Overall we had a good experience working with Fulton Homes during the build process. We were relocating from Wyoming and working on this long distance posed some problems but the entire team worked with our ability to come to Phoenix and we were able to conduct all of our appointments with no disruption of the building process. There were minimal issues noticed after moving in and Fulton took care of those issues quickly and without any warranty hassle which is something you can't always say about warranty's!! When we were purchasing the home, we were placed in a waiting list with other builders while Fulton Homes stated they take pride in not having a waiting list or lottery on their lots. When the work force and material shortage occurred, Fulton could not get homes complete in a timely manner. The other builders that I passed on where I was called on for the waiting list were completing homes months faster than Fulton because they were manageable and not excessive. I’m extremely disappointed on how the community pool has not been built. HOA keeps going up. The main reason I purchased was to have a community pool and it is taking to long. There are other communities that have a pool.

I am very disappointed with Fulton’s new build experience. I understand construction shortages have been impacting builders and home buyers, however, this does not make an excuse for Fulton’s representatives to lie to their customers and cut corners during the build. Numerous major and minor issues were pointed out from the very beginning of the build to the very end and have yet to be fixed. We were behind in getting in our new home due to co-vid and shortages of materials. Once in our home there were few issues to resolve, and Fulton is still working on them. We are satisfied with the build and would recommend Fulton Homes to anyone interested in purchasing a new home.

Everything was less than exceptional in most part due to covid issues. That's understandable. Fulton superintendent Rick was exceptional considering the countertop contractor lying about the state of installation. Very nerve racking deciding to sign or not sign without countertops in place. Considering I told everyone about the issue two weeks before closing. Rick and Travis from fulton have taken careof all issues since then in a timely manner.

From the first day, the entire team has been very professional and caring. Ali and Tracy always made me feel like there were there for me. Josh, my project manager was very thorough and explained the process every step of the way. Since moving in about 3 weeks ago, Fulton’s Customer Satisfaction Team has been outstanding, making Sue that every detail is addressed immediately. Phillip is amazing! I submitted a work order for a noisy ceiling fan and he called me within minutes to ask if I was available for him to stop by. Fulton is awesome!

We were very excited to purchase our new home and loved the neighborhood!! We were told about the delays up front and were fine to wait 14months for our home with the promise of great quality. What a joke that statement is!! Our tile backsplashes look like a child did them and we had our master bathroom torn apart for over a month (was brought to their attention months before we closed). We love our home. The home is perfect. The salesmen and formen...foremen not so great. There were lots of delays due to building material issues but no one kept in touch with us or informed us of anything that was happening. Our calls were rarely returned and the foremen was rude as if we were bothering him for asking for updates on our home that had been delayed 6 months past the expected delivery date. We did not feel valued at all.

Overall, our experience working with Fulton Homes was good. Frustrating at times with all the delays getting our house done. Took an extra 7 months to get the keys to our home. Still missing screens for atrium doors and have a brand new dishwasher that has never worked. Had to have GE send out someone to inspect and ended up ordering 3 parts. After waiting 5-6 weeks for parts, they were installed and still dishwasher doesn't work. 4th part ordered and if this doesn't work, we are demanding a new dishwasher. Looking forward to the day when nothing else has to be fixed, adjusted or replaced.

Overall we had a positive experience with Fulton. The sales team was great throughout the process and in the end we are happy with our product. Unfortunately there are a couple things that brought our rating down. 1. To me, the building in the neighborhood was incredibly miss managed. At the time, Fulton was one of the only builders who wasn’t limiting the build starts. This lead to major issues once the material supply issues hit. Waiting forever to get the house closed but still lot of issues to be fixed after closing

We waited for one and a half years for the house to be closed. But appliances and screens were still missing on the close date. After closing, they have to come to my house multiple times to fix the squeaking flooring, damaged garage door panel, chipped marble countertop, install the screens..... This made the new home buying process so painful.

We understand that it's unreasonable to expect perfect work when there are hundreds of workers doing thousands of jobs. On our walkthrough we were told to expect things to be fixed, to be made right. Great! But most things weren't made right, most issues weren't resolved. For example, if they would just fix our upstairs floors, and put in our keypad entry on our garage, we could live with a lot of the lesser issues. They use mostly subcontractors as I guess it's usual in the industry but the level of responsiveness and accountability when something was wrong, depends on the professionalism of that subcontractor engaged. If the subcontractor is good, things are fixed and Fulton takes credit, but If there's a failure on the subcontractor part, the customer care team and specially the project manager collapses to a state of unresponsiveness and negligence.
