Sales process was smooth. The community and the facilities provided are very good. Some of the items reported during the final inspection are still pending. The cabinet vendor is unresponsive. The GE appliances being provided does not meet quality standards. A damaged hood is still not replaced after 10 attempt

My purchasing experience was great! The sales team (Tracy & Ali) were always helpful and answered my questions. My project manager (Pat) was great! He helped me understand the construction aspects of the projects and addressed any issues than I had concerns about. Also, (Cindee) at the design center showed me great options for my new house. I would definitely recommend Fulton Homes !

The quality of customer service from buying ti building to closing to all things not addressed post closing is just horrific. Never again!!

Tracy and All were extremely helpful. I reached out a lot with questions prior to my move in date. They were good to reinforce the benefits and information contained on the website but also responded timely and with detailed instructions. They were easy to talk to and very responsive. You have a great office team!

Everything is was delayed. We watched interest rates climb from 2.5% to 6%-7%, while home values dropped. Fulton wasn’t willing to do anything to help or accommodate. There were many minor issues with the home. 2 hot lines were ran to one tub. A few cabinet doors and drawers are cracked. We’ve been waiting months for replacements. Sales kept telling me no one was walking away, but this wasn’t true. Half of the buyers on my street walked away from their new build. I like our model and this home, but it was far from a smooth experience.

To be fair, maybe this is just the norm. But taking almost a year and a half to complete practically ruined the experience of buying a first home. Even after purchasing the home, it still took a week to get final touches done on something that was said to only be a day, which delayed moving in even further. The house overall is nice, but corner were clearly cut. I hate to say it but even after some time in the house I still have buyer remorse.

Overall experience has been very good. There are minor imperfections, however, they are being handled.

The Fulton Realtor repeatedly told us there were no multilevel homes in the center of the development. We explicitly stated we didn’t want to be next door to a multilevel home. Well, now I have a multilevel home next door with windows that look down into my bedroom, bathroom, office, dining room and backyard. We asked if we could include insulation in the interior walls, we were told that would void the warranty. We asked again later and we’re told it’s too late to add extra insulation. Fulton Realtor was rude and condescending each time we had to talk to her. In the end the Fulton Realtor substituted a gas stove for our electric, without asked if that is what we wanted. I find the Fulton Homes team at Cooley Station to be very personable and professional. They were very attentive, courteous and gracious. I am very excited to be in my new house.

My home was bought in Feb. 2022. I was told it would be done by “summer”. In my mind summer means anywhere from June to September. My home sat untouched for those months. Then the close date was pushed back to October then November then December then January then finally end of February. After inquiring about what happened to summer time finish, I was gaslit and told that maybe I “heard the sales associate incorrectly”. I repeatedly asked to speak to someone who knew anything about my home to which I was met with no response or “I’ll get back to you” to which no one ever did. No one seemed to know who I could talk to or hear about the progress of my home. Since my close date was pushed back I could not lock in a loan rate and was totally screwed with a 7% interest rate. Now, my home is beautiful. But I would never wish this experience on anyone. I have bought a new build home before (K Hovnanian) and had a much more pleasant and honest experience. I have told multiple people from Fulton Homes how dissatisfied I have been with this process and have yet to hear from ANYONE in costumer service. No one. This is a beautiful home! We couldn’t be happier! It will be a great community once all the homes are built! The area is beautiful and awesome! We’re very happy!

We worked with Rick and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready to move in plus he followed up on any open issues. This made the experience a great one.

It was a difficult time to build a house (the pandemic & supply chain issues), but Fulton Homes made the process as painless as possible!

I would never buy a home from any other builder. Everyone is fantastic, and our home is beautiful!

The process took over a year due to the supply chain issues but Hal and Jack were always very helpful and answered any questions we had. We are very happy with our home and the responsiveness with Travis on any issues we have had. Everyone on the Fulton team have been great!

