Solid and knowledgeable staff in build process.

The sales department was very helpful and accommodating. I have watched the community grow for several years and progress seems on schedule. The only item that I am disappointed with is very few home owners use the garage for cars. Large trucks parked in the driveways litter the entire community. I was raised in Texas and I know it’s part of the culture but I think it diminishes the beauty of a planned community.

This is the best building experience I have ever had. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking to build a perfect house. Kelly and David are simply the best team at Cross Creek West! Thank you both for everything!!

We are impressed and pleased with the quality of the workmanship and materials. We have had a few minor adjustments and replacements, but the responsiveness to any issues we have had has been quick and positive. Kudos to our Customer Care Representative, Steve, who is always a joy to work with and who always follows through promptly with replacements, adjustments, service, etc.

Front start to finish our Highland Homes experience was first rate. I highly recommend Highland Homes to any potential new home buyer.

Working with Highland Homes has been such an easy process. Although we were living out of state, our construction manager sent us regular updates with pictures and made time for us to walk through the home and answer questions and concerns whenever we were in town. From the sales people to the design center, to the builders; everyone made us feel like a priority and helped create our dream home! Now, as we live in the home, we love it more and more every day. The quality and craftmanship is top notch - helping us appreciate our beautiful home even more!

We are pretty happy with our home and the work Highland homes did. Andrew and Zach have been great to work with. This build process went smoothly. We got everything we selected. For minor touches after closing Zach was very responsive. They addressed all our concerns in a timely manner. Highly recommended Highland Homes, if you want quality craftsmanship.

Karen and Travis made this process so easy and seamless. They were there every step of the way and were there any time we had any questions. The process could not have been more smooth.

I want to be clear and leave no room for ambiguity. Henry and his team did an amazing job on our home! It was delivered 100% complete, on time, and with the utmost quality. Moving into our new Highland home capped the end of a complicated cross country move for my family. Having our beautiful home delivered on our 27th wedding anniversary capped the end of this journey and the start of a new chapter in our lives. We couldn't be happier!!!

Buying from Highland Homes was a very good experience . The sales person was very friendly and not trying to rush me into buying. The person that was overseeing my home to be build was friendly and very understanding and stayed in contact always.

From start to finish our experience with Highland was truly amazing. When we first went to the model to discuss building, the sales representative Kelli was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and explained the whole process to us. We selected our lot that same day! The weekly communication from sales and the construction team kept us apprised of progress and answered any concerns we had. They went above and beyond to make sure we were involved in our home build and we have some very wonderful memories of watching the dirt turn to slab to frame to home. The managers John and Gio heard our every concern and went far beyond our expectations in making sure everything was perfect, and resolved every issue with alacrity and excellence. Being a first time home buyer, I had lot of queries and was struggling to find the right fit house for my requirement and within budget. Lucky to have met with Jessica , highland sales person and she guided me to chose right home with right kind of upgrades. She was engaged through out the process and never took more than 30 mins to respond to my queries, super quick and always have intention to help me. Another lucky charm was Rob, the construction manager. Rob was superb and was very honest and transparent through out the construction phase, any issues brought to his notice was very professionally handled and resolved with full satisfaction.
