It was great and I am glad to choose Highland Homes as my builder. No delays no hidden fees. Just great employees to talk and assist you with your queries.

I would buy my Highland home all over again. My only complaint is that our brand new home was filthy. I had to clean/scrub everything before I could put anything away. Huge hunks of construction debris on top of cabinets etc. I cleaned until my hands ached.

Accepting the fact that building a home Post-COVID is extremely stressful makes the experience much easier, however, having a building team like Caleb, Austin and Almalic is extremely comforting. My wife and I are Blessed to have had such a team on our side!

We investigated the Cane Island community in Katy, Texas, and found Jason, our sales rep, who showed us a Highland home virtually. We loved the floor plan, but the flooring and tile were not to our liking, so Jason sold us their model! He walked with us and communicated through every step of the 7-month process, and we moved into our beautiful home in September 2022. Beau and Jenni in the sales office have a huge commitment to listen to the needs of each home buyer and the remove all barriers to ensure you are more than happy with your highland home. My builder listened to my needs and built my last dream home to my home. Couldn't be happier with our Highland home.

My experience with Highland Homes was so much better than the previous builder I built with. The homes are very solid and beautifully constructed. Our sales team really went out of the way to make sure we got what we wanted and our builder was responsive to all of our needs.

Working with Thea was amazing. She followed up on everything and was really understanding throughout the process. She guided us all the way and when she didn't have an immediate answer, she always got back to us in a timely and accurate manner

We love our new Highland Home. We have had a few issues which is normal when purchasing a new home, but Doug and Rikki at Highland have been wonderful about getting things taken care of and making sure we are happy. I would definitely recommend Highland Home to prospective buyers.

The Process was easy from start to finish. They built us a great, quality home. Overall, they were very accommodating for our needs. They made it clear that some things were impossible due to supply chain issues, but they always seemed to make something work for us. I would absolutely purchase another one in the future if we had to relocate.

Highland Homes delivers an excellent home at a very competitive price. The value received is great. Highland Homes provides many features and resulting benefits that you will not find in other production builders. The ability to customize is very helpful in designing your dream home. I really wanted to be in the development I built in "Davis Farms". and having made that decision and having met with every one of the builders in Davis Farms it mad my decision easy. Dakota the Construction Manager provides excellent customer service, even in the time that doesn't go in my favor. He would take the time to explain to me the reason why he also make it right for the customers. I think without Dakota as my construction manager, I would probably have had a bad experience. The company need to give this guy a promotion.

They were excellent in all avenues of the home building process. We've been in the house now coming up on 2 months and they have delivered on everything! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new home.

From the first day meeting the staff to final closing, the entire home buying process was extremely pleasant, highly professional and by far the best home buying experience we have had. Sia, Miya, and Brandon always went out of there way to take care of us and always produced extraordinary results. Truly the best team in the business.

Me and fiance decided to go with Highland homes for our first home. It turned out to best the best decision for us and our experience was fantastic.