The website advertised the ability to customize my house, but I was told on the phone that was not an option due to the market. Then it should be taken down from the website. Items have not been corrected since orientation. RO system and Water Softener were not turned on. No insulation for garage. Trash all over neighborhood, not construction debris, but trash (soda bottles, candy wrappers, etc.)

House handed over with many items incomplete. It’s now over one month and these items are still in abeyance. Project manager seems to be unaware or is incompetent. Waiting to see what will happen now.

Overall I’m happy with the home and my interactions with the general contractor who oversaw construction. He was very responsive when I would reach out for updates. The sales team has also been helpful and almost always remember me by name when I see them. The common areas are well maintained and the community is beautiful. Some of the finishing touches were sloppy, left for me to remedy (paint splatters on flooring, construction cleanup very minimal) or difficult to submit for repair because you can only have one open repair ticket at a time. The sub-contractors who come to do repairs have so far not come with the supplies needed to complete the work. ... More

Awful experience from the buying process to now trying to get issues that have persisted since moving in fixed. House took way longer to build than was told and the communication on updates and timeframes were terrible and inaccurate. Now being in the home there have been several issues and the communication continues to be terrible. I will not be buying from this builder again.

Our salesman, both of them, kept us informed of the progress of our new build house. They were easy to access and happy to answer questions. Because of supply issues fir the appliances and some building materials, the overall enjoyment was dampened. Fulton has been great to address and correct the cosmetic ‘glitches’ present.

The design center was not helpful & was even discouraging adding in more floor tiles. I thought I was buying a brand new home but what I got was a poorly delivered home with unfinished items & work that I now have to spend time & effort on which isn’t what was expected with a “new” home. Can you imagine buying a brand new car but you have to wash it & tune it up yourself?? Would you call that “brand new”??

Sales through construction was an amazing journey. With all the Covid/Supply Chain issues we never felt alone or left out. Everyone from our sales associates to the project manager was always available to answer questions. The challenges that our builder was facing were enormous; but they pulled through with shining colors. YES, it took longer than anyone would have liked, including the builder. Closing date 1 week before calendar year TAX end with many things not completed or missing. No refrigerator, tub faded from sunlight exposure or wrong color, crack patio glass pane, multitude of touchups missed before final walk through that I should not have to point out plus rushing me to complete observations.

The sales office was always responsive and helpful (Thank you Jennifer and Albert!). I liked the project manager in the beginning. He was responsive and took the time to walk through the home with me and kept me up to date. Halfway through we got another project manager (Scott) and to say the least I was less than thrilled & things went downhill from there. He was less than helpful with his 'pat on the head' promises. I felt like he constantly talked down to me in a condescending way. He smelled horrible all the time (like a dirty ashtray). I found myself trying to stand across the room from him and hold my breath. Needless to say, many of his "yeah, I'll come back over and take care of that" promises never happened. Right after I closed he disappeared thankfully and was replaced by someone else (Patrick) who is responsive and finally getting things done. He is fantastic and really a nice guy who generally cares. Thank you Patrick! As far as the quality, for a $500k home it's a bit disappointing... this is not the first home I've built in this price range. I feel like it was slapped together at the last minute. There are issues that I had asked to be fixed prior to closing that were ignored. I have holes next to outlets that were filled in with mud haphazardly and never sanded - just painted over. The painters left paint splatter and overspray all over the house, overspray on the fridge, the tub fixtures don't even line up with one another. I have some sort of epoxy/glue stuff stuck in my kitchen sink and on my counters which won't come off. A company came to replace the stove vent hood and left a complete mess all over the counters and stove. I had multiple cabinets cracked and damaged due to carelessness that still have yet to be fixed. Overall, the quality of the sub-contractors has been disappointing. Is there no pride of work anymore? How do you go into someone's home and leave damage and a mess like that? I bought a Fulton home because of their local reputation and because of the location. I will not buy another Fulton home after this due to the lack of quality. Buyer beware. I did not get the quality of a $500k home.
