Everyone we have worked with at Highland Homes has been incredible!! We purchased at Cross Creek West and originally met with Virginia at Jordan Ranch and she was absolutely incredible! We needed to buy a quick move in, so we ended up finding the right one in cross creek west with Manny! He was fantastic as well! I would highly recommend either of these sales professionals!!! David was hands down the most patient construction manager I have met and super detail oriented!!! Douglas with the loan was seamless! From the beginning to the very end and everything in between our journey in this process was amazing. Our sales agent Heather and our build manager Mark walked us through the entire process with care and ease. Any and all questions we had along the way were addressed and communicated to us clearly and expediently even on a day to day basis in some cases with any concern or clarification we inquired about. We had a great experience working with Lane (Construction Manager) and Lula (Sales Counselor). They made our process building feel comfortable and seamless. This is not our first time building but first with Highland and would build again in a heartbeat if it was Lane leading the build. He was very trustworthy and honest with everything that was going on with our build. That goes a long way when you're trusting someone to build your dream home! My wife & I have been in our home for a little over 2 months now and still marvel at how beautiful it is! Highland, and David B. with Highland, have been great throughout the process. From planning, build, closing, and follow-up, he's been our ally throughout the process doing whatever it takes to ensure everything goes smoothly. The communication, pictures, etc. were all very much appreciated, especially with us living 5 hours away during the construction process.

Like any new build, there were moments where we had concerns, but Highland really showed up for us. Their supervisor got personally involved, stayed in close touch, and made sure every issue was handled the right way. They listened, followed through, and sent the right people as many times as it took to make things right. That level of care built our trust—and in the end, they delivered not just a house, but a home we truly love.

City to the Suburbs When we first started looking for a new home we weren’t expecting to fall for our Highland Home the way we did. We honestly were just entertaining the idea of moving from the city to the suburbs but the home was so amazing. Jason was great from our first model home tour to being so flexible with our schedule and understanding of what we were looking for as a family. We had wanted to move away from chilly New England to sunny Austin & searched far & wide… after 50+ properties, we fell in love with the Highland designs & pragmatic floorplans. However, what truly sealed the deal was how amazing Avery & Whitaker were, accommodating our every requests. They were like hospitality executives anticipating our needs at every turn, before, during and even after closing. This is our second new construction purchase and we are blown away by how thoughtful, professional and responsive throughout the process. We were even asked where we would like the robe hooks should be located ! We had a great experience from time we walked into the model home. The sale personnel was wonderful and very informed about the home and the future of neighborhood. The builder was outstanding. He answered all questions and made many changes that we ask for and still made closing date. They made sure we were informed and our dream home was a huge success. The most important thing which never happens is that they have been engaged since closing making sure we had all we needed. Highland Homes is outstanding and caring. They are in this for the home owner happiest.

I can't say enough positive things about Highland Homes! They made the entire process seamless and stress-free from the initial sales meeting to the final walkthrough. Alicia was our salesperson and was amazing throughout the entire process. Jordan was our construction manager, and he made sure to communicate each phase of the build. He was never too busy to address any of our questions or concerns. We built our dream home with Highland and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to build their home!

My wife and I looked at a number of floor plans from various builders and always kept coming back to Highland. The space to value ratio just made sense. The space feels just right and the quality met our expectations. The Highland team has been great to work with!

We entered the process late as our home was already designed and built. We had a couple minor changes requested though and Highland graciously took on the scope to help turn the house into the home we want. Mason clearly and frequently gave us the necessary updates amd allowed us time to come by, walk through, amd even schedule third party vendors for things like window treatments. Highland knows how bring the right value home!

During my search for a home I looked at several builders but when I walked into the Dove Hollow model I knew I had found my builder. The offered a home that met the things I was looking for in my home. I knew immediately my search was over. The sales team was excellent, answered my many questions, even after I was under contract. They have been very responsive to all requests for minor fixes since moving.

Highland Homes is a quality home, especially for the price and the team support throughout the build process. They were quick to respond to our requests and followed through on their commitments. This was our second Highland Home purchase. Julie is always awesome.
