Its really good response and immediate action.

From my first interaction with Nelli and her team, the buying experience was better than I had ever experienced before. Nelli was patient and very knowledgeable. The help I received from Lindsay during the lending process was very professional and basically stress-free, which is unusual. Brandon and Ashley made the building of my home extremely pleasant because they were so patient, knowledgeable, an Very Responsive to any issue or question that I brought to them - and I had many questions and requests. The quality of the basic level of materials used was above what I had expected, and of course any upgrades were exceptional as well. The quality of workmanship was great in most instances, but did have to be revised in some areas, which I guess is to be expected, so overall - it was very good. The builder made many promises to correct some issues. Never completed!

I just moved back to Dallas from 15 years ago. This is my second Highland home and the quality and finish are unmatched. I moved from a 100% custom home and to find my dream house without all the extra work from custom was incredible. Highly recommend.

Generally, the buying process was quick and easy! The price of the house was in a reasonable range, although there are some unexpected surprises of paying extra for some of the developer’s own responsibilities to bring essential services to the area! In addition, I don’t expect to worry about the absence of blinds, funs and even a few of window screens are still missing! However, the properties of Highland Homes are fantastic! The buying experience was good.

Hunter and Johnathan have been very efficient in meeting my needs when there is a problem with something in my home and in a timely manner and they are very nice people. They get the job done.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the workmanship on our new home. While we understand that no home is without minor imperfections, my husband and I have encountered several issues that have left us disappointed, given the significant investment we made. During the construction process, we visited the site regularly and noticed some concerning behaviors and quality issues: *We frequently saw beer cans scattered around the site. *There was evidence of smoking inside our home, even though we are non- smokers. We brought several issues to the attention of the construction manager and he promised they would be fixed and till this day their still not fixed. * improperly installed items *paint on the floor, bathroom fixtures, lights crooked (not slightly crooked) *front door installed incorrectly *the list goes on For the amount of money we paid, it feels as though it's a starter home. This is my first time with Highland Homes, and I have been pleased with them from the start. The sales consultant, Anita, has been very helpful and offered good suggestions from start to finish. Additionally, I receive weekly updates about the progress of my home from Devin, who I believe is the construction manager. In my opinion, he has great attention to detail. Overall, my experiences so far have been positive, and I love my new home. If I buy a second home, it will definitely be with Highland Homes again—no doubt!

My overall experience with Highland Homes through-out my purchase process was a "great experience." I had the opportunity to make a few changes that went exceptionally well. All of my changes and choices were completed with the "Highest Degree of Professionalism." I'm extremely HAPPY with my new home choice, although there were several styles to choose from. It's very stressful to buy a home, with a Massive Mix of Emotions and numerous choices. This overwhelming process took over a year to settle on what was-right for me. After making my choice, Troy and David provided understanding, great listening skills, immediate replies to my questions and total professional attitudes which kept my emotions in check. If a veteran they help with everything you need to buy a home.

From the initial sales meeting all the way to 30 days after we closed, the experience was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and informative. The building process was grreat and we are very happy with our new home.

It has been a very disappointing experience. Many issues to fix with the house after moving in. Very poor paint job in some of the rooms, issues with plumbing, the dishwasher wasn't installed properly and leaked on to the floor. The flooring needed replacing after this, but 6 weeks later it still hasn't happened. A light fixture in the kitchen has been broken for 4 months. No replacement in sight. I now dislike my home because of the experience the builder has given me.

Overall experience was great. Patient builder, kept me in the loop the whole time. Great app to walk you through the construction steps. Enjoyed the experience!

Overall a great experience. The salesman, Kevin did a great job and was very helpful to reach the end product. I do believe there is a problem with some of the construction personnel understanding the product that Highland Homes wants delivered to the buyer. This is our second Highland Home and they stand behind their word of getting it finished to that standard.

This is our second time building with Highland, and we would do it again. Our project manager, John, was wonderful to work with!
