Our experience with Highland homes was absolutely fantastic! Lynn and Linda in the sales office were so helpful and accommodating. I don't say this lightly, but their integrity was one of the biggest reasons we went with Highland. Every interaction we had, we walked away knowing we could trust what was discussed. One person who I really can't thank enough throughout this was Blake, our Building Manager. That guy made the experience fun and exciting. He listened to what we had to say, provided us with some great feedback, and kept us up-to-date with everything that was going on. He was very professional, but made it seem like you're just talking with a good friend about something they're extremely knowledgeable about. Because of Blake, I can absolutely trust that the quality of our home is something I won't have to worry about. I also wanted to make note that we started the construction of our home just before COVID hit. Once the foundation was poured, that's when the first shutdown started. I really can't thank the team over at Highland enough for staying on top of things and letting us know what was going on every step of the way. Their products are all equipped with smart home features, high Ceilings and a open concept feel. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Highland Homes. Canyon Falls Sales Manager Todd was amazing in his ability to help me find and transform the 243E floor plan into the home of my dreams. During my selection process for brick, stone, tile, granite, flooring, etc., the office team of Todd and Jayne, as well as IBB Design team member Kari, were always responsive to my needs and helping me every step of the way. The fun part really began when project manager Garrett came into the process. Todd is amazingly knowledgeable, experienced and organized. He has a great eye for detail and watched over the construction of my home like a hawk. They were finished one week prior to our target date despite that four of the seven months were during the winter and rainy spring months. This is the fourth new home I have lived in, my late husband, being the builder for the previous three. When this process began I was scared to death I wouldn't be able to do this as a single woman. After about two weeks working with the Highland Homes Staff, they became like family to me providing me updates and assistance throughout. In the end, I can't say enough about Highland versus other home builders. They work with you to ensure you get the home you want, they make adjustments like no others offer. Best of all, they remain there for you after close. As for the Canyon Falls subdivision, it's the best ever. Right away I felt at home in the Dakota section, so many welcoming, caring and helpful neighbors is a rare find. ... More

Aside from the last minute changes that emerged with the home (as things often do) and the resultant negative impact on the financing through HH Loans, everything went quite well. Home is still going through checklist of items, but they are being taken care of.

The house is wonderful. Everything we needed. The Clement Ranch community is so welcoming. I recommend Highland Homes who is looking for a wonderful experience

I have never purchased a new home before but the experience I have had with Highland Homes has exceeded my expectations. I thought we would be unable to afford a new home and I was wrong. From the sales contract to the responsiveness to issues, Highland has delivered. We had a few minor issues to be resolved after closing and Highland far exceeded my expectations to take care of these items and to do it in a timely fashion. I have no reservations to recommend Highland Homes to my friend and family. Thank you Highland Homes!

We are very pleased with our new home. The process from beginning to end was excellent.

HH offers one if not the best architectural and engineering residential designs in the metropolis, and probably nationwide. The high and vaulted ceilings, room partitioning, are optimized to provide homeowners the most needed space and comfort. I will HIGHLAND recommend to homebuyers!

Everything is good. The only problem is during COVID, the service request has to wait for an unknown time.
