Fantastic overall home buying experience

Highland Homes has excellent people who helped our son and his young family buy their first home. From start to finish, the experience involving all of us was phenomenal!

This was our second purchase with Highland Homes, because we were so happy with our first one. From the day we expressed interest in a home site to the day we closed (and beyond), the entire Highland team was absolutely amazing! Our Sales Consultant followed up with questions and reminders in a timely manner. She also reached out several times to make sure that our lender wasn’t waiting on anything from her or if she could provide any further documentation. Our Building Foreman was also very responsive, providing progress updates regularly and answering questions in detail to help us understand every step of the construction process. He was very attentive to detail and was on a mission to make sure we were as satisfied as possible with our new home. He was always happy to make sure subcontractors corrected any installations that we weren’t happy with to make sure they were 100% correct. Both were always professional and friendly! Kyle was very helpful while walking us through the selection process, and Austin kept us apprised of each stage of the building process. We are very proud of our new home and hope to spend many years here hosting family and friends.

We would buy/build with Highland again without a doubt. Our salesperson was responsive, thoughtful, and advocated for our needs. The builder, again, super thoughtful, addressed items - some before we could even think of them - and we felt his pride in the home. We did buy the model, so it had a lot of upgrades, but also very practical and thoughtful items like the built in spice rack on the pantry door. We love our house. The thoughtful floor plan, the flow, the neighborhood, the oaks, the beautiful landscaping.

Homes are beautiful with modern design and wide, open spaces. We have been living and enjoying our new house, now for two months and everything is been working in the house as expected. The builders team was very helpful and dedicated to us during the purchase process and further during the move they were supportive with any question or requirement we had until being fully settled in the new house.

The whole Highpointe team did an awesome job and delivered us a beautiful new home. We can not thank Brady, Javier, Lula and Danielle enough for helping us get into our first newly built home. We love our floorplan, love the community and love the Highland Homes team!!

Super and Sales team communicated well amongst themselves, and with my Wife and I, making for an easy build. Superintendent was very thorough and responsive after move in date with the minor things that needed adjusting.

It was my best experience

As with any new home building experience there will be some things you love and some things that don't go so well. When we were having issues getting the inspections completed so we could close on time, we let Highland know what was going on. They brought in Alex, our construction manager, and he knew how to get things done and how to keep in great communication with us during the whole process. We have been in the home for two months now and Tucker, our new CM, is now working with us on a few minor things for the home and he is doing an outstanding job as well. Good quality homes. Very responsive to our needs.

We built with David Weekly and stayed in that home for 2 years.. we started to notice that a lot of the material was not of good quality and found ourselves fixing a lot of items in the home. We sold that home and built with highland and I was blown away with the quality of work and material. We absolutely loved our builder and had a solid line of communication throughout the whole process. Would high recommend Highland homes to anyone looking to build.

We got to build a Huntington floor plan in a Highland community and it turned out beautifully! We love Highland Homs and the quality & craftsmanship you get for your money. Basically it feels like a custom home you’re getting for a excellent price!!

When we decided when and where we wanted to buy we went to Pomona subdivision and looked at all the model homes. In our price range we found a great home by Highland Homes. Our sales rep, Miss Denise, was fantastic on working with us on our wants and needs. It seemed she was always available to answer any questions we had. I looked at several lenders and chose Highland Home Lender, LLC. We worked with Miss Amanda and she was the best person I ever worked with in financing. She couldn't have made the process any better or easier. Once our home was finished Mr. Cason, project manager, addressed any issues we had and was very accommodating. Highland Homes was great to work with. They responded to my questions / concerns throughout the build process. Any small issues with my home were fixed by the time we closed. The home inspection went very well. And, most importantly, they met the build timeframe we discussed at the initial sales meeting.
