Sales process was smooth. The community and the facilities provided are very good. Some of the items reported during the final inspection are still pending. The cabinet vendor is unresponsive. The GE appliances being provided does not meet quality standards. A damaged hood is still not replaced after 10 attempt

My purchasing experience was great! The sales team (Tracy & Ali) were always helpful and answered my questions. My project manager (Pat) was great! He helped me understand the construction aspects of the projects and addressed any issues than I had concerns about. Also, (Cindee) at the design center showed me great options for my new house. I would definitely recommend Fulton Homes !

The quality of customer service from buying ti building to closing to all things not addressed post closing is just horrific. Never again!!

Tracy and All were extremely helpful. I reached out a lot with questions prior to my move in date. They were good to reinforce the benefits and information contained on the website but also responded timely and with detailed instructions. They were easy to talk to and very responsive. You have a great office team!

Everything is was delayed. We watched interest rates climb from 2.5% to 6%-7%, while home values dropped. Fulton wasn’t willing to do anything to help or accommodate. There were many minor issues with the home. 2 hot lines were ran to one tub. A few cabinet doors and drawers are cracked. We’ve been waiting months for replacements. Sales kept telling me no one was walking away, but this wasn’t true. Half of the buyers on my street walked away from their new build. I like our model and this home, but it was far from a smooth experience.

First time and disappointed

To be fair, maybe this is just the norm. But taking almost a year and a half to complete practically ruined the experience of buying a first home. Even after purchasing the home, it still took a week to get final touches done on something that was said to only be a day, which delayed moving in even further. The house overall is nice, but corner were clearly cut. I hate to say it but even after some time in the house I still have buyer remorse.

The Fulton Realtor repeatedly told us there were no multilevel homes in the center of the development. We explicitly stated we didn’t want to be next door to a multilevel home. Well, now I have a multilevel home next door with windows that look down into my bedroom, bathroom, office, dining room and backyard. We asked if we could include insulation in the interior walls, we were told that would void the warranty. We asked again later and we’re told it’s too late to add extra insulation. My home was bought in Feb. 2022. I was told it would be done by “summer”. In my mind summer means anywhere from June to September. My home sat untouched for those months. Then the close date was pushed back to October then November then December then January then finally end of February. The process took over a year due to the supply chain issues but Hal and Jack were always very helpful and answered any questions we had. We are very happy with our home and the responsiveness with Travis on any issues we have had. Everyone on the Fulton team have been great!

The website advertised the ability to customize my house, but I was told on the phone that was not an option due to the market. Then it should be taken down from the website. Items have not been corrected since orientation. RO system and Water Softener were not turned on. No insulation for garage. Trash all over neighborhood, not construction debris, but trash (soda bottles, candy wrappers, etc.)

Overall I’m happy with the home and my interactions with the general contractor who oversaw construction. He was very responsive when I would reach out for updates. The sales team has also been helpful and almost always remember me by name when I see them. The common areas are well maintained and the community is beautiful. Some of the finishing touches were sloppy, left for me to remedy (paint splatters on flooring, construction cleanup very minimal) or difficult to submit for repair because you can only have one open repair ticket at a time. Awful experience from the buying process to now trying to get issues that have persisted since moving in fixed. House took way longer to build than was told and the communication on updates and timeframes were terrible and inaccurate. Now being in the home there have been several issues and the communication continues to be terrible. I will not be buying from this builder again.

Our salesman, both of them, kept us informed of the progress of our new build house. They were easy to access and happy to answer questions. Because of supply issues fir the appliances and some building materials, the overall enjoyment was dampened. Fulton has been great to address and correct the cosmetic ‘glitches’ present.

The design center was not helpful & was even discouraging adding in more floor tiles. I thought I was buying a brand new home but what I got was a poorly delivered home with unfinished items & work that I now have to spend time & effort on which isn’t what was expected with a “new” home. Can you imagine buying a brand new car but you have to wash it & tune it up yourself?? Would you call that “brand new”??

Sales through construction was an amazing journey. With all the Covid/Supply Chain issues we never felt alone or left out. Everyone from our sales associates to the project manager was always available to answer questions. Closing date 1 week before calendar year TAX end with many things not completed or missing. The sales office was always responsive and helpful (Thank you Jennifer and Albert!). I liked the project manager in the beginning. He was responsive and took the time to walk through the home with me and kept me up to date. Halfway through we got another project manager (Scott) and to say the least I was less than thrilled & things went downhill from there. He was less than helpful with his 'pat on the head' promises.
