We chose Fulton b/c of the floorplan of the Raymond model. Based on other builders floorplans, that was the best that worked for us. We would of made some changes if we could but weren't allowed as we chose a "quick move" that wasn't really a quick move in our opinion especially since houses that started after ours were ahead of ours or completed before ours. The Sales team has been very helpful and responsive. The Construction and Customer Service teams has responded to any issue very timely. The fix waiting for a subcontractor to respond or provide material has not always been so quick. The paver veneers have not been installed and we still do not have a date. To me this is confusing as we had selected that option 10 months before closing, so why were they not planned for and on hand when needed. Very happy with our house and Fulton Homes so far.

In comparison to my other home buying experience with another builder - my experience with Fulton Homes was outstanding. Throughout the process, I was informed of all the details of what was happening, status updates, things that were needed etc., The design center experience was great as we've never gone through the chance to pick out a lot of the things we wanted in the house. Incomplete and unresponsive

Fulton set the supposed closing date but they clearly didn't have the home ready by that date. A laundry-list of items that were incomplete, badly installed, not working all identified but then they disappeared. Had to keep pestering them to find out when these items would be addressed. No response. Eventually they "closed" all the issues but then sent someone to create a whole new list. Still waiting to get these issues addressed 2 full months after we identified them. I would not trust Fulton Homes to build me a home ever again.

Home was poorly built. The attention to detail was extremely awful. Paint all over the floors. Home was delivered dirty. Floors had stains. Tile was the incorrect color and inconsistent colored throughout. Tom was great though.

We had a rough start with our original Salesperson, once we got that switched it was great! The construction team and super were awesome and worked with us on all issues and questions, the team in the design center was also great to work with. All in All, Fulton built a great home at a fair price and did what they could to make the best of all the delays and challenges that we are all dealing with in these extraordinary times. From the initial interaction of when I purchased my home to the day I closed Fulton associates have been great. I used my own lender and they worked closely with the title and sales personnel. My walk through was great and the few items that needed touched up have already been fixed. Customer service reached out to see if anything outstanding and to follow up. Love my new home.

Do not do it not worth the headache and anxiety this caused for me and my family during this process. Before and during signing it was great office was nice and responded to emails and walked us through everything, but after putting in our deposits and signing that's when stuff went south. Tom wouldn't give us updates till we hownded him for it ALWAYS made excuses and never gave us answers just worked around our questions. The absolute worst home buying experience ever. And 2 months after moving in I still have a list a mile long of things they still need to fix. Its not just me all 9 families that live on my street feel the same way. The we are proud to build is not true!! Fulton Homes we are good at making excuses and not taking responsibility. Not one person has been honest or followed up consistently it is always someone else's fault. Buying a home should be a great experience I would recommend going to a builder that cares.

I want to start by saying we understand that the pandemic had a ginormous impact on this industry (shortage of material, labor, etc., we get that), but the level of service, workmanship, and follow through that we’ve experienced throughout our buying experience and post move-in, has been terrible to say the least. Finally moved into our home after 18 months of waiting and have had nothing but disappointment after disappointment. When we moved in, the house was FILTHY, like a construction zone still with sheet rock and dust everywhere. Too many things to name that weren’t working (electricity and doors not shutting just a few). 8 weeks later and things still not fixed. No stove top for 8 weeks, and ultimately told we couldn’t get the brand name stovetop we paid for. Completely different cabinets and flooring from what we picked out. The entire experience has been a headache and wouldn’t recommend.

So thankful this experience is over, because it has not been good. We’ve been in our home now for almost four months and there STILL are many things that need to be fixed. Management has horrible communication, one example: about 4-5 times people have come by to fix ONE issue yet they can’t fix it because they don’t have the right parts! Our sales rep (Tom) was great, and I felt like he truly was our advocate. Post sales of taking care of tickets and getting things repaired is horrific. We've been in our house for roughly 3 months, and have taken care of 2 or 3 things out of about 12.

My experience from Fulton Homes came from day 1. Our sales rep Shelly was rude, condescending, and acted like she was better than us. Throughout the process, no communications after repeated corrsepondence and until I wrote to Fulton Homes and complained. That lasted 2 weeks. I spent 18 months not knowing and had to drive back and forth to see the house because no one would give me an update. For the most part it was a reasonable experience. Everything went good until we closed & it seemed like we just got put on the back burner. We were never getting responses on the online portal/warranty & then whenever we did & were told someone would be by the house on a specific day, no one would show up.

Overall our experience was good. We had to move in without all of the appliances which was unfortunate but this company was very responsive to our needs. Alex, the construction manager is phenomenal! This is the third home I've built and I must say working with Alex was the best experience of them all. Alex promptly scheduled all needed repairs and is always very kind and polite.

In this crazy process of home building, from the day we selected our lot to finish, took 18 months. Never had we experienced anything like it in home buying. But through it all, we always had questions answered and kept up to date by the sales team. They were empathic to our frustrations and did whatever they could to help us with the process. I only enjoyed the sale representative throughout the experience. The walk through of the home before purchasing it was not an easy one to encounter. Who want to hear no house is perfect before you sign? As of now, I am dealing with paint issues, weather strips on doors, an upgraded door we purchase that’s not installed properly. Delays. Lack of communication. Not having any information or knowledge about delays. Practically pulling out teeth to get workmanship issues fixed after house was completed. Waiting months and months for simple issues to be resolved before and after completion. Meanwhile Fulton model homes soared through completion without issues or delays. Feel forgotten after our home has been completed. Almost as if Fulton got their money from the lender and never looked back.

I will preface by saying this was not my first time building a home. I am happy with the overall product but the communication from the office staff and the supervisor (Marlon) was less than ideal. For example, if there is going to be an additional 4 month delay that you are aware of, communicate that to the buyer. Don't wait for us to pull it out of you when we think we are moving in in 6 weeks. We were also provided no appliances and no substitutes or even a gift card to buy a toaster.
