It was my best experience

As with any new home building experience there will be some things you love and some things that don't go so well. When we were having issues getting the inspections completed so we could close on time, we let Highland know what was going on. They brought in Alex, our construction manager, and he knew how to get things done and how to keep in great communication with us during the whole process. We have been in the home for two months now and Tucker, our new CM, is now working with us on a few minor things for the home and he is doing an outstanding job as well. Good quality homes. Very responsive to our needs.

We built with David Weekly and stayed in that home for 2 years.. we started to notice that a lot of the material was not of good quality and found ourselves fixing a lot of items in the home. We sold that home and built with highland and I was blown away with the quality of work and material. We absolutely loved our builder and had a solid line of communication throughout the whole process. Would high recommend Highland homes to anyone looking to build.

I am really happy love the experience I have with highland homes as well as builder. The builder’s team did what they promised. They responded to me in a timely fashion. I really recommend Highland Homes to everyone who are looking for a new home.

We got to build a Huntington floor plan in a Highland community and it turned out beautifully! We love Highland Homs and the quality & craftsmanship you get for your money. Basically it feels like a custom home you’re getting for a excellent price!!

When we decided when and where we wanted to buy we went to Pomona subdivision and looked at all the model homes. In our price range we found a great home by Highland Homes. Our sales rep, Miss Denise, was fantastic on working with us on our wants and needs. It seemed she was always available to answer any questions we had. I looked at several lenders and chose Highland Home Lender, LLC. We worked with Miss Amanda and she was the best person I ever worked with in financing. She couldn't have made the process any better or easier. Once our home was finished Mr. Cason, project manager, addressed any issues we had and was very accommodating. They made the building experience amazing.

Highland Homes was great to work with. They responded to my questions / concerns throughout the build process. Any small issues with my home were fixed by the time we closed. The home inspection went very well. And, most importantly, they met the build timeframe we discussed at the initial sales meeting.

My experience with Highland homes, it’s all about customer satisfaction. Every time I made a call or send a text at any day, The employees of Highland Homes at Water Scapes Community or even the contractor response is immediately. Highland Homes listens to the buyers questions and concerns. I am a true believer that if I have to purchase another home or built one, it will be a Highland Home.

Laurie and Brody make a great team to work with when purchasing a new home. Both of them were extremely responsive during the build and quickly looked into and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend them and Highland Homes!

Lindsey was soooo wonderful to us. She was always willing to help answer anything we needed and if she didn’t know the answer she immediately work to find it out for us.

Had the best experience. Got an awesome home at a great price! Ashley, our sales person and Jason, our builder went out of their way to help us. They are willing to customize your home the way you want it and make changes on the fly. We would definitely buy a Highland Home again and for sure would love to work with them again.

From the start Kathi Miller was a joy to work with to help us find the right floor plan and location. From there Donna Flarity was so helpful with designing every aspect of our home. George Flores was incredible as he took us through every aspect of the building process and was always there to answer our questions whenever we needed him.

Highland was very patient with us as we awaited our house to sell before moving in. But, after it was all said and done, the process was quick and top shelf service.

I built with Grand Homes back in 2004 and had several issues and although it looked good from the surface it was low quality material. When my Realitor told me about Highland homes I wasn’t sure. ButLet me say they will always be my Builder of Choice. I am Completely Satisfied with my home it’s Beautiful they have Beautiful Large Islands and they customized my home to my needs. Can’t say enough great things about them. From beginning to end they are involved.

I had great experience with the sales counselor and she respond to every question I have quickly. She work with me to complete all the upgrades or changes I requested.

Highland Homes is the most professional, High quality builder! I am also a realtor and would HIGHLY suggest Highland for any/all of my clients. The experience was seamless.
