The Highland group was very easy to work with. The construction managers were knowledgeable and courteous in answering our concerns. We didn’t have dealing with a sales team because we chose the house early in the construction phase, emailed the sales office and bought the home. However, that office was also easy to work with. I would recommend Highland to all who are in the market for a new home.

Highland buying experience was great. The build manager was very trust worth and addressed every issues in a fast paced manger. The sails councilor and build manage did a very great job and gave us an amazing experience. The build quality and inspection of each phase was scrutinized for quality. Although with every new builds there are issues, but the build manager was always on top of things to resolve the issues. Overall I would highly recommend Highland for family and friends.

Drake was wonderful. Kind, patient (answered even my smallest questions; then said it all again when a friend wanted to hear it). He was thorough and made me feel like he worked for ME even though I was so happy to be buying such a beautiful home. If something wasn't exactly to my liking, he got it fixed or moved or whatever the case was. I would buy from Highland again in an instant.

Really pretty house overall. Some issues when closing on the house but Highland seems pretty reliable in fixing these issues so far. A buddy of mine used Drees and he is struggling to get them to fix the problems that he is having. Thankfully, thus far, it has been the opposite for us.

Highland delivered on its promises and exceeded our expectations. Home looks and feels amazing. Timely response to minor items is beyond professional. This is our second build with highland and we couldn’t have been happier Best builder

My neighbor who bought with the competitor commented on how nice my construction site always looked compared to their homes. Trevor went above and beyond during the entire process. Mary and Deb were so pleasant and helpful. I love my new home!!

I had a great experience with Highland Homes. The sales consultant, Brittany, was excellent at answering all of our questions and was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. The construction manager, Jonathan, was prompt with every question we had, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was taken care of for us throughout the long construction process. I love the professionalism and trustworthiness the Highland Homes employees depict. Our family is loving our new home. We couldn't be happier and it was also nice to have different options to customize and upgrade.

The entire process with the builder was amazing. From receiving a recommendation direct from Viktoria C. to working directly with Tony N. Harrison K. the Project Manager was very knowledgeable through the construction process. He had a high level of professionalism. He responded to my phone calls and emails in a prompt manner. Harrison also made sure that all of my questions and concerns were handled with the best solutions within a timely manner. The Sales Team members were kind, humble and very patient with me during the entire process. Tony and Ray are the ultimate Sales and Construction duo! They were very helpful during the purchase of my new home and continued to check in once I closed. You can tell they truly care about every homeowner. I love, love, love my Highland Home and couldn't imagine living anywhere else!

Great customer service, it was a pleasure to work with your company. We are really enjoying our new home and entire smooth process of building. Every issue was addressed immediately and office was always on top of it.

I decided to build with Highland Homes in Katy TX and am so glad I chose them. Everyone I encountered/ worked with went above and beyond to meet or exceed every request/ expectation. They were all kind, knowledgeable, responsive, kept me informed for every step of the process, and provided customer service that I thought was extinct. My house is perfect in every way, and any hiccups (which have been very minimal) have been addressed within or under 24hrs. Todd (in charge of my build) went out of his way to make my dream home a reality including requests I figured would be a long shot, which made a huge impact for me. We are so grateful to have Zach , Mike, and Trystan. Trystan has been always responsive and keeps us in the loop of when we will get things fixed/repaired. We are glad we closed with Highland even though there were lil issues here and there- because the care we received after closing is very impressive. Our project manager didn't just forget us.... but is still within our reach and responsive. We appreciate it. Especially with all the horror stories you read on other builders.... we are definitely glad we went with Highland Homes.

This is my third Highland home purchase & Shawn was, by far, the most knowledgeable and proactive builder we have ever had! His experience is apparent from the time you meet him & his attention to detail is appreciated. One would expect that after the sell of the home, you would not see or hear from the builder again, but this is not the case with Shawn. He stops by to check on us & make sure everything is functioning in our new home. Overall, he made the experience top notch by offering excellent customer service & building a great home! We feel very fortunate he built ours!

Doug was our builder. Despite going through this process from another state, his weekly updates and supper responsive for all of our questions have made this process very smooth and seamless. There were countless time where he helped made our decisions easier and we appreciate his professionalism throughout the process.

We have purchased a number of new homes, and our experience with Highland Homes in Walsh Ranch (Fort Worth Texas) was the best. From the sales process (Layne) to the Interior Decorator (Kayla) to the builder’s representative (Jason) the team has been professional, helpful and great at keeping in touch with progress!

Number one thing is be patient and courteous. Everyone is from sales team to construction team treated us with respect. Even minor issues and repairs were addressed swiftly and professionally. Bob our construction superintendent was a true pleasure to work with. His shared knowledge of the housing construction process helped relieve a lot of our stress!
