I was impressed with the way Highland Home handled the buying process from the beginning to closing. They worked with me through out the whole process. I never regret buying through them.

I’ve sold quite a few Highland Homes and when the time came to get our new home we knew exactly what builder we wanted. And HH did not disappoint. Great team all around!

Great people to work with, would do it all over again.

Sales team is good and the experience was great. The building team is not as responsive. Overall, the quality of workmanship is good.

Gay Lynne our sales associate was fantastic. Micheal S was our gc/ builder and he was fantastic as well. Overall experience was above expectations.

I’ll start by saying that HH was by no means terrible and in the end we are very happy with our home and it’s beautiful and the finishes HH offers are all very nice. That being said, my biggest gripe with HH is likely that I came in with higher expectations having built homes in the past with other builders in different states where the process was exceptional. I came in expecting the same and HH fell short. Everything eventually got done and taken care of but it involved a lot more leg work and follow up on my end to ensure things were getting done and were correct ( there were several errors.) In the end the attention to detail and lack of communication at all levels Sales, construction manager and HH loans was disappointing, but to their credit they have for the most part been responsive and taken care of everything once I followed up. I can’t imagine how this would go for a first time home building customer not knowing what to look for and/or what to ask. ... More

Sales team was awesome. Entire process has been smooth and quick.

Luis our superintendent was Awesome! And Ginger representing the sales office and providing general assistance and information was equally Impressive! We appreciated the prompt and professional services. And, the house turned out Beautiful!

Overall experience is unbeatable. Good quality construction, awesome coordination, smooth closing, Pleased communication...on and on and on...

They fixed every issue we asked for. Loan processing was also very easy. Recommend it.

We Love our Highland Home ! They cared about every hurdle that came up during the building process. Zach was so kind and caring and helpful during the process from the very beginning. Trystan was also caring and kind and was right on top of anything we asked or needed during the building process and after completion. These guys are great assets to the company. I would recommend this builder to anyone.

Support, knowledge, and willingness of Juan Carlos were beyond expectations. Juan treat us so well. His communication and proposal were clear and punctual. He did and does an exceptional job! Congratulations !

The follow up and follow through by David and his team were excellent. To date, I have no issues.

Construction process went as scheduled, kept informed at every stage and any issues resolved promptly.

The buying process have been smooth except that there’s a lot of pending issues of the house that hasn't been fixed until now and it's been 2 most since the closing date. They knew about this issues before the closing date and we have been patiently waiting for them to fixed it. The builder even told us during the buyer's orientation that they will have a 1-month follow up after the closing date to check if how is the house, but no one came, I guess there is no such thing as that. I hoping they'll be more responsive and act timely not just in words but in action.

I would highly recommend working with highland homes. They have an outstanding relationship in Texas and produce a quality product.

The quality of products and material used in a 735K home is poor. The floor is painful to walk on due to no padding under wood and low grade padding under carpet. Wall finish is matte. Shower marble tile was not even attempted to look cohesive.

The company will make sure it is correct and the warranty service is top notch. They always take care of their customers.

The Sales team was/is awesome! Friendly, cooperative, informative, always my advocate. My construction manager was AWESOME too! He kept me informed every step of the way and addressed any questions I had very promptly. He is very courteous and proactive. I am very happy with the entire experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Highland to anyone looking for a great experience and a great value in a new home.

I can't say enough good things about Highland homes and my experience. Ken, Kent, Patti, Doug, Leslie, Frank, and Darrell have all been fantastic to work with. Ken and Kent are great salespeople and truly excellent advocates for your business. Kent spent so much time with me discussing options and helping me make good informed decisions with his transparent approach. Leslie at design is a gem. She helped us pick everything, and we used her expert advice for some things we weren't really sure what to pick like grout colors. I spent most of this process working with Frank on the construction of the house and warranty requests post closing. He has been truly first class, responsive, and accommodating. Any time I brought up a concern or question, we talked about it and found an agreeable solution. Doug and Patti spent countless hours working through the mortgage application process, rate discussions, then finishing touches for under writing. I can't say enough what a pleasure these people all were to work with. I am a project manager by trade and I felt comfortable having great partners in this journey.
