After spending some time in Parten Ranch, we met with Renee and decided to build in the new section. From the very beginning, everyone involved went above and beyond. Preston was always available and always had a solution/answer for any questions we had. Preston definitely paid attention to all the details that we needed addressed and took care of them very quickly. Renee and Preston come with very high recommendations for time they spent making our build and move run smoothly.

I was a bit nervous to purchase a new home on my own. My experience At Highland townhome has been exceptionally welcoming! Thank you, Lance! The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. I must commend June, the construction manager, who goes above and beyond to ensure that all my issues are resolved. I thoroughly enjoying at Walsh Ranch, taking advantage of the walking trails and walking my dog daily, and appreciating the wonderful residents at Walsh Ranch. Every day at Walsh is living at a 5-star resort! The amenities are truly amazing. We do need restaurants in Walsh! Deciding to move Walsh was the best decision I made.

The entire process of the home purchase went very well. There's is a minor mishap in the initial process stage, wherein the sales agreement of the first house that we looked at was cancelled due to miscommunication between us and the sales team. It was a blessing in disguise though, as the second house that has been showed to us was way better than the first one. My family really liked the house, so we immediately process the purchase with the Sales team. I really appreciate all the prompt responses from Chad and Pam with my inquiries. Julio from the construction team was really good. He really took time to explain everything about the house during the orientation. The punch list that my third-party inspector has been rectified in a timely manner. I never encountered any issues with him regarding the inquiries and service request I have sent to him almost 2 months after closing. It was a great experience in buying our new home. When we tour the model the sale agent was professional and made our visit welcoming. She called us to come back and showed us a home that match all our requirements that we talk about on our first visit. It was a great experience from start thru closing.

Our experience with Highland, specifically Avery (Sales), Sara (Lender) and Whitaker (Construction Manger) was fantastic! They made us feel comfortable throughout the process, answered all of our questions, and there were plenty, and really helped us feel like we made the absolute correct decision in buying a Highland Home. Whitaker in particular has been FANTASTIC! He’s answered every question or concern and has been just above and beyond what we could have asked for in our Construction Manager. There is a lot of stress, anxiety and decision making that goes into the process of building. Highland homes is known for their outstanding customer service experience. This is evident from the home buying experience and the home building process as well. Dolly, the sales manager and Aubree the construction manager were extremely helpful and diligent in helping us. I will definitely recommend this Builder.

We were very impressed from the first day we met the sales agent, Hector to when we finally closed the deal. During the project execution phase, the project manager, Devin was always keeping us informed on the progress and always ready to listen to any issues or clarifications we had. The mortgage approval process we did through highland lending company was also a good experience, We were able to close as planned with no issues.

We first saw this home almost two years ago, when it was a brand new model home. We met Ivy then and she was SO friendly and nice! Not pushy, just gave us the info we wanted and left us her name and number! We perusal looked at the model 4 or 5 times, each time bringing different family members and friends. Ivy was just as gracious as always. Even though she knew we really didn't want to have a house built, she still kept us in the loop and greeted us warmly each time we visited! In January 2025, we drove by again and saw that the model had SOLD! We were so disappointed but figured it wasn't meant to be. Then just a few weeks later, we were taking our daughter to lunch and she said hey there's this neighborhood is really like to see. (She lives off of fm1103 about 2 miles from here). When we turned in, I realized it was the Neighborhood with the "dream home". My daughter said hey it's for sale. We couldn't believe it! We went in, walked around (again LOL) and asked what had happened. Evidently the day BEFORE the buyer had backed out! My husband and I looked at each other and said, "let's do it!" Of course, Ivy was there and she remembered us (she probably thought we were stalkers LOL). Also there was Rockie, a broker. He asked if we had a house to sell. We said yes so he said if you want, I'll follow you home and see if I can sell your home quickly. So Rockie came to see our house and liked it. So... in the course of a couple hours we made a decision to buy a house and sell ours! He, Ivy, and Natalie made the whole process easy and, quite honestly, fun! As with all homes, there were just a few things that needed to be fixed, and the three of them, along with Bobby (assistant builder) made sure it was all taken care of in just a short time! We moved in and wake up every morning saying, "Do we actually live here?!?" We still keep in touch with all who helped us! ... More

Having built several homes before, including a custom home, we can confidently say this was our best home-building experience yet. During the planning phase, every detail of the home was thoughtfully considered—especially accommodations tailored to meet our particular needs. The construction process was equally impressive. The job site was always clean and well-organized, communication was consistent and clear, and the craftsmanship stood out—even earning praise from a third-party inspector. Every step of the way, it was clear that quality and customer satisfaction were top priorities. Since closing and moving into our new home, the follow-up has been amazing. This was the first time I've ever bought a home. From the beginning it just felt right. Things went so smoothly for me that I thought it was too good to be true. Even when I asked that they remove the carpet, they did with no problem. After I picked the flooring I wanted I saw the finished product and was amazed. It was exactly what I was looking for.
