I think (Customer Satisfaction) is the dynamism that drives any company, and the most significant characteristic of a company’s failure or success. Highland Homes has this aspect on customer satisfaction “down pat”. From the beginning, working with Ethan (Sales Counselor), he made the difference in our two-year journey of searching for the right home, builder and location. When Ethan met my wife to show Highland Homes in the rain, not worrying about getting wet to show her the lots and homes available, while other sales counselors from other companies…. opted to postpone or meet at a coffee shop to deliver what they had available. My wife and I knew that Highland Homes was positively different. I am currently working overseas and Ethan was instrumental throughout the entire process, he send everything I needed to capture details on lots, area and home we had picked until we closed. Ethan worked inexorably answering emails, conference calls and photos that follow like clockwork on every update and aspect of construction of our new home. He never said “No…. I Am Booked Till This Date” nor “Can We Make It For Next Month”. Often worked after hours to meet our intent. On the finance side, Matthew’s team worked professionally and exceptionally well when we decided to use their company to finance our home. A no pressure smooth and efficient process they competently provided. The same on emails, conference calls, updates and thorough explanation of detail, and step by step on paper work to deliver a better agreement before closing day. On the construction side, Nick “The Builder” played a big role to explain and advise on details throughout the entire construction process. Professional and patient on our demands, promised to delivered our home without delays. After closing, Nick’s team worked hard to listen and fixed mostly small cosmetic issues we had during the closing process Always around to ask if everything was OK, Nick continues to deliver under the new warranty list as promised. Positive experience from beginning to end.

From the 11-foot ceilings throughout, to the large kitchen island and expansive windows, we fell in love with Highland Homes at Sandbrock Ranch. Everyone involved with the process was knowledgable, honest and helpful. A special shout-out to Will, our sales counselor - he is amazing!

Highland built our home to accommodate our unique needs of our family members. Bathrooms and doors handicap accessible for wheelchairs. It is so much easier to get around the house in my powerchair because of the wide hallways and doors. I love the walk-in showers. The construction management team and contractors did a great job building the home. I was extremely impressed with the stone workmanship. The Chesterfield is a very spacious floor plan if you need the room, but not the stairs. The sales team, Chad and Sue assisted us all the way from beginning until closing.

Great house and love the community

We began the building process last July. Our builder met with us and communicated with us throughout the building process. Our home is beautiful and we are happy to be all moved in!

Working with Lula and Cody was great. I have not moved in yet so am not sure of quality of workmanship. But do mit expect issues

Address all issues before close

Highland has been quick to respond to all my communication and address any questions I have had. I am impressed with their commitment to the customer even after the buying process has concluded. I feel like they truly value their customers.

We are so proud of our new home! The workmanship and attention to detail sets Highland apart from the other builders in our area. All of the builders in our neighborhood are held to a very high standard and deliver beautiful homes, but Highland's energy efficiency, construction quality and top-notch finishes make them the one to choose in for Harvest.

Purchasing a home with Highland was a very smooth, stress free process. Caren over at Liberty had great customer service. I researched several builders but I couldn't be happier with the choice I made. I love my Highland home!

I am very happy with my decision to build a new home with Highlands in Sand Brock. I had looked at many places but this was the first time I found a place that has good builders in my price range. And I love feeling like I'm living in the country. and I really love having the cows and horses on the property I've only had a couple small issues and Andrew was on them instantly!!! If you want a well built home with caring people and beauty this is it.

We could not be more pleased that we selected Highland Homes for our new residence in the Dallas area. From our first step into the model home/sales office it was nothing but friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism (Margaret Anne + Ashley). Buying from out of state, it was a bit difficult in making selections but the designer (Ashley) and everyone else was always very accommodating. All along the construction process, we were kept up to date and most surprising when they proposed a closing date....that was the date we closed! It has been a pleasure to work with Daniel on everything once we moved into our home. Very professional in how they handle everything, from communication to quality of the home. Highland all around was easy to work with and honest with everything upfront and throughout closing.

The building process was smooth and timely. My sales consultant Lisa and contractor Matt were fantastic! Highly recommend. My only complaint is the quality of cabinets and no choices for upgrades on some things I would have preferred. That’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for quality of materials, workmanship was 5 stars. But that said, I am very pleased with my new home.

Construction quality is excellent. Choice of different floor plan is good . Finesse in Painting can be improved. Warrant department is very responsive .

We just moved in our second Highland home and we couldn't be more pleased with our beautiful home. We checked with other builders, but their prices were high. We did look at Lennar, but they were unwilling to negotiate prices or make any changes, even like adding extra electric plugs to make the home more "Smart." Highland homes were priced much better than the other builders in our subdivision AND they bent-over-backwards to make changes to the house, we requested like moving the fireplace to new location, adding windows, adding floor and electric plugs, moving a bedroom closet to garage to add square footage to room and many more changes. Essentially, we were able to customize the home to fit our needs. Quality: we had inspectors review home during building process. One inspector remarked about how well Highland homes are built, from previous inspections. However, in our inspections he showed the extra steps Highland took for high energy efficiency and superior quality build. He said, "You normally only see these type of extras on million dollar custom build homes and these are standard on Highland." Also, he was so impressed with the plumbing, he took pictures to use as examples of how plumb the home right. He remarked that it was refreshing to inspect a home with so few and minor issues. Highland People: We visited many Highland communities model homes to get ideas for our home. Even though the sales people knew we were buying in another community, they still went out of their way to answer questions and to help us. Our sales counselor and building coordinator were very kind and trustworthy people who were exceptionally responsive to our questions and needs. Also, our designer truly understood what were looking for in a home, even though we were really not quite sure it even able to articulate what we wanted. She was able to magically bring a hodge-podge of ideas and desired and designed a beautiful home which looks like model quality and has all of the elements we love. Highland people are the kind of people you would choose to call "friend." So if you want to build your dream home at the right price, customize it to fit your lifestyle, and want to feel secure in the knowledge that your home is extremely well-built: buy a Highland. I feel that Highland is the best builder my wife and I have ever worked with. They are A+ in our opinion.

Cannot say anything bad , they where great from start to finish. they cannot control the weather , if they did, I would call them God (not really ) no wonder they are 7 years in a row best builders. Gus
