We had a great experience working with Shawnette and Dexter. At first we were a little concerned because we started with a different construction manager, but Dexter was great to work with. He picked up where the other manager left off without any issues. They made the process easy. We were kept in the loop with weekly email updates from the moment of ground breaking through completion. They always did what they promised to do and were quick to respond if we had questions. The quality of Highland Homes is top tier. Xavi was so incredibly responsive and transparent, he made sure we felt valid in any concern, cared for with any repairs/issues that we came across, and responsive with any and all communications. Overall it was a great experience and we cannot thank Xavi enough. We did choose to go through a separate lender than Highland to avoid extra "fees" added to our loan to offset a "discount/incentive" that Highland Home Loans was claiming. All of that incentive was nearly wiped out with their extra fees and frequent pressuring to sign documents and commit as quickly as possible. I had been assigned a great builder and he really took care of the house in building every corner of the house.

My experience buying a highland home and now living here a few months has been wonderful. I’ve noticed a few small things post move in and they fix them right away. I’m so glad I purchased a highland home, some of my other neighbors have had issues and get no response from their builders which thankfully I haven’t experienced at all.

The quality of the home seems outstanding and Highland has been responsive with minor issues that have arisen. I am very happy with my experience two months into the move.

From the first meeting with Sue in the model home at Veramandi, we were treated with the utmost professionalism. She educated us about the wonderful aspects of and the amenities included in Highland Homes. She listened to our requirements and found us a lot and home design that matched our needs perfectly. We were then guided thru the various phases of making our new home a reality. Sue and Kevin smoothly got us through the change orders to customize the home to our desires. Then we were connected with our amazing construction manager, Alex. Alex was one of the most meticulous individuals we have ever worked with. He kept us in the loop from the lot prep until our final walk-thru. He set accurate expectations on our completion date and even brought the timeline in to our pleasant surprise. He earned our trust early in the stages due to his own high expectations on the jobs to be done. The excellent service did not end on our home completion. Highland Homes has a great mobile app to place warranty issues, questions, requests. We moved to Texas from Pennsylvania during the Christmas holidays and everyone at Highland homes made the transition effortless, Darren was amazing from start to finish, from the start of the process until the end. Loved my home buying process with Highland.

Highland homes really deliver an exceptional product at a very competitive timeline. Their build quality and attention to detail puts them amongst the best home builders in Dallas and their team here at wildflower Ranch really excel. Big shout out to their management team specifically Trey, the project manager and Julie with sales.

Did not know much about Highland homes when we decided to buy. Everything was built as scheduled with no surprises. Some of the options available were not very clear until specifically asked. Sales could improve providing information on options like extra bedroom or outdoor changes etc., that are available. Satisfied with the overall quality of the build so far in the couple of months since we moved. The project manager has been very responsive to all minor issues found during inspection and after moving.

Great experience with Highlands homes l recommend to other buyers. You are in good hands.

Buying from Highland Homes has been our first new home purchase and one of our easiest home purchases ever. They are upfront, honest, and not pushy. All concerns have been addressed quickly. We are very excited to start fresh near family without the worry of constant home maintenance.
