This home buying experience from beginning to end and beyond has been the best buying experience of my life. The professional team at Highland Homes is the very best in class. If we ever build another home I would make sure Highland was available. It’s absolutely incredible that with so many moving parts that the execution, follow through and customer satisfaction is 100% It’s a real testament to Ownership and Leadership in this organization because it runs through the entire company culture.

Using Highland as our builder was one of the best decisions I ever made. It’s not like everyday you go out to purchase a home, but the highland team made the whole experience remarkable! From start to finish and beyond this process has been seamless and I can not say enough about the level of Customer Service I have received from the builder. Everything has been resolved almost immediately and to complete satisfaction. I will continue to build and own Highland Homes due to the quality of care that is delivered, the structural build of the homes and the extended warranty and care that is displayed to the owner.

This is our first Highland Homes and can’t imagine going anywhere else in the future. The design and quality meets the highest standards, and their customer interactions and responsiveness is excellent.

Our home building experience with Highland was perfect. They were very helpful and accommodating for any changes we wanted to make and also provided helpful suggestions along the way. The question on this survey is what stood out? Clearly “G.N.” our Construction Manager undoubtedly stood out. His pro-active communication from the pre-build meetings and even today, 80 days after closing he follows up to ensure all is going well. During the build process there were several occasions where we said to ourselves, we need to call and ask about that. Before we would even call or text it was not uncommon from him to proactively reach out and tell us about the same issues and what was being done to correct them. As we came closer to closing and minor issues came up he was willing to talk through and address even the smallest imperfection to ensure we received a beautiful home. He clearly took pride and was not building a house he was building our home and we are very appreciate of the pride, thoroughness and workmanship. Our Realtor T.K. was awesome as well and made regular check-ins to ensure we were making progress every step of the way. You can tell she spoke with the construction managers because they are on the same page and moving the build forward. As far as the home, we are very satisfied and while it is little more expensive than some homebuilders in the area we are very pleased with the technology, workmanship and standard amenities in the home. ... Great home. Great price. Really happy.

We looked at a lot of different builders, but there was something special about Highland Homes! We visited many neighborhoods in the Houston area, and the one thing that stood out was the quality of Highland Homes changed. Solid foundation, quality of material, and a of different plans to choose from! We are very pleased with Highland Homes and would definitely recommend them as your future home!
