Sales team works with all to get the house ready for move ins. First round of repairs went OK. Only one repair still needs attention and I am sure they will take care of it promptly..

My experience has been great. I do feel once you moved in you are kinda forgotten about. I feel there should of been a check in a few weeks after move in. I was told someo r from Chase Robert’s would call to go over air conditioning unit and i have not gotten a call. I have noticed a few things I am disappointed in but for the most part my experience has been great.

The responsiveness of Lynn, our sales associate, and Marlon, our project manager was top notch. We never had a question or concern unanswered. Many thanks to both for such exceptional customer service.

Any problems we had were handled by the prior stated persons in a timely manner, consistently.

From the very beginning, we met very nice people along the way,who provided us with comprehensive information that helped us deal with matters related to the purchase of house.I recommend this company.

The actual building of my home was great. The final walk through needs much more time to education homeowner on how to use the new appliances and the issues with electric dryer modifications that may have to be done if dryer is not new.

The staff at Fulton Homes Promenade is great. They answered all of our questions and provided keys so we could see the property whenever we wanted to.

To many we made a mistake at the design center after completing the process. Home walk through was the worst experience ever and we built 4 homes prior to this one. Home was not show ready and had to have contractors come back and forth for two weeks.

My husband and I relocated from another state and decided to go with new construction. Let me start off with saying that Tracy is amazing to work with. Her energy and positivity is a breath of fresh air. Alex and Travis are knowledgeable, hard working, friendly and a joy to work with. Up until a week before my closing, I had a great experience. Alex would always check in with us when we were visiting the house during the construction and inform us of what was going on. In the beginning, we were excited and very happy. Then came the day of our buyer walk and education with our customer service rep, Darren. I use customer service in a very loose term because he was anything but customer satisfaction driven. We had a home inspection completed the day prior to our walk thru. I was happy to learn from Alex that he and his team had already addressed many of the findings in the home inspection, however Darren was not pleased we had gotten a home inspection. Darren made comments about us getting a home inspection within the first 90 seconds of meeting him. Darren made it clear that we should not have paid for a home inspection. (I am very happy we did and let's face it, you should never buy any home without completing a home inspection). Darren made several off hand comments before we started our walk thru, to the point where my husband text me and said, wow this guy is rude. Let me preface with this information before I continue with my review, I have been a licensed Realtor for 17 years, have sold over a thousand homes and am contracted with HUD to complete visual home inspections. This is not the first new home construction my family and I have purchased and is about the 50th new home transaction I have been involved in. To say I am thorough in my walk thru inspection would be an understatement. Darren and I started the inspection in the kitchen. The quality of the cabinets is subpar, I found issues with many of the drawers and cabinet doors. As we are going through the house, I am opening and closing every window, turning on all the plumbing fixtures and opening/closing all the doors. My thoroughness was grinding on Darren. Half way through the inspection, Darren begins arguing with me and begins to yell at me. At this point my husband and Realtor who represented me in this transaction (yes even Realtors use Realtors lol) came from the kitchen area to see what the issue was, there was some cracking in the sheetrock that Darren couldn't see because the lighting was poor. My husband, not being familiar with how these walks go turned on the flashlight app on his phone to get a better visual and this is where Darren absolutlely lost it. Instead of explaining to my husband why he could not use a flashlight, he began yelling at him and grabbed his arm and attempted to remove my husbands phone from his hand. Darren then started yelling and told us he was done. Darren grabbed all of his belongings, placed them in his car and returned to grab the Fulton welcome mat and placed that in his car and left. Darren left with the orange tape, all of his notes, literally everything. Tracy arrived and was a complete sweetheart. Long story short, we had to start all over so that Alex, Sam and Travis could make notes on what to repair. What should have taken 90 minutes ended up taking about 3.5 hours. No one from Fulton called us to apologize or see how we were feeling after this happened. When we went to pick up keys, staff was actually joking and laughing about this, some staff inferring that Darren was a hot head. I was told by Darren that the home would be professionally cleaned before we moved in, the home was not cleaned. I spent about 6 hours on our move in day cleaning. Travis has been amazing addressing all of our concerns about the repairs needed after we moved in, but in reality, the amount of work orders I have had to put in are high for a new construction home. The home has a rat problem, something I asked about during the initial walk thru and was told there were no rodents. When we brought the issue to Fulton Homes, the matter got escalated to the Director of Customer Service Gerard, he left me a voicemail on 10/7/2023, I left him a voicemail that same day and have yet to receive a call back from him. As of 10/19/23, Fulton Homes has not addressed the pre-existing rodent problem that was present at this house before we received our keys. To be clear, I understand we are in new construction, next to vacant land and there are going to be rodents, but this problem is larger than a few rodents here and there. We have addressed this issue ourselves. Am I happy with my home? Yes because I absolutely love my lot location and my floorplan. Would I recommend anyone else to buy a Fulton home, no. I have told several friends and clients of my experience and suggest they go look at other builders (there's definitely a lot to choose from)! The most disappointing factor for me is I chose to buy a Fulton home because I believed in their business model, have heard from so many people that they are the best builders in the area and was told I would never regret buying a Fulton home. I thought Fulton Homes was a quality, upper end home prior to buying. Turns out they are middle of the road home builders. Lots of problems initially and most were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. Some weren’t taken care of at all. The worst thing was that Fulton Homes LOWERED the price of their new homes up to $80,0000 per home! Guess what that did to existing owners equity? I have been here for over 2 years and I would not consider buying a Fulton Home again.

