Frustrating building during a pandemic. Many issues were related to the supply chain. We would have appreciated a more responsive effort to "keep us in the loop" related to building and supply delays regarding our home. Our sales person, Susan, communicated as well as possible...she just did not have the information, from others, that she needed to keep us informed. We are still, after closing, waiting on items to be finished and delivered. Post close, the building superintendent has been fantastic and very accessible for us. This is much appreciated.

This is our 2nd home with Fulton. We've enjoyed both.

The builder over all is good. However, they do things the cheap way. Make sure you take a close look at your range hood. They are too cheap to pull it forward so it is even with the upper cabinet. Instead, they leave it back with an extended cabinet, leaving unfinished cabinet exposed. All they would have to do is block it in the back and extend the vent. Again, do it the cheap way instead of the right way. Upper management's response was terrible and has shown me why I will not buy another Fulton Home.

This is the second home we have purchased and it was a great experience. The whole team helped with any and all my questions, and always had a great attitude.

All in all the experience from start to finish went very well. A few minor issues had to be worked out but were all taken care of. From my sales person Kathy to the building manager Joseph they went above and beyond to make the experience a good one.

Fulton Homes made this a great experience for us. The entire team from start to finish was extremely helpful.

From day one we had appliances missing. Washer and dryer took over a month to be installed and then to find out the laundry cabinets were not the right height. Walls are warped, grout has bubbles that have popped through, and the wooden stair bannisters are cracked. To top it off we recently had a dust storm and found out the door seal on the front door was bad. Dust and dirt flew throughout the entry way. We also found out our house was not built on the correct landscape drainage slope so we have pools of water 3 days after the storm.

Very displeased that we were not given an option for non carpet upstairs. I have severe allergies and carpeting does not help. We were told we could pick flooring prior to signing the purchase agreement, then when we arrived at the design center we were forced to pick carpeting. Obviously we were not happy at all. We were willing to pay any additional costs and still was not given an option to do so.

Great floor plans, and quality build.

My realtor call me and told me about the Cooley Station homes. She said it had everything I wanted and its is a great area . I was living in California so The next day I had my daughter look at the home because she lives in the Phenix area. She call me and I purchased the home right then from my phone. When I move in I was very pleased with my purchase.

Our entire experience with Fulton Homes has been outstanding from the time we walked in the door at the model homes/office after our first visit, all the way through our new home delivery! We were out-of-state buyers so we were a little anxious as to how the process would work not being in town. I have to say that Tracy was amazing throughout the entire process. She even sent us weekly pictures of the house as it was under construction! Everyone we encountered from the time we toured the model homes to the recommended Mortgage Leander, Design Center experience, Title Company, closing, and the Home Delivery was simply amazing! The house is nothing less than impeccable and far surpasses our expectations. We visited quite a few other homebuilders in the area and the quality and value of Fulton Homes were unmatched. The house was beyond what i expected and luxurious. Fulton homes treated me like i was someone very special and that made me feel part of the fulton homes family. Overall, im extremely happy with the purchase of my house.

The people and product are way overrated. The whole process is layered like an onion so nobody really has to take responsibility, just send out someone different every time there’s an issue. The workmanship was average at best, Looks like they cut corners to make more profit at every possible opportunity.. I expected better from professionals that do this everyday for a living and got sloppy DYI type quality work.

The persons I dealt with were responsive to my questions and concerns from beginning to end, always respectful and forthright in their answers and responses.

Everyone was very easy to work with and helpful. Our contact was very responsive to any question or concern. It felt like they really cared! Also had a great experience at the showroom picking out everything.

The process was smooth and was kept up to date as the project moved along. However at the end when things needed to be fixed or addressed just felt like the ball was dropped. I would buy from the builder again and options to completely customize the home. I understand that this time of buying had been crazy and I’m sure before this the level of service for home deliveries was better then it has been lately. Our house was not cleaned and when asked for them to clean it they kept claiming it was and it wasn’t. So we had to move it to a house that was not cleaned and minor fixes where left undone. Again I know that this was probably not the case pre-covid. We love our home and the community. ... More
