I worked with Christine and Ericka for sales. They were pretty responsive and helpful. Provides thoughts and suggestions. Then got to work with one of the best construction manager, *****. He was super attentive and knew even a small thing from his memory. He made sure all my concerns were addressed by respective parties. He even provided with suggestions that really matters and helped me save some bucks on useless stuff.

Buying our home with Highland Homes was a great experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the process. They took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and organized. I'm a month and a half in on my new home, my thermostat was placed in the master bedroom, which is causing humidity in my home. My AC was also installed wrong per the AC company. I would have my thermostat at 69 and it felt like 75 degrees in my house. My toilet seat in my son's bathroom was stained yellow before use. Master bathroom toilet seat has paint drippings on it, just found that. My toilet in the master bedroom was also leaking because the tank was never screwed in properly.

We were under the impression that Highland Homes is the best builder in the DFW metroplex area. Apparently, we were wrong. We have been in our home for approximately 30 days but have been faced with several issues. We have had to call the plumber twice, balance the air twice and multiple paint touch ups. Overall, we feel there was severe lack of supervision from Highland Homes construction team. We have had an excellent sales experience but the construction experience wasn't the best. Our garage door is already creaking.

We love the floor plan of single story with very high ceilings. Makes the home feel much larger than it is. Narrow doorways and smaller secondary bedrooms are not an issue. Generously sized windows across the back is the main focus. We love nature and enjoy living with in it.

Big or small we were encouraged to point out concerns we had as we saw them come up. Our builder was very responsive with every concern and questions we had during the building process. Almost every issue he was already on top of when we sent him a message. He has still been very supportive with questions we have had arise since closing.

Our builder was amazing and Mindy was amazing, we almost walked from highland homes due to our bad experience in Celina, but Mindy reassured us that we will be taken care of.

From start to finish it was a great experience working with the team at Highland Homes. They were there every step of the way if we needed anything or had any questions, couldn't have work with a better team than the builders at highland Homes. The options we had with add-ons and the quality of products were exceptional.

First of all, ***** our Construction Manager is absolutely the BEST there is. He has went over and beyond in ensuring things were done efficiently and with quality. Our lender Cheryl was amazing, patient and diligent! And it all started with ***** who was incredible to work with. We are truly appreciative of the Highland team. I would suggest dedicating someone to walk your buyers through what’s next or what if after they have purchased a home.

From contract to move-in, the communication, responsiveness, and follow-through were outstanding. Every question and concern was handled quickly, and it was clear the team genuinely cared about delivering a quality home and a smooth experience. Their professionalism and sense of urgency made all the difference, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

As a first time home buyer I was skeptical about building. I had heard horror stories and was even asked why I would do that. Highland completely changed any negative thoughts I had about building. The speed, responsiveness, transparency, and quality of work was exceptional. I hired my own third party inspector and the inspector was even extremely impressed with ***** work and noted that Highland not only presented no red flags but went above code requirements and did additional things to ensure home efficiency and longevity. All of the workmanship has been great. All small is*****s we have had have been handled quickly and without complication.

We decided to build with Highland while loving from out of state. The friendliness and knowledge of ***** in the sales office made the difference for us. She was incredibly patient and helpful with all our questions and concerns with trying to build from so far away. Once we got started, the updates from ***** and ***** were amazing. They could always be reached for questions along the way, and sent very thorough updates on the progress. Our home turned out beautiful and is exactly what we were expecting and hoping for. We are excited to start our next chapter in our beautiful new home.
