Great buying experience! Julie made the process easy, and Trey, our builder, did everything he could to accommodate our requests. He was lights out amazing and the service after the sale knocked our socks off. The quality in our house is amazing, and our power bill was cut in half relative to our old house. Very impressed!

From our sales rep to our construction manager and even getting called by regional supervisors. Everyone seemed to have one thing as a priority and that was to make sure we had the exact home we wanted. They were so accommodating we felt like we had a custom home builder and took such great care that we had no issue in trusting they would take care of us. Even our realtor was floored by the care they took with our house and all the things she told us to look out for were no where in our concerns with Highland. We started a new build with Highland Homes last year while living in a different city. The Highland team made this process SO unbelievably smooth and wonderful, I truly could not have asked for a better experience. The sales team - Edna, Kim, Beth, and Janet were so amazing to work with. They were with me every step of the way answering all of my questions and ensuring everything was in order. Our PM, Jordan, is a complete rockstar. He sent weekly updates, photos and videos during the build, going above and beyond ensuring I was informed along the way. Anytime I needed anything, he was able to help, and also offered solutions to a few ideas we had. The finished home blew us away. The construction, the design, the products all exceeded our expectations. We haven’t had many issues since moving in, but the minor warranty items were handled easily and quickly. We financed through Highland Homes, which was also a very positive experience. Lindsay and her team made what can often be a very stressful experience so smooth and easy. This was our first new home build. After hearing horror story reviews for other home builders, I cannot stress how thankful we are to have had a such great experience, but also a strong confidence in the product Highland Homes stands by. ... Starting from the Sales counselor to construction manager, everyone acted as one single team to ensure our new home delivered beautifully with best quality. Their time commitment is remarkable. When it comes design, changes, and opinions, they stood close to us to guide and bring the best value for our money. Finally they finished the house before their committed timeline. Highland homes stand beautiful with quality which makes us feel proud!

We are very happy with our home. It came out just like how we had imagined it. The supply chain threw a few bumps at us along the way, but Scott S and Colleen M were very helpful and skillful in coming up with solutions and alternatives to keep the build on schedule. My wife and I like to stay engaged through out the process to avoid costly corrections. Highland home allowed us to fully engage with sacrificing our safely. Like any build, we found minor fixes here and there, Scott S was very responsive in getting those polished up. Inspections were a breeze. We financed our home through Highland Home loans as well. Everything from the purchase price, walk through, mortgage, closing, and checking in after closing were so seamless and perfect. They took such great care of me. It’s my second highland home and I’m happy to be back in one!

Overall experience with Highland Homes was great and the builder was friendly, knowable, and on top of getting our home ready for the closing date. I would definitely recommend purchasing a Highland home to family and friends it's been a great journey into our forever home and loving our home! One final suggestion I would recommend to Highland is never rush to complete a home because workmanship can never be rushed and errors will appear from their work, but ours have been resolved and appreciate Doug resolving those issues.

We love our dream home. Andrew and Avery at 6 Creeks in Kyle did an amazing job. They kept us in the loop and were so responsive to our questions and needs. Even after the purchase they have been a phone call or text away and will assist without hesitation. You don’t typically see that after the check has been signed.

Our experience with Highland homes is exceptional . Of all the builders we visited and heard there is NO doubt that highland homes is the BEST. Right from the pre-sale discussions they have a positive vibe all the way. All areas like appointments, construction quality, detailed explanations, closing and mainly post closing discussions are taken with utmost care. When we cancelled existing highland contact and took a new one, we hoped to get that earnest transferred but it didn’t happen as it was so close to closing . It is fair on them as it is so close but that was the only thing we would have wished. Would like to mention Michelle and Tom as one of the best in helping our initial discussions. We bought a home in Santa Rita Ranch, and our project supervisor, Francisco, did a great job updating us step-by-step, making sure his subcontractors performed to the highest level. Francisco was amazing, and we highly recommend him and Highland Homes.

We couldn’t imagine building our house with anyone else. The entire experience of finding and building a house with Highland has been absolutely amazing. The Highland team from Tom on the sales side, to Chris on the build side made the build process extremely smooth and stress free. We are from out of state, so Tom and Chris made sure we were always updated with the progress of our home. We got weekly calls and pictures throughout the entire build. Our house was finished on time, and we couldn’t be happier. If you’re thinking about buying or building a home, Highland should be your pick.
