From beginning to completion it has been an outstanding relationship with Highland Homes. Our Project Manager kept us fully informed plus sent emails periodically on the building status and outlining next major milestones. Everyone we delt with from Highland was absolutely outstanding!! They take pride in their work and quality is their highest priority. We love our new home!!

Overall experience was great & process relatively hassle free.

Everyone at Highland has been great to work with. Very responsive to any issues and gets them resolved quickly. My only gripe is with whoever they contract out to do the landscaping. They never bother to level the ground before laying sod down and don't even lay down a good bed of soil before the sod. Leaves you with a lot of uneven areas and a lot work to do when you move in if you care about having a beautiful lawn (which I do)

This was our first time purchasing a new home build and what a positive experience it has been. Not only is the home beautiful, but we’ve received the utmost care. Even after the home sale, the sales rep, Kira, was checking in with us to make sure we were getting properly settled. Additionally, we’ve been beyond impressed with the Highland Home builder representative, Adam. He is an excellent communicator who is knowledgeable and follows through on what he says he will do. From our first email before close to 3 months after close, he’s been our one and constant contact for any items that have needed attention. I had a great experience purchasing a home from Highland Homes. I think it’s great value for the bucks paid compared to other high-end builders. My building manager Trey is one of the best. This was my first home-buying experience and he really made the transition seamless during the walkthrough and handover process. The team is also very responsive in addressing any challenges or issues identified.

Highland Homes does a remarkable job both in craftsmanship and in customer service. We absolutely love our home and appreciate the attention to big thinks (like the floorplan) and small things (like the outlets having a usb port). I will always sing their praises and recommend them to everyone!

We’ve had a great experience working with our construction manager Johnathan. He always gets things done in a timely and effective manner, and anytime I’ve had questions or concerns, he’s been quick to respond and very helpful. His professionalism and communication made the entire process smooth and stress free. Because of this experience, we would definitely buy again with Highland Homes. Highly recommend!

Highland Homes provides a great process that works seamlessly from beginning sales, to the final walkthrough of their homes. Monica kept me informed and answered any questions I had, Ben also kept me updated and made sure I was received updated emails of the process, and Cameron was constantly giving me updates of where we were in the stages of building my home. Cameron did all he could to provide me with the final product of the home I wanted.

This was our first home purchase and despite the immensity of research we conducted, it was daunting to say the least. Our first contact was with Jonathan at Highland Homes, and he immediately put us at ease with his Carisma, attention to detail, customer focus, professionalism, honesty and transparency in explaining the home buying process with Highland Homes. Jonathan skillfully helped us navigate the process once we decided on purchasing our new home with Highland a few months ago. His knowledge and aptitude of the home buying process was on constant display, providing us with adequate & timely information and options to ease the decision-making process, without being forceful or aggressive. He was assertive and supportive with the many decisions we had to make. Jaun, our Construction Manager, was exceptional as well. His aptitude, knowledge and willingness to assist were impressive. He kept us well apprise of the progress of our new homes on a weekly basis with pictures, phone calls, etc, especially since we were still living in another state. Having his personal cell phone number on speed dial gave us a sense of confidence and peace of mind. His attention to detail ensuring that everything was perfect for the final move-in was on point, since we were encouraged to hire our own independent inspector. All the minor findings were dealt with expeditiously to our complete satisfaction. What impresses us most about the Highland Homes experience, was not just the smooth process from start to finish, selecting the home, realtor, financing, inspections, etc, but their follow-up after we moved in to ensure that everything was as expected; they genuinely displayed a vested interest in their customers satisfaction. We were drawn to Highland Homes because of their exceptional reputation and top-notch reviews. We choose them because of the first impression we had and the unforgettable experience we had with Jonathan, Juan & the rest of the Highland Team. This experience was as smooth as it could get with no major hiccups or concerns. Kira and Mike were great throughout the home buying process. They made it seamless for us and made sure all our requests were fulfilled on time. Mike is very responsive and made sure we understood everything about the home and was always available to help us with our questions and requests. Highly recommend him! Apart from that, the only feedback we have is the quality of wood used for doors. It chips easily so maybe it would be better to have more sturdy wood.

After spending some time in Parten Ranch, we met with Renee and decided to build in the new section. From the very beginning, everyone involved went above and beyond. Preston was always available and always had a solution/answer for any questions we had. Preston definitely paid attention to all the details that we needed addressed and took care of them very quickly. Renee and Preston come with very high recommendations for time they spent making our build and move run smoothly.

I was a bit nervous to purchase a new home on my own. But a HUGE THANK YOU to Highland Home & builder Caleb L. in the MANTA community and my realtor Kristie w/Texas Trails Realty in making this the easiest and smoothest experience! Caleb, a man of integrity went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed on time and move-in ready on my new beautiful Highland Home! I would highly recommend Highland Homes as your home choice for the excellent communication, workmanship and assistance!

Overall, I’m happy with certain aspects of my new home, particularly the great location and the beautiful natural lighting throughout the space. The second floor has a well-thought-out layout and feels very comfortable and functional. However, there are areas that could have been better. The first floor feels too crowded, with limited space in the family and dining areas. The design leaves little flexibility for arranging furniture, which I found disappointing. I also experienced some frustration during the buying process. The sales representative was not very friendly and, when a mistake was made with the carpet installation, her response was dismissive. She said the incorrect carpet “looked better,” even though I had carefully chosen the original color and was not seeking her opinion. Additionally, I noticed poor workmanship in several places, especially with the cabinet and kitchen island installation. There were also multiple dings and imperfections on materials like baseboards that should have been addressed prior to move-in. While I appreciate many things about my home, I hope future buyers can benefit from improvements in both customer service and attention to detail during the build and finishing stages. ... More
