Highland made the process easy before, during and after closing. Would highly recommend.

It went very smooth, they accommodated and earlier closing and were prompt when reached with questions.

We had a great experience. We were torn between a couple of different models and lots and changed our minds a couple of times. Highland was very easy to work with and patient as we decided. Our builder, Cameron, was terrific and kept us updated and was always responsive to questions we had both before and after the sale.

John is an exceptional person. His attitude, character and his willingness to help is marvelous. I sincerely commend his display of warm character and sincerity of purpose. I will surely recommend friends and family to meet with John; for he is one of a kind.

We are so impressed with the quality & style of our new home. Our inspection, before moving in, showed a few small things that needed to be dealt with. But what (old or new) house doesn't have that? They were on top of it and got them done (remember: humans build houses, not robots). Ryan K is so awesome, and is on top of answering any questions or concerns we have and does a great job responding to our needs. Thank you again! We love our new Highland "Denton" home!

They build Super quality homes

Our sales associate was fantastic. Never pressured us for anything and most important, she was very knowledgeable about options and upgrades and communicated well on what came with the home we selected. Our builder was excellent; completed the home in seven months and was extremely responsive to issues & questions we had along the way. Very knowledgeable and communicated well throughout.

We were moving from out-of-state and purchased the house without any in-person tours. The team checked on us many times throughout the process to make sure we were kept in the loop and aware of everything happening. When we showed up, everything in the house was exactly as promised and the team made sure we moved in smoothly.

Had a great experience with Highland staff, and highly recommend the communities and product. Very happy to own a Highland Home!

Sales process was easy. My sales consultant did a great job. The home is beautiful. We got everything we wanted. Now, the attention to the little details is HORRIBLE. There are so many things that need to get fix that if the workers would have been paying attention, it would have gotten done correctly the 1st time. Now, I'm having to take time away from my week to be here for repairs. It's ridiculous and very annoying.

The house is beautiful but I've got tons of documentation that shows what looks like a house that was rushed and unfinished. There's holes in the mortar of the brick, plumbing fixtures falling out of the wall, above my cabinetry there's wood and screws and plastic tossed everywhere, my lights didn't work in the front of my home, I had to recalibrate my HVAC unit because it wasn't installed properly (per the tech's input), I had an entire sprinkler sector in the front not working at all, I've had holes in walls where plumbing runs into the wall, my wood floor vinyl started peeling up, I've had one door knob fall off completely off the door, and the majority of the door knobs came loose 1 month after moving in. I want to say good things but with so many issues with a brand new home it makes me wonder if there's proper quality assurance being done. Overall disappointed with how we received the house and I have concerns about how long this house will stand if these minor things were overlooked. ... More

Our experience with both Seth and Lesli has been excellent. The quality of work by the sub contractors has been spotty. Some have had to return many times to get it right. Quite frustrating at times!

We had a very good experience starting with our sales team Amy, Linda & Lynn. They were great throughout the progress. Our builder / supervisor Matt was supurb as attended any concerns immediately. He built a very sturdy house for us which we are converting into our home now.

We had to constantly point-out quality concerns and errors made by subcontractors during construction. Highland Homes agreed to fix everything, but we’re still waiting for some items that were on our closing affidavit to be completed from 2-months ago. This is our second home with Highland. I would not build another home with them.

Long list of repairs needed and not a single 1 started 2 months after first reported issue. Poor workmanship with repairs needed for nearly aspect of the build (windows, floor, fixtures, paint, rails, plumbing, etc)

The house was perfect based on our first visit and finally we bought the house. Unfortunately, we signed the documents with many pending issues to fix and has been an mess to get everything done. At this moment (after 2 months we bought) we still have some issues pending to fix and I do not going to call you guys any more. I will fix everything from my pocket and I will send you the bill. I know you guys are not going to pay me but this is my house and investment.

Pandemic quality. Beware don’t be tricked by quality of model home. You will not get model home quality. I call my home the crooked home, walls crooked, baseboards crooked, cabinet drawers chipped and off track, carpet not secure to floor, counters severely scratched, driveway severely stained with paint and gunk, just to name a few. Totally disappointing.

Everyone at Highland Homes were great to work with which helped to create a very positive experience during the entire process.

We had a wonderful experience with Highland Homes. Our sales counselor and construction manager were awesome to work with throughout the entire process. If there was ever an issue during the build process they were quick to fix it and we love our home! We would absolutely build again with Highland in the future!

Had some issues with switching the builder towards the end. Highland has been very responsive on fixing needed repairs.

It was a great experience and seamless. Quality is what Highland is known for and that's what I got.

The salesman was great . But I’m disappointed in the price of the house and the material that was used for the price of the home i feel Rob because everything in the home is cheap from the mds molding that looks like he goes in a cheap apartment not a 900k home

All of the staff and in house financing people were so easy to work with and very helpful. Great experience I love my Highland home!
