The entire process with the builder was amazing. From receiving a recommendation direct from Viktoria C. to working directly with Tony N. Harrison K. the Project Manager was very knowledgeable through the construction process. He had a high level of professionalism. He responded to my phone calls and emails in a prompt manner. Harrison also made sure that all of my questions and concerns were handled with the best solutions within a timely manner. The Sales Team members were kind, humble and very patient with me during the entire process. Pedro L. was amazing with great knowledge of the Model Homes along with the highlights of the neighborhood. Tony N. I decided to build with Highland Homes in Katy TX and am so glad I chose them. Everyone I encountered/ worked with went above and beyond to meet or exceed every request/ expectation. They were all kind, knowledgeable, responsive, kept me informed for every step of the process, and provided customer service that I thought was extinct. My house is perfect in every way, and any hiccups (which have been very minimal) have been addressed within or under 24hrs. Todd (in charge of my build) went out of his way to make my dream home a reality including requests I figured would be a long shot, which made a huge impact for me. We are so grateful to have Zach , Mike, and Trystan. Trystan has been always responsive and keeps us in the loop of when we will get things fixed/repaired. We are glad we closed with Highland even though there were lil issues here and there- because the care we received after closing is very impressive. Our project manager didn't just forget us.... but is still within our reach and responsive. We appreciate it. Especially with all the horror stories you read on other builders.... we are definitely glad we went with Highland Homes.

This is my third Highland home purchase & Shawn was, by far, the most knowledgeable and proactive builder we have ever had! His experience is apparent from the time you meet him & his attention to detail is appreciated. One would expect that after the sell of the home, you would not see or hear from the builder again, but this is not the case with Shawn. He stops by to check on us & make sure everything is functioning in our new home. Overall, he made the experience top notch by offering excellent customer service & building a great home! We feel very fortunate he built ours!

Doug was our builder. Despite going through this process from another state, his weekly updates and supper responsive for all of our questions have made this process very smooth and seamless. There were countless time where he helped made our decisions easier and we appreciate his professionalism throughout the process.

We have purchased a number of new homes, and our experience with Highland Homes in Walsh Ranch (Fort Worth Texas) was the best. From the sales process (Layne) to the Interior Decorator (Kayla) to the builder’s representative (Jason) the team has been professional, helpful and great at keeping in touch with progress!

Number one thing is be patient and courteous. Everyone is from sales team to construction team treated us with respect. Even minor issues and repairs were addressed swiftly and professionally. Bob our construction superintendent was a true pleasure to work with. His shared knowledge of the housing construction process helped relieve a lot of our stress!

Jennifer and Austin were fantastic! They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the home. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend Highland Homes.

Hayley, our sales consultant, was earnest, sincere and helpful in answering all of our questions. This was our fourth house that we have bought. Hayley is by far the best sales consultant of the bunch. Dalton, our construction mgr, has been extremely honest and helpful in addressing any questions that we bring to his attention. Dustin was simply incredible - and exceeded our expectations in quality, professionalism and authenticity/trustworthiness. We've been in our home for almost two months now and are still receiving compliments on the quality and craftsmanship of the home. Even our independent inspector was complimentary of the quality of the home and Highland as a builder during a time when many builders were cutting corners due to the pandemic impacts on every industry. Our experience with Dustin was so great that my sister (who we were staying with during our build) and her husband decided to build a Highland home and join the Highland family after seeing our journey and hearing about our experience with the Highland team (Dustin, Ryan and Sarah). The entire team from Sia to construction manager Alex to those in between with Alice and Miya were all great. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Highland Homes, but especially this particular team.

We have moved into our dream home built by Highland Homes. Rikki our sales counselor was there to answer all of our questions and get things done for us. Cliff and Chuck, our builders did an excellent job on the home and Cliff has followed up on any issues we have had and immediately resolved them. Thank you Highland Team for making this happen.

Me and my wife moved from Ca to Tx. Mac and Dakotoa helped make it the smoothest move we have ever had. We are so happy with how our house turned out. We love every bit of it.
