Highland has a good reputation and now after building a Highland Home I see why. Any issues I've had through the building process were addressed and handled to my satisfaction. I again would build with Highland.

Home is very beautiful. Seems to be very well built with the exception of a few things where you can tell the workers cut corners and didn’t care. Also a few little warranty items, but that’s to be expected with a new build. Overall happy with our decision to build with Highland.

Hands down the beat home buying experience I’ve ever had. The staff are friendly and professional and will not disappoint.

Overall, we had a pretty positive experience. The things that needed to be fixed for us to purchase were fixed and in a timely manner. Our PM is responsive to our questions even after move in and provides assistance when needed. I’m happy to say that we do not have buyers remorse.

Highland Homes built the home we wanted at a price we could afford. Their builder Jesse was incredibly detailed and helpful. They were willing to modify more than other builders I've worked with in the past, and helped me make the home my own. I noticed a few minor things that needed changing after my closing date and Highland Homes didn't hesitate to make it right and quickly. I trusted the team I worked with and hope to build with them again someday.

Our experience with Highland Homes was a good one from start to finish. Our sales rep and our builder were both very quick and eager to help us and to be sure we were happy with our new home. We very much appreciate how we were treated by Highland Homes, and especially by those two individuals.

Great people!

Contractor's building the home abused the cabinets, bath tubs, plumbing and many others fixtures. Roof in the front was not completed properly. Open holes under gables lack proper sealing. Roof leaks in front under eve. Exterior pieces were not completed properly (sealed on exterior properly). Many items identified in final walk through to be completed as part of the sale, remain uncompleted after 2 months. Lack of response by builder to rectify. Hire your own inspector prior to closing for a new home by this builder. Home lacks insulation over rooms in the attic (it is visible). Demand all items be completed before closing! Having purchased several homes in my life, new and used, I have purchased used homes that require less fixing to repair the household than new on this one. ... More

Great team to work with

We received the ultimate presidential treatment from Highland staff. They were very responsive and worked efficiently to get our home built within the time frame they gave us. We will definitely go with Highland Homes if we decide to build again.

The entire process from sales (Lula & Danielle) to construction (Javier) to last minute financing (Troy & Meredith ) EVERYONE was professional, kind, promptly answered all of my questions and concerns and even went above and beyond with helping me resolve an issue in a calm and timely manner! I could not be more pleased with the entire process of purchasing and building my new home!!! Thank you ALLLLL!!!

This was our first home to build. From start to finish everyone with Highland was and continues to provide great support for any and all questions or requests that were made. We have been here about a month and a half. We find the house build very nice........but as we are in Harvest, a community in the works, it is 8 PM in the evening, and one street over, there is still heavy construction vehicles working! This is after a day of loud blaring music from the construction workers on the house next door. I THOUGHT THERE WERE POSTED HOURS for deliveries and construction. Had I not have to get up for work at 3 AM for work, i might not see this as important.......but this is very annoying!

The people at highland homes listen to you and always try to accommodate you they are honest And they stand by their products
