We bought a home in Cooley Station. As most new construction buyers found out, the supply chain slowed things down, however, Beth and Phil kept us in the loop and updated us as things progressed. Also, Glenn and Jose (on the construction side) answered all of our questions and made time to ensure we understood everything that was going on with the house construction. I can't recommend these 4 enough.

Fulton Homes does not hold their Sales people accountable. After signing your contract with Fulton Homes, you are told your sales person is your primary point-of-contact. The issue with that is, the sales associate we were dealing with could not even answer basic questions about the purchase and build process (this person has been with Fulton for years). Fulton will not allow you to contact the project manager directly and all communication has to go through your sales associate. Our sales associate was completely incompetent, unprofessional and combative. The sales people know Fulton management will not hold them accountable so once your contract is signed, the Sale Associate can treat you as poorly as they want. When calling Fulton Homes corporate office for assistance, you are told to "Contact your sales associate". Even though I called to complain about the lack of knowledge and customer service I was receiving from my sales associate. Fulton Homes should, at minimum, also give customers the Sales persons managers name and contact information. This would at least provide a small level of accountability. Fulton Homes did build a quality house, but the Sales experience was so bad, I am struggling to even give them a 3 star rating. Overall good good builder with good communication with buyer throughout process

As first-time homeowners, my wife and I had the worst experience with the salesperson at the Fulton Home, which resulted in a manner I still couldn’t fathom. My wife had a conversation with the salesperson regarding the appliances (loaners) and he got mad at her, rudely dropped the call on her. I discussed this issue with teo supervisors, as I’m writing this review, nothing has been done. No apology, issue left unaddressed. The treatment was disgusting, which I believe has rubbed off the excitement of getting our first home with Fulton Home.

Fulton did not meet a single one of the deadlines they gave us. As a result, my family ended up having to move twice (our home was delayed by four months). Fulton was terrible at communicating with us, and only Pat in the sales office ever even apologized for the stress my family experienced. Two days before closing, Fulton told us we would have no appliances in our new home at closing, and was either unable or unwilling to provide us with estimated delivery times for any of these appliances. They also told us they would not be providing us with loaners. It took over a month to receive our cooktop, and they only provided us with a loaner five days before the permanent cooktop arrived. Fulton as a company builds beautiful homes, but they don't seem to respect their buyers, and will not reach out with updates. First Fulton we ever built and would not build again.

I have owned a few different homes by different builders across the valley of the sun. But this home is so far the best quality and attention to detail of all of them. Even with some of the material shortages as of late, they have come through and accommodated any concerns I've had and / or are on the process of correcting any small issues in a timely manner. Overall, at least for my wife and I this has been a great buying experience and a very very nicely built home. Great job. I'm not planning on ever moving again so it is great that we really love this house.

Great builder the attention to detail they have is amazing.

Definitely a rough year with COVID and shipping delays. LOVE my house, very cool inside and efficient. Move in process was not the best until we had Travis assigned as our Service Rep, he has been AMAZING!!! My BIGGEST issue is Fulton's partnership with Poco Verde, they are the ONLY landscaping company they allow you to work with in order to put pool/spa and/or landscaping into mortgage and they have been a NIGHTMARE!!! Awful customer service and little to no communication or follow through. Shotty work that needed Fulton to repair and then major issues with plumbing since landscaping installers brushed rocks into pipes which caused sewage backups into my tubs and showers! If they want partners to represent want Fulton says they stand for, they need to re-evaluate their partnership with Poco Verde. ... More

Overall it is a great house and we’re happy to own. That said, the sales and closing process could be better. Sales starts off very helpful and engaged but that dissipates as the build evolved. Some of it can be attributed to their limited exposure to specific subjects, understandably so, while other stuff seemed like simple misses on their behalf. The preferred lender provided unsatisfactory rates initially considering our great credit and supposed-to-be current low rates. However, the Contractor was informative and responsive throughout the build and that really makes the process/home great. It appears that several of the subcontractors Fulton used did not do a good job. There are many finish issues we are still working through: many paint problems, unfinished wall corners and baseboard ends, and grout issues to name a few. We are happy with our new home, but the number of minor errors is frustrating. In some cases we may choose to live with the issue because now that we are moved in fixing them is difficult.

My walk through for my new house was really exciting and unbelievable. Almost Everyone that worked on my home was there…very impressed with the Fulton staff and how they work together to make sure everything is to your liking. Great customer service!

The build process went as smoothly as it could, especially considering supply and labor shortages. After move in, the minor issues that always come up with new builds were dealt with promptly and professionally. We’re very happy with our choice!

Djkarta, and Jack were awesome. Their Hospitality was amazing and they were always there to answer any questions or concerns we may have had! I absolutely Love Fulton’s Customer Service Portal fir it made out hone buying experience easy.

Salespeople were great, but the trades performing the work was horrible. After close examination, work was performed unprofessionally. No attention to details.

We love our new Fulton home!

Everyone I worked with at Fulton, from the seller to the superintendent, we're knowledgeable of the materials that were being used and how it would prolong the life of the home. Someone was always available to answer my questions and concerns.

Delays for unknown reasons. I was told the book responses about Covid and the hit on supply chains but how come homes that started 5 months after ours finished one week after ours. Not very responsive during construction and after. things that were covered under warranty - we are told now that because of the current shortage they are no longer offering them. that is very welching. not a great home builder ever like they claim every time you talk to a salesperson.

Our sales agent Jack is Fantastic. Our Superintendent Pat is very responsive and personable. The home price and value are good. When we moved in we had to clean. It's like they forgot to send the cleaner. Grout on the baseboards is pretty tacky. No care was taken with touch up paint as there were paint droplets all over the floor throughout the house. Our microwave hasn't worked since we moved in but we have to wait a month for a repair person? Overall it's a good house. Pat and his crew are ready to address issues.

This was the most stressful home buying process I have ever heard of. The communication throughout the process was a joke. Any time we were told something the following week we would be told that those items were never spoken about. Our salesperson made it to where I never want to experience another home buying process.

Although we are still waiting for items to be addressed, I think everyone is doing the best they can. Material shortages and Covid is not helping. The biggest disappointment was working with Poco Verde landscaping. Customer Service is very lacking and working with Peggy was very unrewarding. We always felt that we were putting her out. We ended up going to another company to get our backyard landscaping done as Poco couldn't give us time. It would be nice if we had more than one company to choose from. They behaved as though they didn't have to work for our business. Basically, it was, "if you don't like it, go somewhere else". So we did. ... More

Great people to work with, Id buy again from fulton but as far as their subcontractors, Fulton needs better control over them. After the sale the show up when they want rarely attempt to work with the customer ESPECIALLY YOUR APPLIANCE DELIVERY SERVICE(WHICH AINT NO SERVICE) they are rude, do not try to work with the customer, only deliver M-F (PEOPLE WORK HOW DO YOU THINK WE PAY FOR THESE HOMES) FULTON you need to fire them and get someone who represents you better

It was a fine process. As a first time homebuyer, it was okay. Communication wasn’t very consistent but it wasn’t horrible. Not sure if I would be a Fulton Home again.
