Our experience with Highland Homes has been amazing from start to finish. We were moving from out of state and our Highland team of Todd and Mason kept us up to date and informed of the build progress the entire time our home was under construction. They truly went above and beyond in making this a great experience. We can’t say enough about the entire Highland team had and would recommend Highland to anyone.

Being a first time home buyer, I had lot of queries and was struggling to find the right fit house for my requirement and within budget. Lucky to have met with Jessica , highland sales person and she guided me to chose right home with right kind of upgrades. She was engaged through out the process and never took more than 30 mins to respond to my queries, super quick and always have intention to help me. Another lucky charm was Rob, the construction manager. Rob was superb and was very honest and transparent through out the construction phase, any issues brought to his notice was very professionally handled and resolved with full satisfaction. My husband and I had previously contracted for another builders home, but as we started b=seeing it built, we realized that the quality wasn't there. We were lucky to have found our current home right across the street from the one we were building. After one look, we cancelled our first contract and bought the Highland Home, and we are happy every day that we made this decision. The quality it great and the home is beautiful.

I purchased an inventory home and the construction manager (Preston) was extremely helpful during the orientation and final walk. He continues to follow up with me after I moved in. I love the home and couldn’t be happier!

As a "senior citizen" I have had several new home purchase experiences, and without a doubt my experiences with Highland homes has been absolutely superior in every way! The quality of the home is beyond compare! Eleven foot ceilings, six inch base boards, included landscape, exterior finishes with lighting, quality paint and fixtures with higher end upgrades make my new home a joy to live in and decorate! And the staff of Highland Homes is amazing! Care begins at the top and is carried through each level of the house to home process with Highland! Tracy in the sales office, Tim, Garret, and Fred in the construction of the home, Donny in customer service, each and every one responsive, professional, knowledgeable, caring and just willing to help no matter the request, or change order! Even the construction VP, Stephen stopped by my home toward the end of construction and I was impressed with his thoughtfulness and care. everything was smooth sailing and accurate and timely.

Jennifer was helpful and responsive whenever we had a problem Our builder Ben was conscientious and very organized. He did everything possible to ensure that our house was ready on time. All of our issues were resolved and he was a pleasure to work with.

This is our second newly built home in Texas and our first with Highland Homes. I found the service and responsiveness to issues to be outstanding. I would recommend a Highland Home to anyone and everyone.

Building with Highland Homes was a breeze! The communication from our project manager Cameron was great. This being our second Highland Home but first time involved in the building process, we had a ton of questions. Cameron was quick to answer all of them and would even send us photographs of the progress made each week to keep us as informed as possible. We had a third party inspection done and the inspector could hardly find anything wrong with the home other than a few very minor items. Cameron made sure they were all taken care of before our closing date, and has continued to handle any warranty/post-close items quickly. The location is great, the home is beautiful, and both Avery and Andrew were excellent to work with.
