I appreciate how highland homes value their customers, our journey on when we still in the process of building the house was not easy, we made a lot of changes and highland homes grant all our request.

Our home building experience with Highland was smooth from start to finish. Our sales counselor Kim was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful when it came to making all of our selections. She was thorough in her explanations of the building process and that gave us a lot of trust in the care and quality that Highlands puts into their construction and customer service. Once we started our build, we received consistent and reliable communication with our construction manager, *****. He was truly fantastic to work with and laid out clear expectations for how the process would go, and delivered on all promises made throughout the build. Sales group, Anita, was SUPER Elyson is a nice place to live. We are still moving in.

Dealing with Devin was a fantastic experience. All the contractors that were here were very nice and easy to deal with as well. My only criticism would be the actual day of closing. It was on time and generally went smoothly. But because we didn't use highlands financing company it felt like we didn't get great treatment. We didn't have information about our left over funds that we should've had before we even came. We were told just to bring a voided check. But that was not the case. Spent about 30 minutes calling our bank having to get information that like I said. We easily could've had if we were told before closing. But I love my home. And I love every other facet of the highland home buying experience. The sales person Bert was outstanding as well. And got answers to questions almost immediately every time he was asked. ... More

We are very satisfied with our new home and process to get from an empty lot to move-in day. Cory and Eric were so dedicated to getting everything right and making sure we had the best information and options. When we weren't sure about a decision for all the custom options, we could trust their expertise to point us in the right direction to get what we would be ultimately happy with. They kept us very up-to date on the progress, and were happy to help us make last-minute changes when we changed our mind or needed to swap out some options. My wife and I are very picky about details. When we decided on a Highland Home, we looked at many factors. The layout of the home was critical for our needs. And, as for most, the price was really important as well. We picked the Esplanade and changed the layout to a 3-3 with the Flex-Gen. Having ensuite for all three bedrooms was important to us. And, the Flex-Gen is a really good sized room. We have had a few issues with the house. It has taken a fair amount of adjusting to get the AC working correctly in all the rooms. And we have had some problems with the flooring. But, most importantly, Highland has been right there every step of the way to make sure everything is exactly right. Tracy and Alex have been great throughout the entire process. We have been in the house for almost two months and are loving it. We made a great choice and would do it again. ... More

Throughout the build and upon first moving in there were minor issues with some of the sub contracted trades. Highland was extremely responsive and took care of the issues as they arose and helped where they could.

Everyone we interacted with at highland homes has gone above and beyond to answer all questions we had along the way, send updates regularly to feel like we were there and accommodated our challenges being out of state! The house quality and finish was perfect and we're so happy we went with Highland Homes and the awesome team that helped bring it all together!

I had worked with 7 builders before I worked with HighlandHome. The whole process was very smooth, fast, and easygoing. From Sale person to Construction Manager, they are very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. We live out of state and couldn’t meet them in person for some meetings but everything worked out perfectly. Manny ***** and specially Jonathan ***** tried all their best to have the process done well and went beyond my expectation. I really appreciate their efforts and treasure their professionalism! Whenever I had questions or any concerns, they always answered me quickly and solved all issues arised. From all the builders that I worked with, I like HighlandHome best. This was an overall very stres free experience. Our Project Manager was very communicative throughout the entire experience and in tune with all our needs.

The whole experience of building our home with Highland Homes has been great. We were able to build a great floor plan that works well for us, on our preferred lot, and add some personal touches to the home. It's well built, well insulated, and we've had no issues. And even after the sale, Highland has been quick to respond to issues.
