We had a great experience with Tim our sales rep and Mike our builder. Mike still stops by till this day to make sure there isn’t anything we need with the house!

From the first interaction to well after closing, we were treated with respect and given the highest level of customer service. Their Sales team and Project Manager were all very pleasant to work with and incorporated several changes to our home free of charge before closing. We were on a Sunday drive through Woodforest when we decided to walk through Highland Homes in the Crest area. Hunter highlighted the features and floorplans which turned us into buyers.

I could tell their goal was to build us a great home from the start, and every action through the entire process supported that goal. Questions and concerns were addressed immediately. The quality of the home is wonderful as well. Even after closing the support is great. They are happy to continue answering questions or concerns and the warranty support is top tier as well.

Great customer service and beautiful homes!

not the basic cookie cutter home like most. I was able to make changes to fit my "wants" and allowed to rearrange standard plans.

I will say that the sales rep was phenomenal, the construction manager started off great, but as we were at the end of getting the house build, you could see our house was not as important to him as it was from the beginning. Later found out he was transferred to a different area which didn't help since we had questions. But now, with the people I am dealing with now, they are great and wished I had all along. We are so happy to have them help us out when we have any kind of question.

Quality workmanship, efficient home is related to utilities

2nd new home purchase and by far the quality of craftsmanship is unlike any other builder. From Sales to Design to Construction, the entire process was met with highest level of knowledge and professionalism. Customized to our wants and needs. Customer service was above and beyond anything we have seen before. As a RE agent who deals with many in the same field, Highland homes knocked it out of the park!

Great customer service and attention to detail!

Our home buying experience was great from beginning to end and beyond. The first interaction we had was with our salesperson (Steve) he was very friendly and professional with extensive industry knowledge. He offered many ideas and options. Home designer (Kara) was a pleasure to work with. Also our general contractor (Adam) was responsive and kept us abreast of all building phases.

Highland Homes Sales agent was very responsive to all my questions and concerns.

Overall happy with my home but finishings/touchups to the cabinets and sheetrock could have been better. The issues we identified after closing should have been done before closing as this caused some inconvenience to us. Due to the covid many workers were coming to fix the issues and this didn't feel good/ safe as I have a little baby.

Great homebuying experience. I would definitely recommend Highland to friends and family.
