We purchased our home in Highfield Estates last summer and our experience with Hallmark could be summed up with one word: EASY. From the beginning, Rob and Gerry were incredibly helpful and patient with us as we chose and continually changed options. Our house was unique in that we built a custom in-law suite, which was much larger than the a la carte option. Their team treated that as if it were an everyday occurrence, listened to my mother in law's wishes, and executed it perfectly.
