He helped me and my family through this whole process by keeping us in the loop when the house was going through its stages of being built to helping us find the right finance team that provided us with a home loan. To answering every and any questions we had about the process and the building of our home in a timely manner. I can’t thank him enough and my family is super grateful for him. And we love the quality of the home and how everything is so spaced out and to whatever I wanted to add to the house it was done. And a huge thank you to the builders that got back and fixed some small things that occurred while settling in the house with fixing things in a timely manner. The Highland Homes sales person, builder and mortgage lender were all very responsive to my questions and reduced the stress of moving out of state to Texas.

Jared continues to be very responsive in providing contractor names after we closed. He was highly communicative during the build process in providing weekly updates and addressing any questions or issues.

My builder Yale Burkel was amazing, he's the best around. One issue I am having is with the landscapers Daystar. They planted a dead tree in the front yard. Landscapers verified it was dead but have not come out to replace it. It would be great if Daystar can come out and replace the tree as the responsibility should not fall on the homebuyer.

Our experience with Highland Homes has been nothing but amazing. From the moment we met our sales person (Ashley) and builder (Shane) we have felt comfort knowing that this purchase was in the best of hands. Relocating out of state is a terrifying experience and these two individuals did everything that they could do help with our plans and bring our dreams to reality. We will be recommending Highland Homes to all of our friends/family.

We bought our first Highland Home 12/21. It was a spec home and was a very rushed transaction. There wasn't much I was please about with this transaction and warranty items initially took forever to get fixed. It definitely was NOT a pleasant experience for us. Frankly having gone through this first experience with Highland, I'm surprised we even considered another Highland Home. BUT, the second purchase with Highland was like night and day difference. From the first meeting with our Sales Counselor Lesli to dealings with our construction managers, Matt and then Danny, we couldn't be more pleased. The communication was exceptional, we were kept in the loop though out the entire process. If we wanted to change something, every effort was made to accommodate our request. There have been very few warranty requests at this home. Those we have had are minor but more importantly, have been responded to immediately. We've been in our new home now about 2 months now and Danny continues to check in with us to make sure everything is still going well. We are so very thankful for this particular team at Highland as they alone have completely changed our view of this company and their products. Thank you Lesli, Matt and Danny! My experience with Highland Homes was exceptional! Working with Rikki, my sales counselor, and Cliff, the Construction Manager was seamless from start to finish. Communication and workmanship was wonderful. I highly recommend Highland Homes! Plus, I really liked reading the history behind how Highland Homes came to be.

Tryston our building manager was great he did everything on his power to make my wife and I happy with the overall outcome of our home, the sales staff was very attentive to our needs in regards to paperwork needed for our lender to get our home closed early. I appreciate all the hard work and great customer service! I would definitely buy a Highland Home again!

This home buying experience was outstanding from start to finish! Our sell’s counselor, Austin, was a delight to work with. Always available to assist us and answer any questions we had at any given time/day. Our builder, Miguel, really made building our home EASY. He constantly communicated with us and provided us with weekly updates, made sure everything was to our liking and even continued following up with us post closing. This is the second home we’ve purchased and the experience was night and day compared to our last builder.