Construction manager is not trustworthy, no quality control. Instead of repairing correctly they try to cover it up. Don’t go by model home because the quality built in field is not the same. Rick from customer service is great but he should not have to finish the house. Director of customer service tells you “ that’s just the way it is”. Not the same company that they used to be.

We received great attention and responsiveness at the start, the showings and help we received from all staff members was a good experience. There were times we had to be a little persistent to get the help we needed

This is our second Fulton Home. We believe the overall value is good, the sales and design people were very good. This home seems to have been lost in scheduling for a period of time and it delivered about 4 months later than what was at first thought should work. There is what we believe is a major design error where the air conditioner compressor is located outside. We also do not understand why Centurylink is the internet supplier of choice. We along with other people have been very frustrated with our experience in getting our internet activated. On the flip side we love the design and quality of workmanship throughout our new home in Barney Farms. We are Snowbirds and will be back in AZ in October. We looking forward to meeting the people and the amenities in our neighbourhood again when we return. ... More

We are very happy in our new home. Can’t wait for the weather to change so we can enjoy more of the outdoor activities.

From the sales office to the project managers you couldn’t ask for a better team. Jack was wonderful to work with. He is pleasant to talk to and truly cares for his clients. We never felt like he was just looking to make another sale. There’s a tradition here that started with the founder Ira that you can feel is translated throughout the staff. They care about their clients and demonstrate their slogan “Fulton Homes, we’re proud to build and your proud to own”. The design center was also a pleasant experience. They took the time to listen to our wants and were patient when we would change our minds on something. We never felt rushed. The two project managers Alex and Travis continue the Fulton tradition of caring for their clients after the sale. They both are easy to reach and respond to our questions in a timely manner. We’ve owned several homes and we cannot stress enough that the two homes we love/d the most are the two Fulton homes. When we moved to Arizona back in 96, after leasing for about a year we purchased a brand new build which was a Fulton home. We’ve had a few different builders in between then and now, and you cannot compare them to the Fulton experience. You want to take the stress out of buying a new home, come see what Fulton has to offer from quality of workmanship down to the signing of the final documents you won’t be disappointed. ... More

Communication is extremely important to us. Timely responses to requests also very important.

Besides our beautiful home and unequaled community that comes with it, the experience while purchasing was extraordinary. Every step of the way there was someone to update us on the progress, answer questions, and help set up the next steps. From start to finish the whole Fulton homes team was great. Even after I moved in they quickly responded to any small issues I had, this includes the members running the HOA. My wife and I have no complaints.
