We had a few hick-ups at the 3-month mark. We let them know about the issues and they were very responsive, after that our experience was exceptional. Thank you!

We did our closing in August. During closure, we had few things which were pending, but trusting the builder went ahead and closed. Its been 3 months since then which has ruined the overall experience since those list of issues have still not closed.

Absolutely amazing building experience! Zach did an exceptional as construction superintendent. He was engaged and available anytime I had questions. He communicated consistently and transparently. Thank you, Zach!

Great floor plan and many options to make the home unique. Only concern has been the quality of work and finished product. There was an expectation that some things would need a warranty call but there has far too many from the day we closed to today, 3 months post close.

There’s too much to negative items to list on this second Highland home purchase. I’d like to highlight that there are still items that are not repaired or replaced. Craftsmanship and quality control lack in this caliber of home. Professionalism lacks from the sales agent of which we never met or greeted by. Again, this is our experience with Highland homes.

Higland homes are luxury homes. They are not cheap but an excellent investment with high quality. If you looking for quality then highland homes is your 1st and last stop

I was very excited for this beautiful house. And Highland Homes has been an amazing team to work with.

My experience has been horrible with this builder. Building supervisor never provided prompt updates. I have to call them every day even after 3 months of closing as they still haven’t fixed all issues from closing. Even with so many follow ups, issues are still open.

Everyone involved with our Highland experience were absolutely great, from the sales person, Denise, to our realtors, to the design center, to the lender, and to the construction liaison, Nick. Building a new home can bring some heavy anxiety, however Highland definitely knows how to calm the stormy waters, and made it fairly exciting during the process. Thanks to everyone who helped us achieve this dream!

My husband and I built a new home from scratch and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The sales and construction team took the time and care to answer any questions in a timely manner. Best customer service. We are so happy and proud to have a Highland Home!!

Highland Homes are the best. They have beautiful floors plan.

This is our dream house, and it turned out better than expected.

We bought our home in 2023 and it seems to me a home over 535K shouldn't have particle board kitchen and bathroom cabinets instead or wood and vinyl tile flooring instead of real wood floors. Every room has the same exact light fixtures in the ceiling. There just seems to be a lot of cost cutting in the build. We'll find out how energy efficient the home is this next year.

Process was seamless from sales of lot, internal design and upgrades.

Everyone we interacted and worked with at Highland were great. The Bridgeland sales, admin and construction folks were very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend Highland as a conscience and professional organization.

I had a great experience with the builder and he met all my needs and addressed all my concerns.

This is our second time building a home. Everything wasn’t perfect, however it was much better than our prior experience. Everyone we worked with were genuinely good people and anything that wasn’t right was corrected. Definitely a great experience!!

I like my house…best part is the fact Highland follows up on all my issues so far and has gone beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Any time my wife and I have an issue - all it takes is a phone call or a text to get a construction manager to quickly tend to our concern. What we really appreciated is ensuring - as simple as this sounds - we had our yard mowed for a month after moving in for free just to make sure we had some extra time to unpack and get situated after a tumultuous move. I had a great experience buying a highland home . it was a smooth experience right from signing the contract to closing the home . all he issues raised by me before closing and after the closing has been duly followed up and fixed by the warranty manager. Overall i had a great experience

At time of Final walkthrough there were +30 line items of things that needed to be done(e.g. All tile needed caulking, baseboards needed to be painted, melted outlets, chipped tiles, pantry shelves without supports) We pushed our closing date back for Highland to work on the house and we were told everything would be ready before the new closing date. We have spent the last 4 months taking off work to be at the house for contractors to FINISH our home... The builder I worked with was very unresponsive and never proactive. 2 of his superiors got involved and it always came across as if they just wanted to try defend the Highland Reputation instead of taking care of the customer buying the house. They were great-from beginning to walking into our home.

We chose Highland not only for the floor plan we liked, but because of the customization options we had available. We made a lot of changes and the home came out great. A home build is a complicated process and can be much more complicated when customizing. Patience and belief in the process is key, along with attention to the construction details and identifying issues before they are difficult to fix. All our issues were always addressed and the end result reflected both our self advocacy and responsiveness by our construction rep. We are very happy with our purchase.

Renee, our sales rep, Javier & Matt, our PMs, and Lane, our warranty specialist, all contributed to an outstanding buyer/build experience and aftercare service. This is a testament of the quality Highland Homes strives to achieve and the professionalism exhibited by my dream team!
