From the very beginning when we met with Lula our sales counselor, we knew this was the best decision for us and our family. Lula was with us from start to finish and we couldn't be happier having her as our sales counselor. I was a bit nervous at fist we weren't going to speaking with Lula as much during the build but Preston our construction Manager really went above and beyond this gentlemen is the reason why I would build with Highland Again. Preston is professional, knowledgable, sincere, kind and listened to every single one of our questions and concerns and he took the extra time out of his day to always communicate with us whether it was via email or phone call. I had a great homebuying experience with Highland Homes. I spent several months house shopping, and the floor plan I found with Highland Homes was different from all of the other new construction homes I looked at. My home appears to be well built with quality materials. Jack is my current point of contact for any warranty matters that arise. He is professional and extraordinarily responsive. Thus far, Highland Homes appears to be a company that stands behind its quality and workmanship.

Highland is a really goog company to work in my opinion the better

We had looked at a few homes from other companies but felt like the craftsmanship for the size home we wanted was lacking. We loved that Highland paid attention to all the details! Working with sales was easy and straightforward. Financing was a breeze. They had us in our new home in less than 3 weeks from the time looked at the house. After sales experience has been great. We are 100% satisfied with our experiences and highly recommend Highland Homes.

Great structural build as we watched it from ground up. They really seal the walls and go overboard with sealing up everything to hold in the warm or cold air . Built with Simpson strong ties all over the place was really happy.

We had an amazing experience building with Highland Homes. Every member of the sales team was warm and welcoming. We worked the closest with Danielle. She made the whole process smooth and simple. We even changed directions right before signing our contract and she was accommodating and made sure we felt 100% comfortable before moving forward. Lane was our construction manager for our house. Our family enjoyed working with Highland Homes in our house building process. All the answers, from start to finish were answered timely, the whole process was transparent. Both Zach and Cristi were amazing human beings to work with, and I would recommend Highland Homes and two of them to everyone.

After referring Highland Homes, and Zach, to my parents in 2021, I was excited to partner with them to build my home in 2025! The entire team’s excellent communications, the perfect floor plan, and the flexibility with the options made the stressful process of building a home completely enjoyable and exciting! Now that we have moved in, we couldn’t be happier with the end result. A few minor issues since closing have been quickly acknowledged and resolved! Highly recommended!!!!

Whole experience was great from the sale people to the construction manager and the loan people.

From beginning to completion it has been an outstanding relationship with Highland Homes. Our Project Manager kept us fully informed plus sent emails periodically on the building status and outlining next major milestones. Everyone we delt with from Highland was absolutely outstanding!! They take pride in their work and quality is their highest priority. We love our new home!!

Everyone at Highland has been great to work with. Very responsive to any issues and gets them resolved quickly. My only gripe is with whoever they contract out to do the landscaping. They never bother to level the ground before laying sod down and don't even lay down a good bed of soil before the sod. Leaves you with a lot of uneven areas and a lot work to do when you move in if you care about having a beautiful lawn (which I do)

This was our first time purchasing a new home build and what a positive experience it has been. Not only is the home beautiful, but we’ve received the utmost care. Even after the home sale, the sales rep, Kira, was checking in with us to make sure we were getting properly settled. Additionally, we’ve been beyond impressed with the Highland Home builder representative, Adam. He is an excellent communicator who is knowledgeable and follows through on what he says he will do. From our first email before close to 3 months after close, he’s been our one and constant contact for any items that have needed attention. He always gets things done in a timely and effective manner, and anytime I’ve had questions or concerns, he’s been quick to respond and very helpful. Monica kept me informed and answered any questions I had, Ben also kept me updated and made sure I was received updated emails of the process, and Cameron was constantly giving me updates of where we were in the stages of building my home. Cameron did all he could to provide me with the final product of the home I wanted.

This was our first home purchase and despite the immensity of research we conducted, it was daunting to say the least. Our first contact was with Jonathan at Highland Homes, and he immediately put us at ease with his Carisma, attention to detail, customer focus, professionalism, honesty and transparency in explaining the home buying process with Highland Homes. Jonathan skillfully helped us navigate the process once we decided on purchasing our new home with Highland a few months ago. His knowledge and aptitude of the home buying process was on constant display, providing us with adequate & timely information and options to ease the decision-making process, without being forceful or aggressive. He was assertive and supportive with the many decisions we had to make. Jaun, our Construction Manager, was exceptional as well. His aptitude, knowledge and willingness to assist were impressive. He kept us well apprise of the progress of our new homes on a weekly basis with pictures, phone calls, etc, especially since we were still living in another state. Having his personal cell phone number on speed dial gave us a sense of confidence and peace of mind. All the minor findings were dealt with expeditiously to our complete satisfaction.
