynn were so accommodating and took their time to show and explain to us the different options in buying a Fulton house. Suzanne and Michelle are very helpful in showing us the different designs of cabinets, flooring, tiles and lights within our budget. Tom and Jose are always available to answer and check my concerns after the move. I am so happy and proud of my Fulton home and definitely will recommend it to my family and friends!

I purchased my home in Cooley Station Gilbert from Fulton homes in September this year. The whole purchasing experience is great than any other time I purchased house. This is my first home in Arizona, the quality and materials are very good, the sales people are so helpful, the construction team are as well did very nice works for my home, the design center has everything I want it. Working with Linn was a great buying experience. Our construction manager Jim has been awesome and very responsive. The design center was a great way to select the options. We love the home and the lake and other amenities at Barney Farms.

We bought a Fulton Home in Promenade STV in 2021 and hade a great experience with Jack in sales, Pat during construction, and Melanie during the warranty period. We sold this home and moved away. Fast forward to 2024. We came back to Fulton Promenade and had another house built. We contacted Jack again and the process was just as smooth as before. Tracy in sales was also super helpful. Pat and Travis were excellent during the building process. Fulton builds a great Home. We couldn't be any happier with our home. Thank you!

The process of building a home with the Fulton Team was a true pleasure. We can't say enough good things about everyone we worked with especially our Salesperson Djakarta, our Project Managers Terry and Scott and also Donna and Travis from Customer Care. They went above and beyond to keep us informed each step of the way and were always available to answer any questions or offer help if needed. We absolutely love our new Fulton Home and will be Fulton homeowners for life!

The overall experience was great. Only extremely negative impact was you installed a broken microwave in my home and refused to replace it. Your construction manager on the day we got our keys said he tested the microwave and it works which was not accurate. We are STILL without a microwave 30 days after moving in.

The salespersons were very helpful. Specially the customer service lady who is very nice and professional. However, the closing orientation was too simple. The two persons just asked us to sign what have done from the last walk in but did not show us anything we should pay attention such as where are the remote controls for the fans/lights( we found them by ourselves in one of the drawers) and so on.
