Our builder and sales rep worked as a team to ensure we were kept informed throughout the build process of progress, risks and schedule impacts. Overall a great experience and we are very pleased with our new house.

Highland Homes is very responsive, professional and organized builder. We got to purchase new house from Highland Homes and we're satisfied with the quality. Their office staff in Bridgeland, Cypress are very friendly, they helped us several times to manage some issues before moving the house. Danny and Brett always responded within a few minutes which means they care about customers, solve immediately their needs. We definitely recommend Highland Homes if you're buying your dream house within your budget.

Alicia did a great job during the selling process and in assisting us in completing everything we wanted in our deal From our initial walk through to followup after we moved in Shawn has been very accessible and dependable on anything we need. Really outstanding builder and service. I highly recommend Highland homes.

Great place to buy a house

I don't have anything negative at all. We looked at several other builders prior to selecting highland - Perry homes, Ashton woods (I think is what they're called), David weekly, and probably a few more I forget the names - it wasn't even close to the 90ft. highland home floor plans. The height of the houses along with the detached garage, the fact that the standard 90 ft lot was a pretty massive lot, the 13 ft. ceilings were pretty much game changers b/c no one else really offered that. Perry you'd have had to pay 50k+ for a lot, and they're ugly houses (at least the one stories - no way would I pay over half a mil for one of their one stories), and really the same story for the other builders; just ugly houses. As far as the service - it really boils down to Danielle, Brady and Troy. All of these folks are absolute rockstars - Danielle helped us like beyond words in all the nuance questions we had and yeah, was extremely patient with us. Brady's the man - honestly don't know how one could keep up with all the houses and maintenance questions - I don't recall any of the 1 million things we wanted to change falling through the cracks - super good dude. Troy - even at the last minute - when selling our previous house was pushed back a week, he figured out a quick fix for our mortgage on literally the night before signing and still all went seamlessly. Troy also was super patient with all the loan questions we had. I don't know if we'll ever build again, namely b/c it was a long process, but if we did, and highland built some even bigger homes (b/c I mean we're not going to downgrade at this point!), I'd for sure be happy to build with highland again. It's also amazing that I'm writing this review - I don't write reviews, but I'm happy to write one for these folks. Great experience from start to finish.

Great costumer service and designs. We love our home!!

We were kept informed at every step in the home building process. Problems come up in any big project, so I focus on how the issues are dealt with. Highland Homes addressed and fixed all the problems that arose with professionalism and care. Highly recommend this builder!

Anna in Sales and Ian in Construction were both awesome to deal with! Always on top of everything and made sure the entire process was quick and easy. We are super happy with our new Highland Homes house at Mustang Lakes!

The builder did their best to stick to the schedule even with the bad weather in Texas (snowstorm). When we moved in we had an opportunity to point at any small details that needed to be addressed. The builder came back in and made sure they addressed the details and the house was 100 percent move in ready.

Having built a house in the past, and experiencing a builder who was slipshod and unpleasant to deal with, we were thrilled with our process with Highland Homes. Not only have they been responsive throughout, but the quality of our home is something we continually enjoy as we get settled. We've been continually glad that we chose Highland, and equally happy with the people we've worked with through the process. We encountered some issues along the way between Sales and Build process but they were all responsive and resolved. Overall a really good experience. Highly Recommend.

Building was very well handled by the project manager Eric.

They take care for their home buyers and the team that we worked with was phenomenal. From Mr. Jeff our salesman with his knowledge, Mrs. Judy with her wisdom, Mrs Jessica our design center coordinator which has a gift for making a home beautiful and fit to you, and finally Mr. Brian for building my family our dream home and keeping us in the know throughout the entire process and even after the house was built still tend to our needs. I want to thank them for all that they do. We love our Highland Home!

Great customer service, great first impression!

Excellent experience. The sales staff was extremely professional working with us through the entire process. The site superintendent took "personal pride" in the build out of our new home, working with the contractors insuring everything was correct. Having built a previous home with a different builder, I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Highlands Homes.

My family and I are so glad with our home! Big thanks for Highland team who made this possible, by being super supportive and helpful! Our home is perfect, and the quality + level of the service is impressive. The builder was/is super responsive and resourceful too!

The sales consultants (Tim Stephenson and Michelle Buck) were absolutely wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They’re the reason we chose a Highland Home. The builder guys Clint and Ryan were very thorough and made sure we were updated regularly on the progress of our home.

We had heard many great things about Highland from friends and neighbors that we met. Our overall experience with Highland was phenomenal! They were always quick to respond to emails with any questions that we had! Our sales rep was Branka and our foreman was Matt Lindeman. They were both excellent to work with! They kept us updated throughout the entire process and took care of any issues we found during the build! The quality and craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations! We are absolutely in love with our new home and will definitely recommend Highland homes to our friends and family!

These guys really came through, in what was a tough time to build a house given the massive inflation and supply chain shortages. They communicated well, were overly fair in how they handled the issues and kept their word when a number of other builders started canceling contracts. Wow.

The builder, Garrett, was very responsive. Todd, the sales manager, did a great job responding to our needs.
