We had a very good experience starting with our sales team Amy, Linda & Lynn. They were great throughout the progress. Our builder / supervisor Matt was supurb as attended any concerns immediately. He built a very sturdy house for us which we are converting into our home now.

Everyone at Highland Homes were great to work with which helped to create a very positive experience during the entire process.

We had a wonderful experience with Highland Homes. Our sales counselor and construction manager were awesome to work with throughout the entire process. If there was ever an issue during the build process they were quick to fix it and we love our home! We would absolutely build again with Highland in the future!

My experience with Highland Homes was excellent from beginning to end. Fist of all, the home is built with quality materials and high end finishes. I really like that there is no carpet in the home and its very bright and open. The quality does not even come close to the other builders homes in this price range. The management staff is very helpful and always there when you have a question. No delays in getting back even after the home was bought. Especially enjoyed working with Lula and Matt

From front-office sales to back-office builder and warranty support we have been treated extremely well and could not be happier. The quality of build and general experience has been fantastic. Debbie and Lindsay made the sales process extremely smooth and fun. Dave supported us on the build side and made the entire process fun and turned around warranty items extremely quickly. In the later stages getting settled into our home Lane took his time to do an additional warranty walkthrough and showed Highlands support for the foreseeable future. So happy with our Highland Home purchase! Our build was great! Our build manger, Cameron, is very helpful and very thorough. Our sale rep, Pat, is wonderful. She is great at easing our concerns and following through on everything all the way to closing. Highland Homes builds a really nice home. Great experience with Highland Homes from contract to close. Highly recommend this builder.

First, Darren made the Highland Home purchase very personal and easy for us first-time homebuyers to understand. He spent lots of time helping us understand selection process for both inside and outside of the house. Second, Dexter came on board as the project manager and was also very personal. He did a great job keeping us informed throughout the building process. He always had time to answer our questions. Lastly, Beau did a great job taking us through the Highland Loan process and closing.

On first inspection of our new home there were very few minor details that need correcting. Which is unusual for a new home build. Highland builds a tight home. Robie, our builder was very quick to respond on any issue and corrected them in an extremely timely fashion. We will recommend Robie and Highland Homes as great company to work with.

Had a great customer service experience with Matt who is our construction manager. Always attentive to our warranty issues and solves them in time. Even the built quality is very good. All customization and changes were clearly explained even during the build process.
