Everything from the purchase price, walk through, mortgage, closing, and checking in after closing were so seamless and perfect. They took such great care of me. It’s my second highland home and I’m happy to be back in one!

Overall experience with Highland Homes was great and the builder was friendly, knowable, and on top of getting our home ready for the closing date. I would definitely recommend purchasing a Highland home to family and friends it's been a great journey into our forever home and loving our home! One final suggestion I would recommend to Highland is never rush to complete a home because workmanship can never be rushed and errors will appear from their work, but ours have been resolved and appreciate Doug resolving those issues.

We love our dream home. Andrew and Avery at 6 Creeks in Kyle did an amazing job. They kept us in the loop and were so responsive to our questions and needs. Even after the purchase they have been a phone call or text away and will assist without hesitation. You don’t typically see that after the check has been signed.

Our experience with Highland homes is exceptional . Of all the builders we visited and heard there is NO doubt that highland homes is the BEST. Right from the pre-sale discussions they have a positive vibe all the way. All areas like appointments, construction quality, detailed explanations, closing and mainly post closing discussions are taken with utmost care. When we cancelled existing highland contact and took a new one, we hoped to get that earnest transferred but it didn’t happen as it was so close to closing . It is fair on them as it is so close but that was the only thing we would have wished. Would like to mention Michelle and Tom as one of the best in helping our initial discussions. From first meeting Rayshell in the model home, to now the warranty repairs on our new home, all aspects of buying a Highland Home has been seemless and exceptional.

We bought a home in Santa Rita Ranch, and our project supervisor, Francisco, did a great job updating us step-by-step, making sure his subcontractors performed to the highest level. Francisco was amazing, and we highly recommend him and Highland Homes.

We couldn’t imagine building our house with anyone else. The entire experience of finding and building a house with Highland has been absolutely amazing. The Highland team from Tom on the sales side, to Chris on the build side made the build process extremely smooth and stress free. We are from out of state, so Tom and Chris made sure we were always updated with the progress of our home. We got weekly calls and pictures throughout the entire build. Our house was finished on time, and we couldn’t be happier. If you’re thinking about buying or building a home, Highland should be your pick.

Let me start by saying I’m a first time home buyer, and I want to thank the sales counselor Alan G. He helped me and my family through this whole process by keeping us in the loop when the house was going through its stages of being built to helping us find the right finance team that provided us with a home loan. To answering every and any questions we had about the process and the building of our home in a timely manner. I can’t thank him enough and my family is super grateful for him. And we love the quality of the home and how everything is so spaced out and to whatever I wanted to add to the house it was done. And a huge thank you to the builders that got back and fixed some small things that occurred while settling in the house with fixing things in a timely manner. any time I had a problem with something, Jacob was quick to respond.

The Highland Homes sales person, builder and mortgage lender were all very responsive to my questions and reduced the stress of moving out of state to Texas.

Jared continues to be very responsive in providing contractor names after we closed. He was highly communicative during the build process in providing weekly updates and addressing any questions or issues.

My builder Yale Burkel was amazing, he's the best around. One issue I am having is with the landscapers Daystar. They planted a dead tree in the front yard. Landscapers verified it was dead but have not come out to replace it. It would be great if Daystar can come out and replace the tree as the responsibility should not fall on the homebuyer.

Our experience with Highland Homes has been nothing but amazing. From the moment we met our sales person (Ashley) and builder (Shane) we have felt comfort knowing that this purchase was in the best of hands. Relocating out of state is a terrifying experience and these two individuals did everything that they could do help with our plans and bring our dreams to reality. We will be recommending Highland Homes to all of our friends/family.
