Overall great experience. Matt and team provided guidance and support with every step and kept me well informed on overall status. I am very pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness pre and post move in. Great experience, I would certainly recommend to others looking to build.

We love our new Highland Home. We have had a few issues which is normal when purchasing a new home, but Doug and Rikki at Highland have been wonderful about getting things taken care of and making sure we are happy. I would definitely recommend Highland Home to prospective buyers.

The Process was easy from start to finish. They built us a great, quality home. Overall, they were very accommodating for our needs. They made it clear that some things were impossible due to supply chain issues, but they always seemed to make something work for us. I would absolutely purchase another one in the future if we had to relocate.

Highland Homes...I can't say enough about them. Even though it took a year to build our home, because of the rest of the world's current state, Highland was incredible! Highland Homes delivers an excellent home at a very competitive price. The value received is great. Highland Homes provides many features and resulting benefits that you will not find in other production builders. The ability to customize is very helpful in designing your dream home. I really wanted to be in the development I built in "Davis Farms". and having made that decision and having met with every one of the builders in Davis Farms it mad my decision easy. Dakota the Construction Manager provides excellent customer service, even in the time that doesn't go in my favor. He would take the time to explain to me the reason why he also make it right for the customers. I think without Dakota as my construction manager, I would probably have had a bad experience. The company need to give this guy a promotion.

They were excellent in all avenues of the home building process. We've been in the house now coming up on 2 months and they have delivered on everything! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new home.

From the first day meeting the staff to final closing, the entire home buying process was extremely pleasant, highly professional and by far the best home buying experience we have had. Sia, Miya, and Brandon always went out of there way to take care of us and always produced extraordinary results. Truly the best team in the business.

Me and fiance decided to go with Highland homes for our first home. It turned out to best the best decision for us and our experience was fantastic. Working with an amazing builder was a huge part of what made our experience wonderful. Our builder was very responsive and helpful with any requests or question we had throughout our building process. Could not had asked for a better builder to work with. Rikki and Chuck are great people to work with

During a time when many builders held bidding wars on property lots and included escalation clauses in the contract to pass increased costs of building materials to the buyer, Highland did not. Instead, there was a first-come-first-serve waitlist and clear pricing for every option I selected. Throughout the homebuilding process, Highland was responsive to questions and communicative with updates. There were still a few unfinished items when I closed, but Highland resolved them within ~1 month after closing. Also, I could have postponed closing had I chosen to do so. I did not feel any pressure by Highland to close before those issues had been addressed. Great builder, beautiful home! I want to give the Highland Home teams millions of big thumbs up. They built my house in time despite of the global supply chain crisis 2021-2022. Although most of house is delayed and postponed due the supply chain issue, they prepared well and built my house in time. I was able to get a best mortgage rate since they built my house in time. I really appreciate their hard work, especially for Doug Yaklin, he's awesome!! My family really loves this house. Thank you all!

We had an excellent experience with Highland Homes. We were buying from out of state. Mac and Dakota kept us up to date regularly and answered questions quickly when we asked them. We are in our home now and love it. They continue to be responsive to our needs. Upon selecting a builder, I was worried, because so many of them had bad reviews. Highland seemed to have the best, that I saw. And, having been thru the experience with them, they deserve high marks. We are very satisfied customers.

Blake, Kevin and Sue made our experience much more pleasurable. They are a very professional bunch. Would do it all over again if those 3 were involved in the process.

Brittany was amazing from the first day we met with her. Kept us informed through whole process and made the process less stressful and actually fun. Everyone involved from sales and construction was a pleasure to work with. They are genuine and committed to the product they provide. After this homebuying experience I couldn't imagine buying a home from any other builder.
