The Sales team was/is awesome! Friendly, cooperative, informative, always my advocate. My construction manager was AWESOME too! He kept me informed every step of the way and addressed any questions I had very promptly. He is very courteous and proactive. I am very happy with the entire experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Highland to anyone looking for a great experience and a great value in a new home.

I can't say enough good things about Highland homes and my experience. Ken, Kent, Patti, Doug, Leslie, Frank, and Darrell have all been fantastic to work with. Ken and Kent are great salespeople and truly excellent advocates for your business. Kent spent so much time with me discussing options and helping me make good informed decisions with his transparent approach. Leslie at design is a gem. She helped us pick everything, and we used her expert advice for some things we weren't really sure what to pick like grout colors. I spent most of this process working with Frank on the construction of the house and warranty requests post closing. He has been truly first class, responsive, and accommodating. Any time I brought up a concern or question, we talked about it and found an agreeable solution. Doug and Patti spent countless hours working through the mortgage application process, rate discussions, then finishing touches for under writing. I can't say enough what a pleasure these people all were to work with. I am a project manager by trade and I felt comfortable having great partners in this journey. We met her first and she made the process very easy and simple for us. She was very professional and responsive to any questions we had. Our Assigned project Manager was Juan. He did an outstanding job! I can not speak highly enough about him. We had a great experience building our house with Highland Homes !!!

From initial contact with sales rep Avery through the build process with Mark our builder the experieince was exceptional. This is the second Highland home that we've purchased and it was very enjoyable to nerd out on teh build process itself. In my opinion as a business leader fro over 30 years I beleive I have developed an eye for talent and Avery and Mark are stars in your organization .

Our home buying experience journey was smooth and transparent . Sales folk to the construction manager zack were great and were really helpful through the the process.

Our salesperson, Gracie, and the construction superintendent were great to work with. Both were extremely responsive and professional. They were great with communication throughout the whole process from contract to closing.

From the beginning of the construction Jordan help me to understand all the process of the construction also is something don't look right they fix right away no question ask,after we closing the house they always respond my call and fix any additional details I find on my house ,super professional,me and my family are super happy to make the decision to choose highlands homes.
